Great food and excellent staff. I love having a housekeeper. She is efficient, she goes above and beyond the call of duty.

We are here 10 months. We really enjoy living here. The people, food, and the faculty all in all are wonderful. It is a pleasure to be living here.

I have lived at Forest Trace for 4.5 years and constantly think how lucky I am to be here. From the most senior staff to the young newcomers everyone is kind and helpful. The food is excellent and these are constant activities. No-one needs to be lonely or bored here. Long may Forest Trace continue!

Wait... I need to get my thesaurus out because there simply are nit enough adjectives to describe staff member [name removed]! She is helpful, enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely caring for the residents. She is always smiling and forever passing out compliments... you have a real jewel here! WOW! Can't say enough about [name removed] and the dining hall servers and kitchen staff. You know you are doing it right when your residents would rather eat here than goout! The food is superb and the staff is continually trying to make it even better - Thanks! Our community has a true ambassador in [name removed], resident care director. She is always helping the residents, delivering us to appointments and making certain that we return safely. Her smile is contagious! I would like to compliment [name removed] (and [name removed]) who work hard to do maintenance requests by the residents. The few items that I have has were taken care promptly and professionally. He is working hard to keep renovation issues at a minimum - an almost impossible task! [name removed] and [name removed] have been busy! We have a lot of new residents and these two ladies plus [name removed] have really been doing a great job of introducing them to other residents and getting them involved so they feel at home much sooner. I've heard lots of positive comments about community relations. We have a wonderful activities director, [name removed]. She and her associate [name removed], have really improved the program over just a month! Added book club, pool time, expanded happy hour, bingo times and added several outings (restaurants, museums, etc) Kudos!

Hard working staff

I love living here. The housekeeping dept. is great! The food in the dining room is great! The front desk people are very helpful. The maintenance crew is always on top of things. A great place to live and all the residents are super nice!

We have many people who serve us here. They are helpful and courteous, loving too! God has blessed us beyond measure! when they tell you they are going to do something they always do it. It might not be the exact same day but it gets done

The staff is phenomenal, everyone is caring, social, and helpful. I have recommended this facility to friends and family. Plenty of activities and activities director ([name removed]) is open to suggestions.

My wife and I have lived in this community over 3 years. Though out building is several years old and in constant need of updating and repairs a sincere effort is always the top interest of all empolyees

Generally we have a wonderful staff here. I would like to recognize some who do an exceptional job. [Name removed] and [name removed] - servers in the dining room. [Name removed] - food service director and Sandy - our driver. We appreciate their special efforts.

I have an exercise and art class at Pacifica every Friday. It's laid out perfectly for activities. It's all on one level and the residents come out of their apartments and walk right into the activity. It's so nice that it's not an elevator ride up or off in a corner. If I have to go to assisted living, I will choose Pacifica Ocala.

Pacifica is difference from any memory care I have yet to tour. I am in love with the cottage style set up and that the residents can go outside at their will but still be safe and secure.

This place had everything I was looking for in a community. Safety, great care, friendly staff, lots of activities and freedom.

They took excellent care of my mom while she was there. Great community and very friendly staff.
