My father recently passed away after being there for over 7 years. The staff was amazing and helpful to the end. He was happy there and made many friends! Thank you for being so wonderful. He recently passed and we will miss seeing his friends.

After visiting around 8 other communities, I ultimately chose Pacifica because of the staff. The grounds of the community are great, however the care giving staff is amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty so many times and even did things they were not asked or required to do. They also had very little staff turnaround and as a result, the care was better and we were able to get to know them much more personally. The people here are what makes the community great. Even after my mother passed away, they are still continuing to show compassion and caring, which is greatly appreciated. When the Covid-19 pandemic came about, we noticed the cleanliness of the community drop. As one of the only allowed visitors, I noticed my mother's room was not being cleaned regularly, so I started cleaning it myself. After some of the pandemic restrictions were lifted, we noticed the cleanliness go back to normal.

You get the best care the staff treat your loved ones just like there own family .You even have staff volunteer to work on holidays to be with the residents.

When I search for a word that best describes Pacifica Green Valley, the word PHENOMENAL immediately comes to mind. My Mother resides in an Assisted Living Cottage and has limited mobility. Her daily care is consistently given with dignity, grace, and genuine concern. The management team takes special care to know my Mother's needs and interacts with her showing true interest. The care givers go the extra mile to ensure that my Mother feels comfortable, is engaged and knows she really counts! The Med Techs carefully look after any and all medical needs working closely with me, management, care givers, and primary NPs and physicians. The Chefs and kitchen personnel craft wonderful daily meals along with special celebration events. The maintenance staff ensures the living area is sparkling clean and safe. As a daughter, I always feel fully informed of my Mother's care, needs, and possible wants. From the minute I walk through the front door, I feel welcomed. During the COVID-19, the whole TEAM has been amazing!!! I am kept advised of my Mother's well-being, even with photo snapshots sent to let me know how she is doing and regular phone call updates, notices to keep me well informed by the staff. I have full lines of communication open and available with both staff and my Mother. I feel so fortunate that my Mother resides at Pacifica Green Valley!!!

Pacifica Senior Living Victoria Court is one of my favorite places to visit!! The staff is extremely welcoming and compassionate to all of their residents and visitors. The place is always cleaned well and is beautiful inside, very spacious and comfortable atmosphere. There is also a variety of fun activities such as band and singing entertainment, crafts, bingo, and many other fun games! The residents are always happy and smiling and are extremely well cared for. I 100% recommended this place to anybody who is thinking about having their loved ones live here.

Pacifica Senior Living Victoria Court is such an amazing facility! The staff are amazing and the residents are so loving! It's such a rewarding place to volunteer your time at. Love playing the piano for everyone and I love singing and dancing with the residents! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who's invested!

Pacifica Senior Living is a great facility. Love the staff and care they provide. Each cottage has their patio and outdoor area for the resident to enjoy. Love the flexibility, love care, and attitude everyone has.

COVID-19 has impacted us all. Pacifica has implemented strong measures to protect the residents. Masks are frequently distributed, all visitors must check-in at the front desk. Everyone including all the employees must pass a health inspection daily to enter. Pacifica is keen to keep the COVID-19 off property. These efforts complement other sanitation endeavors including hand sanitizers and frequent daily cleaning. I strongly believe Pacifica is providing us with the best protection available.

My father enjoyed a two-month respite stay after suffering a stroke. He made several friends and the staff took excellent care of him. His favorite part was the delicious restaurant-style dining!!

I stayed here for a short time while recovering from a stroke. Everyone was very friendly and the food was top notch. I was able to return home, but enjoyed my time at Pacifica Vista.

The staff and management at Pacifica Vista are top-notch. My family member was very well taken care of and lived out her remaining days in Pacifica Vista's blissful environment.

Heritage Hills is a wonderful community. The independent standing cottages are amazing! Heritage Hills Memory Care staff is top notch! We love Heritage Hills!

The staff at Atria Ranchero is extremely friendly and kind. They customized my mother's care for exactly what her needs and preferences were. They do a good job listening to the residents and their needs and are very patient with both the resident and family's concerns. We looked at quite a few communities for my mother and we have been very impressed with how Atria handled her care. Atria Ranchero is a smaller community, which was great for her. The activities are also good and are tailored towards less mobile seniors like bingo and smaller exercise classes. They also have the option to go on accompanied outings outside of the community, like to a beach picnic.

Everybody here is doing a great job from the staff to the nurses.
