The virtual tour was great, I have nothing but good things to say about what I saw.

Everyone has been so helpful. My journey is senior care has been a learning curve but with helpful staff, everything has gone smoothly.

Thank you all for the wonderful care set received. He was in the best possible place under the current circumstances. We were all at peace when set was transitioning and ready for his last great hike! Take care, stay safe, and healthy.

The absolute best care, by the most caring, compassionate, and loving people. Thank you also for being there for him when he was sick and at the end. This is a safe environment for patients living with dementia or other memory related diseased. Patients are will taking care. This facility is very well organized and very friendly. The staff is always looking to help residents and families. I work for a hospice agency and I seen how compassion and loving the care staff is with the residents. Great place to recommend to families and friends.

Pacifica has done such a wonderful job taking care of my 96-year-old grandmother, [name removed]. She never stops talking about the care she gets from the staff. From the art lessons to the exercise, she really enjoys her days with the Pacifica care team. We are fortunate to have her here.

We recently moved an elderly friend into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Barbara. Even though he was resistant to move, he quickly was won over by the attentive, caring staff and nicely prepared meals. He has his own private room, but the benefit of 24-hour care, with caregivers looking in on him, helping him out of bed, dress, bathe and safely move around the facility. We especially like the fact that it is all one-level and a small facility, caring for 25 residents. I can't say enough about the personal attention he has already received. It's a wonderful, safe place right in the center of Santa Barbara! I also want to share the gratitude to [name removed] for her knowledgeable and swift guidance in transferring our elderly friend into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Barbara. She gave a wonderful tour of the facility, then navigated us through the paperwork, made calls to doctors, and was there to greet our friend with kind words and assurance upon his arrival. Everything went very smoothly and she brought a sense of calm to the transition. The entire move-in experience was much better than anticipated, and the caring staff made our dear friend feel right at home.

Friendly, awesome staff!

I am a resident at The Woodmark. The very fine people provide excellent resident care in a clean and beautiful environment. The food is delicious and everyone has been so friendly to me and polite. It is a great privilege to live at The Woodmark.

[Name removed] explained everything in understandable and detailed terms. As well, she gave us a tour and explained pricing and fees. [Name removed] is warm, inviting, and a true asset for Woodmark.

Enjoyed the facility and the staff taking care of my dear friend! The puppy was so cute! A great job!!

My experience with their facility is only in preliminary interactions. All pre-resident interactions have been thorough and compassionate and helpful. So kudos to [name removed] and [name removed] the sales staff. We are certainly hopeful of a good fit for my mom and look forward to getting to know Pacifica HH as a care facility.

Lovely Community. Its very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and caring to the residents and families.

[Name removed] and [name removed] were very welcoming and informative. I felt that [name removed] had put a lot of thought into selecting a home for my mother that would meet her needs. The neighborhood and common areas are immaculate.

I had a family member that lived here several years ago. We were very happy with their care and decided to move mom in.
