At such a difficult time, the staff has made this decision very easy.

My aunt moved into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. My aunt seems to be happier, and she seems to like it there. They have dining services three times a day, they do laundry for them, and they have a full-time nurse.

[name removed], the Director, is dedicated to the care and well being of every resident in the community. Not enough can be said about how well he treats people - his concern and respect for others. He consistently displays an optimistic outlook. No task is beneath him; he gets what needs to be done, DONE! Everyone here just loves him. The entire staff here is wonderful. I looked at a lot of places before deciding on the Atrium. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are beautiful- more so than all of the other places I toured. There are many activities and clubs you can participate in, if you choose. I can't say enough about the staff and this place...It's just great!

Great Community!!!! Loved the food in here! Staff is so friendly and takes care of my every need especially love their theme days every Wednesday.

Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro is a great community. What I love about it, it is 2 blocks from the BART station so it is easy to get around easily, not to mention only 1/2 block away from shops and restaurants. Many of staff has been there for a lot of years, and I believe that says a lot!

[Names removed] and the staff are extremely welcoming. The apartments are in a gated community and have 24-hour security. You will not find more amenities that are included for your buck in any other place in town.

We have lived here for 8 years now and we LOVE it. [Name removed] the executive director is always improving our community every year. Starting with the new washers in the laundry rooms and dryers, dog park, other common areas. Activity room is a great area where you can play games and watch movies, or just have a common area to relax in daily. The dining room serves three great meals prepared by Chef Josh and his staff and served with a smile.

I've been a fan of this community for many years. It's a diamond in the ruff. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance on the inside is always being tended to. The administrator [name removed] is a joy and he really keeps a family friendly vibe going with residents and staff. He cares about his team's well being!! I am happy to have such a caring senior community in my area where I know the residents are thriving!! Thank you [name removed] and your entire team! Keep up the fantastic work.

Management has taken numerous steps to keep the residents safe during this pandemic virus quarantine period. All employees have stepped up and often out of their usual roles when needed, to be sure any concerns of the residents are addressed. From food service to trash pick up, they have increased their services so that residents don't have to leave their apartment and violate social distancing regulations and risk becoming infected.

Great place very nice. Mr K is the best. He understands people who are in need.

I spoke to a staff named [name moved] who was amazing and has great communication. I would recommend all those who are ale to apply to this apartment and except nothing but the best services. On my top list of apartments.

I love Parkside senior apartments staff and caregivers. From management to those who make everything work properly. My mom has been a resident for over two years. She loves it there. Her favorite saying to people coming in is "You won't like it here, you'll love it!"

I have a dear friend at Pacifica and I am also her POA. She has been a resident almost four years. The dedication to each and every resident is astounding. Administration, care staff and ancillary staff are helpful, professional and truly caring. Residents' physical needs, as well as emotional and social needs are met and tailored to each individual resident. Residents live in a home like atmosphere and are offered many different activities. This facility is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend Pacifica to both family and friends who are in need of a top notch memory care facility.

The facility is very quiet and is home to many nice people. Staff is generally caring and kind.

Accomodations are good. Food mostly good.

Lovely and caring staff and the food is amazing. My husband loves everyone here and prefers to stay even though he is free to come home any time.

I toured this community today and thought that it was nice. They did a tour with me over FaceTime to keep me safe and they really did a good job showing me around. [name removed] was the person touring and she seemed to really care about me and the situation.

Overly excited to see how this home like boutique community has grown! The leadership of this place is doing a good job in making sure that the residents are well taken care of. They have great staff and most of them are tenured and has been rendering the consistent care for awhile. I will be in this community should I move sometime next year! Kudos to the management from the Executive Director down to the janitor that keeps this place! Everyone is doing the best to keep seniors well taken care of.
