My mother has lived here for almost 10 years. She made 97 this year and I attribute this to the great care that she receives at Pacifica. Not only does the staff make sure she is physically well, but they also make sure her social and emotional health is addressed. This comes from the love and care of staff like [names removed] and so many others who give so much everyday. I'm so grateful!

My parents moved to Heritage Hills in 2008. This has been the perfect place for them. My mom has the choir and library and my dad has the wood shed. There are so many great activities and there is a club room where we had a huge family get together. I'm so pleased with Heritage Hills and all the great people who live here.

We have lived here three years. A delightful setting of trees, lawns...close proximity for healthcare needs, within one hour drive to lakes, mountains, shopping, entertainment. A close know community support of new friends: opportunities for meeting short and long term changes in retirement lifestyles. Close to VA for military support. Excellent arc therapy for daily/weekly needs. Covid 19 adjustment, independent and memory care living opportunities support. A facility for all seasons meeting your needs to age in place or guidance to the resources available. Join us, we "care" experiences helped us.

We love our free standing home in a lovely neighborhood of mature trees. Best of all, we enjoy the close knit community of residents and staff where we all feel like family.

We like the concept of independent living with availability of higher levels of care if needed. Very informative, thorough tour and meeting. [Name removed] was great!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Atria Sterling! My Mother-in-law has been there for over a year now and has received such amazing care from the entire staff.......from meal service, to handyman services, to daily exercise, and to creative activities. Atria is one of the most family oriented assisted living venues I have ever seen. The residents and staff treat each other like family and watch over each other like family. It was such a relief to already know this when the Covid Virus hit and the staff was met with so many challenges. They kept a positive attitude throughout it all and we felt so comforted to know the high level of care our loved one was receiving for so so many months when we were not able to actually see and visit her. [name removed], The Activities Director, has been amazing and gone above and beyond to keep the residents engaged and their minds active, especially during the virus time where she managed socially distanced outside visits under a tent for family members to share some time with their loved ones. [name removed], The Director, is very responsive to any questions or concerns at any time, and spends the necessary time with family or resident to listen, understand the situation and resolve quickly, even if it's a little matter. We have really missed seeing and chatting with all the wonderful staff and other residents we have come to know but understand it is necessary to keep everyone safe. We are looking forward to when we can see everyone's smiling faces and hear their laughter again, once we are safely away from the virus. HUGE CHEERS FOR ATRIA STERLING!

Let me start off by saying we did not find this facility first and I wish we did. We had to leave another facility and moving dad here was the best thing we did. The staff is great. From the concierges at the front desk, the dining staff, the nursing and care team, the residential life/activities team, to the facilities staff. They all are incredible. They will go out of their way to tend to every need of the residents. They all are proud of their facility, the company and their leadership team. They truly make it a happy and upbeat place. The family communication is wonderful with regular email and social media updates. They have been working on a big remodel project that is rolling out in phases, but the master plan is exciting. The building is always clean and well kept. I highly recommend this facility. They take great care of the residents because they truly personally care for them as if they were their family. They have been managing the Covid crisis with incredible infection control procedures and access control to protect the residents.

My mom has been at Atria Sterling for a year now and is fully integrated into the community. She is so well cared for and loved by the excellent staff. It is such a blessing for our family to be able to call her and find her happy. I love when I can't reach her on the phone during the day (which happens frequently) because that means she's out having a good time doing activities and spending time with her friends.

My brother has lived at a few different communities over the years. This experience has been our best. When I have any issues or concerns they are always dealt with immediately. The management team are great at communicating with me everything that’s is going on with my brother. I love that there are alternatives to the menu in case he doesn’t want what is served. I love that they include many musical activities as music is my brother’s passion.

We moved my parents in a week ago, and it has been wonderful. The staff is so friendly, and helpful. The food is great. My mom is actually enjoying her food here. The move in was so welcoming. It has been a nice change of pace to have staff take care of so many things for my parents. The communication is wonderful. I am so grateful that we made this change for my parents.

My wife has been living in the community for more than a year. I am happy and satisfied for the service. May God bless you all!
