I chose The Park Lane because of its warmth and community. Also, I've been very fortunate in having already met many of the residents. My last residence was up the hill, just below skyline forest. Locating a safe, clean, and compassionate place for a loved one diagnosed with Dementia is never easy. A family member recently needed immediate placement in a memory care facility. We toured several places in the Henderson/Boulder City area and chose Pacifica Senior Living Green Valley. We are SO GLAD we did!!! The staff there is amazing - especially [name removed]. She has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. From the moment we met her we knew this was the place we would choose. :-) She and [name removed] moved furniture into the room and decorated it to give it a familiar just like home feel. We live out of state, so updates via email, text, and phone calls are critical, and [name removed] has been awesome to communicate with us. [Name removed], you are a true GEM and Pacifica is lucky to have you there to advocate for their residents.
