We chose Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs because we felt she would get more 1 on 1 care here and we were happy with how the facility was handling covid at the time. The room sizes here are smaller, but adequate for what she needed. We really liked the outside areas, the grounds are just beautiful and for visiting it was very nice. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

I really liked Meridian at Westwood. The lady who showed me around was very friendly and the rooms were large. The facility itself is very big, about 7/8 stories. The pay does increase as your care level increases, they have different packages available and we were looking more for something that was all one price. If you do not need a lot of care this place is great! But if you need more care I think it would get pretty expensive.

We've had a really good experience. They're taking great care of my loved one, and she's very happy there. The staff are very friendly, outgoing, and warm. Their overall cleaning practice is good. The bathrooms are always clean, they're following Covid precautions, and there's no clutter around. The meal that I tried was very good. I've gotten mixed feedback from my loved one. She says sometimes the food is good, sometimes not. But overall I think it's a good value.

( needs a lift to get out of bed) they were not able to accommodate and provide all the care needed.
