Pacifica Senior Living

I lived in another community and moved here. I like it at Kenmore Senior Living a lot better! The food is great, care is good and a lot of activities I go to.

Beautiful Community, just upgraded. kind new staff. Big Beautiful Apt moving my mom Into Independent living with meals, cable plus more this month.

[Name removed] was very friendly and helpful and explained everything. She provided me with a tour and willingly answered our questions.

This community is close to a hospital post office, and shopping centers. The staff are very friendly to work with.

There are a lot of activities however, my loved ones don't participate in them. My loved one loves the salon and the library that is in the facility. I would say that this is a great place. The location works great for us. It is like a resort hotel.

There is always something to do at Pacifica Northridge. I came in not wanting to do any of the activities, now I am part of every single activity! I love that during my meals I have a full menu to choose from. If I do not want any of the main courses, I can choose from the alternative menu. I have so much fun during the day that I do not want my day to end. My daughter found Pacifica Northridge for me and I am so grateful that she did. The best part of this is that price for all the services we are provided with, housekeeping, laundry, entertainment, and the care that is given is very amazing. It gives me comfort knowing that I can continue enjoying my time here without having to worry about money.

I love living at Pacifica Northridge because it honestly is the best place to live! We have an amazing Karaoke every Tuesday and the activity girls are amazing. We always have so many amazing activities to do so my day is full of fun and friends. This is a great place for people who need the extra help.

Pacifica is a professional, secure, open minded and extremely helpful place to live. Everyone here is very caring. I trust everyone who is here so I always feel like I am in good hands. I admire the leadership that everyone holds here at Pacifica. Everyone steps up and helps when you need it. We have so many activities and socials where we get to know the other people that live here. I would 100% recommend Pacifica Northridge to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My loved one really enjoys it here. The staff are very friendly, and they are quick to respond to concerns or questions. Some of the activities available are crafts, field trips around town, movies, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

Wow, what an amazing Luau; as usual, your and your excellent staff put on a (5 star) show that my family will be talking about forever. [Name removed], it starts with your cordial management style that's put us all at ease, coupled with managing by example. We saw you working very hard and we're so appreciative of you and your staff. The food was outstanding as usual and our hats off to the Chefs and it truly was a wonderful arsenal of great food, superbly prepared and handed out. Your support staff is always helpful and polite. We had a special guest from Africa who always loved [name removed] and she drove 3 1/2 hours to attend and she raved about the Luau. Also, the live entertainment was both funny and great; this group really put on a great show. Also thanks to the bus driver for excellent and safe service. In summary: thanks so very much for a beautiful and fantastic evening and there's just one thing you can improve on. . . it's NOTHING. ??? Thanks and we love your entire staff and facilities.

Authenticity can't be faked - it shows. I'm very impressed with Pacifica Oakland Heights. Pacifica is what it says it is. The mood in the Dementia Care facility is light and warm. In the exercise class, two of the residents are going through the steps with a smile and a sense of humor. When you walk into any room, the residents turn their faces toward you, like they expect to have a conversations. And they do. The staff is always saying, "Hi Miss [name removed]," "Hi [name removed], did you have a good walk?" Everyone's story is listened to. "Your dad is here today? Where? Over by the bench? I see him!" The residents seem genuinely emotionally healthy. I chose a good place for my Mom.

Our loved one thinks everything with the meals and dining service is great, her and the other residents are always so excited to get fresh products and fresh produce. She is flourishing there, just thriving. Before we had a home health care and there was nothing stimulating her, but now she is joining others in the TV room and anytime they plan a day trip she is always ready to go. Our only complaint which is what other communities are going through, would be the staffing shortage.

I just moved here 2 months ago. It's been difficult for me to adapt to my new home because I miss living in my own house, but the people here are very nice and have helped me to get used to here. I enjoy most of my activities program, such as: badminton, bowling, bingo, making jewelries, artwork, and outdoor walking.

The facility is very clean, in a great area. The staff is the greatest, very caring and hard workers. Friendly too! Activities are plentiful and well organized. The dining is well arranged and great. Holiday meals too make the Holidays special.

Pacifica San Leandro is a high quality living environment where all residents have access to a diverse array of activities and services to help them pass the day in creative and productive ways. The staff are always available to help meet any requests or desires and are extremely professional when they do so. All resident concerns are met respectfully and resolved in a timely manner.

Life became very challanging but since mom moved to Pacifica Northridge everyone is happy, including mom. She gets the care she needs, great activities to keep her mind and body stimulated. Oh yes and she likes the food a lot. Thank you staff for doing what you do. Your the best!!!!

My son found this facility for me to live in and I have loved it since day one! I really like Pacifica Northridge because I have made so many friends. We have so many activities throughout the day. I never get tired of all the events we have going on a daily basis. I enjoy all the meals they serve; they are always delicious. We have piano players that come often and have entertainers all the time! All the entertainment is always so talented and fun. What I love the most is when my son comes to visit, he is always treated like family. We love this place.

Pacifica Northridge is the best place you can be other than your home. Great friendships develop here. We are constantly doing so many activities from daily morning exercise, games and my favorite BINGO. We get to have a peace of mind that all will be taken care of and helped with whatever your needs are. Everything from entertainment, doctor’s appointments, and medication is taken care of so that I do not have to worry about it. I have lived at Pacifica for 4 ½ years and this the closest I can get to home.
