My mother and I toured several senior communities in the area. Westwood had the right mix of spacious apartments, available services, good menu, and lots of social activities. [name removed] was exceptionally helpful discussing options and the needs of my mother. We selected Westwood because of the staff, the facility, and the fit. Wonderful!

This is very friendly staff and professional and caring. This was a great place for my loved one. My loved one did not participate in the activities but they did all they could to get my loved one out they took good care of my loved one. There was one issue but after a few weeks everything was solved. This is a very nice place for this stage in life for your loved one.

Thank you so much sales team! You guys have allowed us to honor [name removed]'s wishes of staying in Palm Springs, and we know that he is cared for greatly. It's been so hard as we want him here with us in Colorado (where he does not want to be). Without you guys there in Palm Springs we would have moved him up here, which we know mentally would have been even harder on him. So our gratitude is exponential.

I really appreciate all that you did for him for those many months. [name removed] and I slept well at night knowing that you are all were guardian angels, looking over him. your care and concern those last days humbled us as we watched you sing to him and made him comfortable. [name removed], the sales director was very instrumental in answering all questions and concerns we have about placing my mother-in-law here. We are very happy with the facility and ab out placing our mother-in-law.

I have lived here 4 years and have enjoyed many activities and crafts. Exercise and music enjoyed. Caregivers are helpful. Food is good.

I would recommend this community, as it is the best place I have found. The community is willing to work well with Hospice. The staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have over my loved one.

We toured this community few weeks ago; and I recall something so special from this place. They have chicken which they call “the golden girls”. My grandma grew up in a farm and she would be so thrilled to meet the golden girls. I notice how fresh of the aroma is once we’ve entered. And staff (people we don’t know) automatically greet us with out asking if we are special guest or what. This place is exactly what we are looking for. We met some of the residents that just came up to us with a big smile on there face and said hello. Just lovely.

The country-western activity was extremely successful as I gazed around the families and I saw enjoyment. It starts with management having active participation and staff just follows. The staff is so nice to all the residents and always makes us feel great and are always very helpful.

I toured Pacifica to visit a friend who is living here. I was impressed with the staff and activities everyone was involved,

I have visited here several times from Indiana. By far this facility is nicer and has a higher quality staff than other facilities we have visited. The staff really cares about all residents and makes the facility a home-like environment. The director [name removed] does a great job and goes above and beyond to host special events and activities for the residents.

I volunteer at Pacifica. [name removed] is excellent at organizing events the residents enjoy. The smiles of Happy people make this place special to me.

Been here 4.5 years. Great mgmt now. Good food, lots of activities, great entertainment. We have struggled with staffing during and since covid but all residents were vaccinated in January. Building is old but beautifully appointed. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside.

[name removed] couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and gracious with helping me and my husband move in!
