Mom was accepted to Paramount House about three months ago. She began to feel safe right away and has been adjusting to the new environment and making friends. All the involved personnel are very nice and helpful. She also likes the cooking!

The Community Relations Director is awesome. She is very caring, accommodating and professional. When I toured the property, she answered all of my questions which helped me make the decision to place my Dad at Paramount. 5 stars in every category!

My father has been a resident at Paramount House senior living for 16 months. He feels safe at Paramount House. I am so grateful for the care and safety the staff provides. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

I love the staff. This place brings a lot of camaraderie. We always have different activities to enjoy and participate in. There are also new and different foods to try. Did I mention I love our care partners?

The staff, servers, med-techs, and caregivers are all very professional and friendly. I like that even when get help here I can still keep my privacy and independence. The Directors are also awesome and always willing to lend a hand.

My mother love's living here she says it's a delight every time. She in activities and she enjoys participating.

Since [date removed]. I have visited and helped my neighbor. 1 to 4 times a week. Everyone here has been warm and helpful including director front desk, bus driver qmaps nurses caregiver fining room.

My experience has been "positive" so far. Everyone that is employee with Woodlake Legacy does their "very best" to provide the care "via" all the their community staff make that happen. Thank you!!! However, I remain hopeful that you facility will have ONLY employee and "NO AGENCY STAFF" one day!!

Woodlake is a wonderful assisted living facility. It's clean, the people that work there are so attentive and loving. We're so happy that our mom is in such a wonderful house. I highly recommend it.

I was greeted and given papers to fill out. I was then greeted by my tour guide. She was kind, patient, and caring. I am confident that my elder will be taken care of in the most kindest of way possible.

We are really happy with Astoria Park! Friendly staff, Spanish speaking staff, bright and clean hallways. Room sizes are great. Clean bathroom and comfortable amenities.

Mom enjoyed the trick or treating with children here. The fish tacos and other menu items look delicious. Villas are clean and staff was very helpful with transitioning mom. I feel she will be safe and well cared for here. My father stayed here too.

Show me lobby to get information, snack bar free of charge room studio plenty space modern bathroom cleans shower biggie what I got all and all good warm experience.

It only took a tour and my uncle was ready to take the next step.
