This place is incredibly clean, but at the same time as an old-fashioned quality to it. It makes it a very warm place to live. The managers are vigorous and very active, but never intrude on anybody's privacy. A very pleasant place to live you can be social or you can be private or a combination. I was especially glad to see that they had a fiction discussion group which I could join.

Before move-in was treated well showed respect made me feel comfort and welfare. The staff is very kind. If needed the staff is always available. [name removed] always on hand.

Sunny Rose Glenn's Most effective resource is the staff. The reason for this is mostly two elements. Knowledgably about policies and procedures and ability to integrate a compassionate attitude and frame of mind. Communication skills also have played a significant role in that first line of face to face is a key determinant for how events move forward. Thank you

What a blessing The Villas has been for my father! Dad spent the final 2 years of his life at The Villas and I purposely wait until his passing to write this review so I could give a very honest opinion. From maintains person to the cafeteria people from the housekeeping to the caregivers and the med techs all the way to the directors. These people are not only special they are friendly! Dad had very limited speech and they all took the time to learn him and took such good care of him. They communicated well with me and made me feel at ease! I'm not saying The Villas was without issues are a part of life. What I am saying is the Villas communicated and resolved all issues satisfactory and in a very timely manor. The Villas was only 3 miles from my home so I was there 3 to 4 times a week visiting dad and I called him everyday so I know what I'm talking about. Dad was very happy at the villas and my only regret is I didn't move him in earlier that I did. The only issues I really had with the Villas was its actual location. Although covenant, the noise from the traffic in the surrounding area made it difficult to take dad on peaceful walks. Seriously, if you are faced with moving a loved one into an assisted living or memory care living facility take the time to visit and tour the Villas. Talk to the residents (I know and love most of them) and you will see how happy the are! Thank you Villas! I am grateful for what you provided and the love you had for my father and myself. Overall I'm very satisfied with this facility. My dad has full-time care and is very happy with that . The only thing I can say negatively is that they use plastic silverware in the dining room and I know the residents are not fans of this.

Great facility, memory care staff is exceptional facility always clean with happy residents.

I have fun all the and people are so respectful bingo, painting, puzzles very talented our director is the best so caring, very wonderful to be around makes everywhere smiles helpful to all of us. We sure enjoy the everything she does. Please keep her and staff here for all to get what we all need thank goodness for them.

Our activity's are awesome! I or several other residents love this place because of activity's and the fact that we have something to do everyday or almost. There is allot of out most. There is allot of outings of well I just can't say enough! Even the choices were great.

Great experience for my scholar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of games available for the scholars to play with residence. We would love to come back.

My 7 year old and I volunteered here and the residents were so welcoming and nice. My son has great experience and we can't wait to come back and visit the residents.
