I’d rate them very. The staff can’t be beat – they’re very friendly. I think they’re a little expensive. The manager of the place will bend over backwards to help people. They do have activities, but I don’t do much with them. It’s a small community. It’s pretty looking and prestigious.

This is the community would have chosen for our loved one if we could have afforded it. I’d give them fives on everything. It was just a really good experience having our loved one here. They’re very friendly.

Leveled care; nurse on duty; many activities; staff knows residents. Would cost about or over $4000 a month.

Went to the facility for rehab after hip surgery. Facilities clean and well managed. Medical saff and assistants very professional and careing. Rehab staff outstanding. The only miner complaint was meal quality was not consistant. Grandkids loved the faciity.

Overall this is the best facility my family has had experience with in the NW Columbus area. Therapy was wonderful and helped my mother recover and gain her strength back. She seemed to like the food most days. Nurses were helpful and friendly. There did seem to be a different person working every time we visited and we rarely saw the same nurse or aide twice. Still, they all seemed to be top notch. She was a little disappointed with the activities but did enjoy one of the singers who came to entertain the patients. With all the good and bad, the quality, skill and professionalism of the therapy department makes this the go to place if you or a loved one need physical therapy.

Great nurse [Removed]. She did a lot of good for me. 2 girls in rehab, [Removed] and [Removed] both have done superior work and exceeded my expectations. [Removed], thanks you've done way more than you ever had to for me. [Removed], I have never seen a young man work so hard.

Toured lots of facilities before landed on this one. Perfect facility and large 2 room apartments. Lots of activity's and outings for my mom to do. The staff seems to have worked here a long time and appears to be recently renovated.

Most of the staff is very friendly just a few outliers. They need more help. meds come continually late sometimes way over an hour. Medicine is closer to be on time, but then again not always

We chose this facility because it is very clean and they have friendly staff. Overall we recommend Cranberry Park of West Bloomfield.

It has been a wonderful experience. My dad passed in December so it has been great to have my mom living with others and have the extra care. The only thing she complains about is the food.

Cranberry Park at Pickaway Manor has been a blessing for my parents. It is a beautiful community, and the staff members there are wonderful. The only complaints is the quality of the food and the increasing cost.

Just like everywhere else, staffing shortages are the most apparent and biggest challenge. However, our mom is happy and seems to be well cared for.

My mom spent 2 1/2 years at Cranberry Park at Shorepointe. She was welcomed and we were pleased at how well she settled in to her new home. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and caring. She enjoyed her new surroundings and never complained. It was a great fit for her and for our family. Would recommend this community for other families.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everything went very well. All the staff was kind and very sweet. The community looked nice and well-kept. They have nice resources available for the residents. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very thoughtful.

Too expensive but sure did like it

Mother and I liked this facility very much in that it only has 17 residents, however, the price was higher than the Clarmont but did have upgraded countertops. I didnt see any closets though.

That was okay, but not nearly as good as Sunrise. It was more rehab after my mother in law had been in the hospital. It wasn't bad but it didn't have the same homey feeling, it seemed more like a hospital.

Avia is lovely. The apartments are wonderfully spacious. I love that it is tucked away in a neighborhood. Lafayette was most gracious and Gina was great. I'm thinking it may be a bit too 'independent' for what my aunt has in mind and needs at this point in time.

My mother-in-law was here when she had her hip broken and I really would have liked to keep her there. It was very clean and the personnel were very caring but she was just so bored there. There just wasn't enough programming for her. The price was very reasonable.

I have found the staff to be very attentive and caring. I also enjoy their Bistro menu options. I would highly recommend this facility.
