Super nice brand new facility

Best facility ever visited. Mom moved there from a snf. She is a whole new person after few weeks, Staff really hand on. Ownership are amazing. On site all the time and very responsive. Nursing staff are very skilled and attentive to our large family request. If you need a place for a loved one, call Dodge Park. You will be very happy like our family.

Mom just moved to Dodge Park 2 weeks ago from a local nursing home dementia unit. Within 2 weeks she is moving much better with her walker, look better and seem happy. We could not ask for more. Dodge park is unique place caring for dementia residents

Loved the place, spent some time with Ben and he was very pleasant and knowledgable.... I am filling out the form to at least get him on the waiting list.

My mother moved in Dodge Park on March 3,2014. Everyone has been outstanding there. I can't say enough how pleased our family has been. My mother moved in right after my Dad died and Mother does not know. Everyone has helped to try to make her feel comfortable, at home and happy. It has not been an easy situation because mt mother has dementia and gets very agitated at times. Mika, Ben , Carrie and staff seem to know just what to say to try and keep her calm. Thank you again for taking such good care of Mom.

The have a very dedicated staff. They have a truly dedicated program for memory care and Alzheimer care. They specialize in this type of care and they do very well at it. Overall they a very good community, that specializes in Alzheimer and memory care.

I would recommend Dodge Park Rest Home to others. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always keep you updated if there are developments that have to do with health, etc. They do make moving in easy.

They are still testing for Covid every visit. You have to wait outside until they get the results. Then they take your temperature before they let you go to visit. You must make an appointment 24 hours in advance to see your loved one. A staff member brings you to wherever they want you to visit. You're not allowed to go anywhere by yourself. All of this I find very annoying, but I feel that my loved one is getting good care there, so I put up with all their nonsense.

Overall it has been slightly restricted with visitations or very scheduled due to Covid. Unfortunately with these restrictions, we are unable to take Dad out of Dodge Park or bring him home for any Holidays. So far all dealings with staff have been great and very accommodating with limited interactions due to restrictions.

Would be okay for Dad but Mom is not at that level yet. She would be very unhappy here.

Dodge park was clean didnt like the fact there is not a full bathroom for each room. Staff was pleasant

Not appropriate for my mom’s needs but seemed like a good place for the right situation.

Appearances can be deceiving. Staffing seems to be short-handed. Hygiene care lacking. If you just want music and activities in a pleasant atmosphere, this is it. If you need more medical and assistance with every day care, not so much

This place was not the right fit for my family. My loved one only lasted here a few days. When we removed him, we were threatened by the owner with legal action. I’m glad that this place seems like it was the right place for some people. For our family, we cannot recommend it. I won’t get into details. But we were not impressed with the owner [name removed].
