Oasis at Dodge Park

The staff at Oasis took such good care of my mother for the past two years. Ever since she was diagnosed with dementia eight years ago, the goal had always been to keep caring for her at home. As her disease progressed, though, it became clear that she needed to live somewhere else that could give her all the help that she needed day and night. She very briefly stayed at a few other places before finding her new home at the Oasis, and none of those places could even hold a candle to the Oasis. It wasn’t until she transferred to the Oasis that my father said that he could finally sleep at night, knowing that my mother was in a caring, safe environment with staff that he could trust to give her the best care possible. I’m thankful for all that the Oasis offered to her: the beautiful, cheerful environment to call home, the activities, the music and entertainment, the holiday celebrations, the meals that we could always join her for and everything else that made her daily life as normal

To know that my Mom is safe every day means the world to me. She has been a resident at Dodge Park for just over a year now and the difference in her is amazing. She is very happy living there and she appreciates how much the staff do for her day in and day out. She tells me all the time she feels lucky to have made so many friends including the residents and staff. The entire staff continue to go above and beyond every day with her care. Her room is immaculate, her clothes are always clean, the dining hall is spotless, kudos to the staff for the upkeep of such a large facility. I had the privilege of participating in one of the day club programs on Patriots Day with Mom and very impressed by the structure of the activities planned surrounding that holiday. [name removed]'s knowledge of dementia attributes to the well being of all the residents, the monthly newsletter is full of facts that are very helpful to anyone who has a friend/relative with dementia.

My Mom is currently residing at Dodge Park in the memory unit. I cannot begin to say how grateful my family and I are with the amazing care & safety given to my Mom. They are taking every step every day to keep my Mom and the other residents safe against this horrible Covid-19 pandemic. My Mom already has received her vaccine. They have many wonderful programs 7 days a week to keep them involved, entertained and many other caring ways to make each them feel special. I am so grateful to know that my Mom is being well looked after 24/7. The entire staff works as a team to provide exceptional care throughout. The facility is super clean and up to date with technologies. I can sleep at night, knowing that my Mom is receiving amazing support and exceptional care. Thank you

Very, very clean!, great staff, very caring. ownership very involved. activities sufficient and appropriate. Food was very good and varied. access to residents was exceptional until Covid19. Facility did everything to keep staff and residents safe during these trying times.

Dodge Park Rest Home is a home away from home for the residents of this facility. The owners are always on site. The staff is second to none. They are the most patient, kind, caring people. Activities like bingo, word games, exercise class, painting, holiday and birthday celebrations ( families included) are part of the daily routine. The food is delicious. Rooms are spotless! Knowing that Mom is well taken care of gives me peace of mind and for that I will be forever grateful to have found Dodge Park Rest Home for my mother's care.

When Dad arrived at Dodge Park 2 years ago, we hoped his move from an assisted living facility was the right move. That hope was quickly realized upon his arrival and has turned to peace of mind ever since. We found the professionals we were seeking within senior care. Dad’s needs were understood. Dodge Park was able to provide for those needs. With Alzheimer’s progressing, he was isolated and needed greater care, but felt the skill nursing facilities toured would accelerate his decline. Dodge Park provides a friendly, clean and safe environment. Daily exercise, games, yummy meals, and engaging in his favorite pastime—dancing; family invites for holidays and special events, and truly caring staff performing acts of kindness, like pictures and videos of Dad having fun over the last couple years, beautiful keepsakes. Even as Dad slows down and requires greater care, we have great comfort knowing Dodge Park will continue accommodating his needs in a professional, warm and caring manner.

Dementia came quickly for my sister, [name removed], and consequently, so did finding the best Memory Care facility. I viewed luxury, comfort,, and excellent programing, but at Dodge Park I saw what [name removed] needed most, the opportunity to move about freely, and continue using the skills she still had, make friends, try something new, be herself. This proved true at Oasis, and at Dodge Park. [name removed] enjoys meals served at a table with members of her new family. Careful attention is paid to cleanliness and hygiene. , I am notified of any changes or incidents that may affect her health or well being. Medications are carefully monitored and I am respectfully informed of any recommendations or changes that should be made. The spiritual care provided is most valuable to those seeking this special source of comfort. During the past two years, I have been continuously confident and comfortable that I made the right decision in placing [name removed] in the care of Dodge Park.

A few years ago we had the difficult search of finding a memory care facility for our Mom. We were fortunate to find Dodge Park. The entire staff is wonderful. They treat the residents as family. The facility is clean and they offer many enriching activities for the residents. She is well cared for, always clean and comfortable. Covid has made it very difficult to visit and they staff has always taken time to speak with me every time I call to see how she is. For families that are in need of a facility for their loved ones I can say we were blessed to find Dodge Park.

My mother has been a resident at Dodge Park Rest Home for more than 2 years. This facility is amazing. Every employee is well trained in strategies to interact with dementia patients. They make the residents feel comfortable and LOVED. The residents truly believe they are part of their family. The two owners of the facility were destined to take care of the elderly. It is their true calling. The administration only excepts the best from their employees. If you are looking for a safe place for your loved one, please check out this rest home. It is comforting to know that their is always someone there to hold my mother's hand or give her a much needed hug!

Mom moved there fee months ago. We are very happy with the care. Staff are amazing. Their nurses are very much on the top of mom care. Their medical team of physicians calling me after each visit. I an sleep at night now after many months of worry

The facility provides my mom a great opportunity to walk freely in their environment. She missed this a lot at previous setting. We do enjoy the great meal and the great care. The facility was able to drop mom meds for bare min and she is more alert and oriented. I am very impress.

We chose The Oasis at Dodge because they were specifically for dementia and that was the care that we needed. The room sizes here are adequate for the needs. The best part about the community so far would be the care received. I would want others to know that the meals are good here as well. I would recommend this facility.

The Oasis is extremely clean all the time, even during holidays and weekends. The staff and care were good. They were always responsive to me. It is a state-of-the-art community. The activities were always good as well. Generally speaking, one of the owners is always there or easily accessible.

Dad move to the Oasis after few months in assisted living in Northboro area. We are very pleased. After having bad experience in the assisted living we found a great team behind dad care. All promised prior to admission were fulfilled 100%. Dad has dementia but still very active

Amazing place and we could not be happier! After dealing with dementia with my dad a few years back our experience in a nursing home was horrible. My mom now also has dementia and we found Oasis. Oasis has a homey hotel feel. Residents participate in group activities daily in a pleasant area with gas fire places and delicious smells. Residents are not simply left in bed all day. The activities are fun for the residents. From chair aerobics, drum/music groups, crafts, sing alongs, word games, and make shift fitness classes....the staff is creative and all-inclusive. EVERY staff member knows my moms name, her strengths and weaknesses and how to manage her ups and downs. The staff are knowledgable, kind, and supportive of not only the residents but the family members when we are need the support. Family is welcome at any hour and are made to feel welcome and included. Oasis is an exceptional place! Go check it out! The two owners will answer your questions and help you through the process as if you were their family!

We chose this community because it was close to my house so I can visit often. Mom always enjoys the activity such as games, arts and crafts and exercise.The food is OK. The caregivers are very compassionate and respectful to everyone there. They have a lovely courtyard to enjoy. And the community stays nice and clean.
