The staff are all very professional, kind, and understand how to work with memory impaired patients. They also worked seamlessly with hospice to meet moms needs quickly, and we were so appreciative !

It was a Great move.

This is the second time I used "A Place for Mom" Both experiences have been great. Charlie Wolf was first to contact and to follow up with me. After visiting several places I picked the Rose Garden. It is small, clean and very friendly caring environment. Marisol and Janice have gone out their way to make the transition for my Mom smooth and painless. They don't miss a beat. I like most of the employees have been there for sometime. That told me something . For the first in a long I have not had to worry about Mom.

Very receptive to all out requests and needs

Just overall a safe, nice and clean family environment. The staff is professional and nice. They know us (my wife and I) by our first names and they are very receptive to all our requests and needs and receptive to our requests and needs and more importantly to my Dad's needs. We saw 5 different places before choosing the Nazareth and compare to the other five properties, the Nazareth is the very best.

A perfect place

We chose this because it is perfect for my mom and it's close to my home. They have a lovely Internal closed courtyard so the residents can freely flow in and out. My mother doesn't care for the food, but she loves breakfast. Anytime you want to do anything, they are all really helpful. It is a no frills community but the staff are all helpful and they are really good to the residents. My mom is so happy there and she likes her room. I couldn't be happier.

The right fit

Grandma seems to like living at Nazareth Rose Garden. The staff have been attentive and helpful. They offer a good variety of healthy food choices. They offer a lot of activities. The community is well maintained and I would recommend it.

Immaculate!

Nazareth Vista was the first facility that we toured and it was spotless! It was so clean and the lady that took us around did a very good job. The place was much smaller, though, so there were not many options during meal time and there were fewer residents living the there. It was not a good fit.

So Far Everything Is Going Well

My mother is fitting in here at this community pretty well. We haven't gone to visit her yet, the director suggested we wait a few weeks before we visit. It is a nice looking community, from what I saw everything looked nice and clean. The staff is very helpful, they made the transitional process pretty smooth. A place for mom was great with all the help they provided. So far I'am comfortable with the care they will be providing her.

good experience

It has been a good experience at Nazareth Vista. My mom is really settling in and getting comfortable there. I love the staff, and the food is very good. One area where they could improve is the activities. They have decent activities, but they could do better at encouraging the residents to get involved in them.

Our experience so far

We chose Nazareth Rose Gardens because of the value for the money. He does have a shared room so it is a little crowded but they would rather the residents be out of their rooms during the day. It is always very clean when I go in to visit, there is no urine smell to it. I have been a little bit disappointed in the care, he is missing some of his items and his clothes were soiled. In general for what I am paying, I am satisfied and would recommend to others looking for the most part.

Doing the right thing for your loved one

It seems to be a nice community and, so far, the care is good. We had a deadline to meet, and had to find a placement pretty quick, this community was the best and most cost effective we could find. This is the third facility my aunt has been in in the last year, and she seems to really be fitting in. She has become more outgoing and upbeat since moving in. She is meeting new people and communicating with other residents, and I really like that for her.

I met with [name removed] and learned about the changes Voralto has and is undergoing as well as the service and care available. We toured the facility and two apartments. Again, the apartments were rather small, so again.. a mindset shift will have to take place for my parents. Again here, I liked the opprtunity for a trial weekend to see if the living and community would be a fit. Paul was great...he was the only person who asked how I was doing through this transition process with my parents. He gave me a follow up call on Saturday.

Staff Is Encouraging

Dad is doing very well here. He is not doing as much as I would like to see him do but the staff is always encouraging him to do things but that is not really his personality which is fine. The food is good I haven't gotten any complaints from it. They keep the community looking good very clean

Too small!!

Nazareth place was nice and new but the place was so tiny. I could not have possibly moved in anything, the apartments did not even look big enough to fit my couch in there. The buildings are nice, but it did not have the room I was looking for.

They Were Quick To Accept

My brother-in-law is doing well and I would say its's good. The community is clean from what it appears and the meals seem to look good. The staff have been responsive and stay in contact with me about anything. The staff are very kind and informative. The only issue is they charge for every little thing. The extra cost for adult diapers are very high but they were able to accept my brother-in-law in one day. I thank A Place For Mom for the help.

A Nice Community

This is a sterile and hospital-like community. It is good but I wish the staff would improve on the communication. I would like to see more forthcoming status for my mother-in-law. I have no concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. They staff are helpful and nice. My mother-in-law likes the activities provided. I would recommend this place.

It's going pretty well so far.

It's going pretty well so far. It's clean, and she has enjoyed the activities, and is enjoying the meals. I think she is doing better than she was. There have been a few little things that have come up, but overall I think they rate pretty high.

Eleanor gave us a very good tour. The facility was very clean and the staff congenial. Eleanor was well versed in our CNA long term health ins. and told us just how we could take advantage of it. We did not have a chance to have a meal on this visit, but plan to go back another day.

Very friendly, nice activities

I like the friendliness. The workers and the residents are both all very friendly. My mother enjoys the fact that everyone is friendly, she has a nice room, and it's very clean. The location is pretty good, except that it's on a steep hill and there is limited parking. For activities, they have piano playing, games, bingo, a drive once a week, shuttle service for doctors and shopping. The only thing I can think of that can use improvement is that the management staff aren't always really clear on how things work. I don't always get real clear answers to questions.

Positive and professional

Wanted to let you know my experience with Nazareth Rose Garden has been very favorable to this point. What I see is consistency each time I visit. The staff are friendly. There's a nice variety of activities available. The environment is clean and the temp is comfortable. Each person does have access to an outdoor courtyard when weather permits. We've had a couple of very minor issues thus far. The staff is prompt and professional when taking care of them. My mother in law has adjusted quite well. Naturally the day of placement was stressful for family. The staff made it flow as easily as it could. The best is that we can always access the administrator and the medication person. So far so good.

What I was advised

We spoke to the director at this community and they advised us this was a lock down community for memory care. They did ask us to see the community, however our loved one did not need this much care at this time.
