Country Gardens is a wonderful community with the goal of taking care of the residents top priority. I recommend this community highly.

Great place for an affordable price! Caring management, helping residents not just in day-by-day living, but with all their life issues. If you want to be a person and not a number in a corporation owned place, this is your best choice!

I like the care that is being received here from the great staff. The community is clean and it has a nice environment for her. The menu is average and they have a lot of choices. The activities are offered for her to join the other residents. We like that the staff is welcoming. We would highly recommend this community for the excellent care.

I like the care here at this nice community. We like that they are attentive. The menu is appealing. They offer my mom activities, but she had not participated yet. We do like the atmosphere of this community. We highly recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

I know I couldn't of done it without my senior advisor Suzy!! I was doing all this work on my own and thank god she was there. Her support and knowledge from me knowing nothing or where to start. God bless these workers for place your mom!! She kept on me even when I didn't think I could do no more!! I did it!! Thanks to Suzy!! Everyone was more than helpful!!

I don't have any problems so far. They have been great. They have plenty of staff, and they have locking doors. Dad's always happy in there, and we are happy. They are very helpful. We haven't had any complaints about the food so far. It is working out well.

I think they do a wonderful job at Plantation South, it is a great place! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the residents are well cared for. It really feels like one big family here, the staff are friendly and helpful and the residents seem happy. Whenever I visit it feels like nobody here has a bad day!

If it wasn’t for them – we won’t have known how to get funding for my dad. Greg at BayTree . It’s really great! Dad’s happy there. They have his medications all set up and he’s doing really good now.

Dad had a bad experience with assisted living in Texas so we were concerned and wanted to find a place where he would be happy. We couldn't be more pleased with Plantation South. It is truly a community. The staff are great. They are loving and kind and are genuinely concerned about him.

This was by far the warmest most community feeling place we visited. The Executive Director spoke directly to Dad rather than just talking to me. She seemed genuinely interested in his well being.

It was wonderufl at the time for her needs, it was something she could afford and they were very good with different things. Their activities weren't the swiftest but generally it was good and she relaxed a bit and started making friends. She did her own thing and just 2 days before she moved dehydration had set in so bad, the doctor came over because they call him in and had them send her to the hospital, she had really did on a number on herself. Where the problems come in is mom just needs a high level of care. We were quite happy with them and after she had her little episode we just decided that she needed more help and more watching than they were able to provide. They said they could give it a try and she wanted to go back there but we were up in Athens and I couldn't just hop in the car and go see her.

This is our choice. More affordable.

My mom is finally getting the care she needs here! She looks forward to her candy bar bingo and other activities. I’m able to have peace of mind that she’s well cared for. Regular meals, timely medications, and many activities have given her a new lease on life at 93 years old!

We moved my father to Country Gardens at the beginning of the year. The staff in fabulous and Dad is very happy there. Management is visible throughout the building.

I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. It is a nice place with caring people. The staff is great, they are caring for her and her needs well. She has gotten involved in the community with the activities they have available. The meals are hit and miss she says. Overall I know she is safe and in a good place. This is a community I would recommend to my family and friends.

Every experience I have had so far with Plantation South Duluth has gone well. They take excellent care of their residents, and it is a very nice place for my dad. I am very pleased with them so far. It is a very friendly environment. The staff there is all very nice and friendly, and it is a very clean facility. It has been a good experience and I would highly recommend Plantation South Duluth.

The community has a fresh, new look and is very clean. The medical and rehab staff are very good. The pool still needs to be up and running. Overall, I would recommend it, especially for medical rehab care.

I certainly have no major complaints as they have taken care of my loved one. The facility needs a total makeover. It is very outdated and could use extra painting/cleaning. But the care has been awesome.

Staff turnover is a problem. The maintenance position has gone unfilled for over two months. Also, medication management is either outsourced for an additional fee or handled internally. Internal management needlessly delays distribution. But things seem to be working okay recently after I (family member) inquired. Advantage of Country Gardens is it's near shopping (weekly trips) and doctors. Other assisted living facilities are at much greater distances.

The place seems friendly and well-run, the food delicious and ample, the staff available and willing to help my brother. It's not the newest place around but we're fine with that. I only wish the business manager [name removed] had not cut off relations with me and attempted to cut A Place From Mom out of their commission. I'm not sure if that was ever resolved. But my brother seems happy now, and that's the most important thing.
