The Mansion has wonderful staff and caregivers, great food, and lovely facilities! They check on residents frequently to ensure their comfort and safety. We only wish we had moved there sooner! So grateful for such compassionate staff.

I would recommend the whole process. When we had to find a place quickly I had no knowledge of how everything worked. Calling a place for Mom was life saver. They walked me through the whole process, giving me several options. They allowed us to make the final decision of where she would go. Great experience.

The Meadows Memory Care unit was perfect for what both my husband and I needed for his day to day care, and for my own sanity. The staff are wonderful, caring, understanding, and capable. I would, without hesitation, choose their facility again. It was a blessing for my husband and me, during his stay at the Meadows.

Staff are friendly and helpful, answering all questions. They offer a wide variety of activities for residents, have well balanced meals, in-house salon, encourage families to be involved with loved ones

It has been great! I would definitely recommend them. They have taken good care of Mom and have been very supportive of my family.

Moving from out of state to Oklahoma was one thing, finding my dad all new doctors and all the things that go with it was added stress. Every single staff member at Sand Sage in Mustang has been absolutely incredible. They were welcoming and check on him constantly and we are several months now as a resident there. Lots of activities and great meals, but the care is over-the-top wonderful.

I would recommend McLoughlin Place. Good care and very attentive staff. Great management.

The overall experience has been positive. The staff was wonderful, the meals looked food and they tried to get the tenants involved in the activities. Areas that they could improve on - evening Care in memory care. Having enough caregivers so they aren't overwhelmed. I had my husband in memory care and my sister in assisted living

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one does not do anything, but what we like most about the community is being together and our loved ones do have some friends there.

Cleanliness - they have not been able to keep the room cleaning schedule that was there when we started due to staffing issues. However all the common areas are clean and the residents are trying to keep their rooms clean. They offer a variety of foods and take my mom's requests seriously and add foods to the menu. They have put their menus and activities on an app and I think the residents are adjusting. The activities are great. Sometimes they are cancelled when there is a driver problem or low interest but there are many regular and special activities the residents look forward to. The cost continues to increase each year but I still think it's a good deal.

It's a great location! Arlington is a nice town, and not far from the freeway.

My husband has been at Caley ridge for two months now I have no negative comments at this time He seems to have all his needs met at this point Hoping all things continue to go smoothly

I have already shared with some friends and family members how successful your service is and how helpful you are. I picked this community after meeting with [name removed] at Caley Ridge. And, how helpful she was with my sister in law who moved in last January. She contacted her while in Florida and was so positive and helpful about the relocation. My sister in law is happy there. And, I'm impressed how long some residents have lived there. Caley Ridge was a good match for my loved one. They have done remodeling and it's beautiful!

The facility is very clean and my interaction with the staff was pleasant and helpful. They were very compassionate and always looked out for the client. Very good experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone that has a loved one that needs care.

I would recommend The Meadows to other families. The staff get to know the tenants and their family/ support providers and share observations.

I can't speak for the food or activities, but the rest I would rate a 5. They do not give us any information on her condition when she has been taken to the hospital for falls. Nor do they volunteer information concerning new medicine prescriptions. I would recommend this facility to others.

Our Mom spent 4 1/2 years at Skyline Place and recently passed away there. We have nothing but praise for the staff. They loved and cared for her like family. The facility and services were excellent. Mom raved about Skyline to everyone she met. We are grateful for their care for our dear Mom.

It was a positive experience overall, in spite of Mom's very challenging mental and physical condition. Good communication, nice atmosphere, visually appealing, good location.

It is a great place. They take wonderful care of my dad. I would recommend to others.

What our family like's the most about the Mansion at Waterford is all of the people that are there - staff and residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
