The Mansion at Waterford has been a blessing to our friends. Beautiful, clean facility with friendly staff. Very secure facility with a good variety of activities. Our friends report the food is very good. Our friends are happily settled in their new home.

What we like the most about The Mansion is how the food is absolutely delicious with lots of menu options. Everyone is helpful, compassionate and friendly. So grateful for the excellent caregivers, especially [name removed], CNA on 2nd floor.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. We can visit anytime and we feel welcome when we visit. The rooms are decent if not shared. We have room to put a rocking chair in the room for when we visit. There is room for two chairs along with a twin bed and a dresser in the closet. There is a nice arboretum in the center of the facility and it is a nice place to sit and breathe some fresh air.

The food is absolutely delicious with lots of menu options. Everyone is helpful, compassionate and friendly. So grateful for the excellent caregivers, especially [name removed], CNA on 2nd floor.

The staff is wonderful to my mother. The facility is very clean and inviting. The food is a little too salty but the variety of foods is nice. The activities for the residents seems to fun for those that participate.

Everyone was very helpful with the process of getting mom into the Mansion. The place was very clean, people friendly and reasonable price. I didn't feel like I needed to worry about mom at the Mansion. I couldn't say that about the other places she was in.

As children with our parents living at The Mansion, we have been so thankful for some specific individuals: [name removed] was so kind, attentive and helpful when we were inquiring about a move. She was our first impression of The Mansion and made such a positive impact! She was honest and never over promised and didn't rest until my parents got settled into an apartment they were very happy with! Nurse [name removed] has been excellent as well. Her compassion, concern and involvement in my parents' care has been tremendous. Issues have been handled professionally and competently. She has also been very responsive to texts or calls. She knows my parents and their needs and takes personal interest in their care plan. It's very reassuring for us as children having [name removed] in our corner when we can't be with our parents fulltime. Another star for us at The Mansion is [name removed]. He is a gem! He was so friendly, kind and helpful during our moves. Any maintenance issues we noticed have been addressed quickly. These three employees specifically made us feel welcomed into The Mansion family!

The price/the friendliness /the cleanliness! The care at Caley ridge was awesome. Especially as he was passing away..

What we like the most about The Mansion at Waterford is the friendly and caring staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

My uncle [name removed] lived here for the remainder of his life, and I can't say enough positive things about this place. The staff is incredibly caring and treats the residents like family. The team at the Mansion is attentive to every detail, from maintaining the building to providing excellent medical care. They even offer daily activities to ensure that residents who are unable to leave the community have plenty to do. This is a wonderful and trustworthy place for your loved one to call home.

The activities are split by sexes. The ladies get a 5 for having activities to stay busy most of the day. But for the men, which is a small portion of the population of only 5 or 6. They really don't have any activities that will draw the old guys in. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

The Mansion has wonderful staff and caregivers, great food, and lovely facilities! They check on residents frequently to ensure their comfort and safety. We only wish we had moved there sooner! So grateful for such compassionate staff.

I would recommend the whole process. When we had to find a place quickly I had no knowledge of how everything worked. Calling a place for Mom was life saver. They walked me through the whole process, giving me several options. They allowed us to make the final decision of where she would go. Great experience.

The Meadows Memory Care unit was perfect for what both my husband and I needed for his day to day care, and for my own sanity. The staff are wonderful, caring, understanding, and capable. I would, without hesitation, choose their facility again. It was a blessing for my husband and me, during his stay at the Meadows.

Staff are friendly and helpful, answering all questions. They offer a wide variety of activities for residents, have well balanced meals, in-house salon, encourage families to be involved with loved ones

It has been great! I would definitely recommend them. They have taken good care of Mom and have been very supportive of my family.

Moving from out of state to Oklahoma was one thing, finding my dad all new doctors and all the things that go with it was added stress. Every single staff member at Sand Sage in Mustang has been absolutely incredible. They were welcoming and check on him constantly and we are several months now as a resident there. Lots of activities and great meals, but the care is over-the-top wonderful.

I would recommend McLoughlin Place. Good care and very attentive staff. Great management.

The overall experience has been positive. The staff was wonderful, the meals looked food and they tried to get the tenants involved in the activities. Areas that they could improve on - evening Care in memory care. Having enough caregivers so they aren't overwhelmed. I had my husband in memory care and my sister in assisted living

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one does not do anything, but what we like most about the community is being together and our loved ones do have some friends there.
