staff is very attentive to resident wants and needs. as a family member i felt my grandmother was in great hands and never had the ackward situation of not knowing something that may habe happened! syaff did amazing job at making all of us feel like they were part of the family!! I am so happy my grandmother was able to go in peace and very much cared for!!

Genesis is a great place. Very attentive to resident and family wants and needs. They took great care of my grandmother.

I visited [name removed] on [date removed]. It's an older facility but has been updated. It has an extension for nursing home care. It's all inclusive; many different views of wooded areas. Studio apt is $[removed]. Month to month rent; will not kick out when money runs out. To apply, mom must have 2 years of finances to qualify, approx $[removed]. That is only possible IF she can get VA benefits. Extras are phone and laundry.

My dad had his second stay at Sherbrooke Village for rehab. He had his first knee replacement last year, went to Sherbrooke, and did great. When he had to plan for his second knee surgery, there was no doubt where he would go. He got excellent care, and the therapy he received was beyond compare. My family will never go anywhere for rehab besides Sherbrooke.

I had a great experience at Sherbrooke Village. The building and setting is beautiful, and my care was excellent. I went for rehab. I was able to get better and go home.

My mother needed rehab after she broke her hip. She has never been in any kind of nursing facility. She was very scared to go to a "nursing home". Once she got to the Lodge, my mother felt much more comfortable. It doesn't feel like what you think of as a nursing home. It is very nice and inviting. The staff took very good care of Mom and made sure she knew that she was going to get therapy, get better, and go back home. I would recommend Sherbrooke Village to anyone who needs extra help after being in the hospital.

They were recommended by our Orthopedist, which really surprised us. It's old and dingy and has been here forever. They have long term nursing, and assisted living here, and this surprised us. We had no complaints, though. They called the rehab MedBridge. The nursing care she got there was excellent, and she was comfortable there. They were very professional and engaged, and always able to talk to us! Don't be afraid to put your loved ones there. We were pleasantly surprised. They seemed to take a personal interest in their patients.

I was a patient at Sherbrooke Village. Everyone was very nice, and took good care of me. It is a beautiful place to recover.

The people at Sherbrooke Village went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my mom had everything she needs. My mother can be difficult, and the staff at Sherbrooke were patient and kind.

The staff is super helpful and the nurses are very nice on the assisted living side. The food is not good unfortunately. The room size for a studio is good and the bathroom is good. The grounds are older but my dad has a patio he can sit on which is great. Free internet and cable is a bonus. They have frequent events and have transportation should they need it to doctors appointments.

I wasn't aware that when I asked for a private room that he would not be in the Memory Care Unit. The staff was very good to my husband who is not always easy to care for. He liked the food and the activities. I learned many things. I don't need to take his glucose monitor or his blood pressure cuff. Next time I won't request a private room.

Very nice staff. The facility is in the process of remodeling, so a little chaotic sometimes. The assisted living should not be confused with the care/rehab facility. They have been running a little short staffed but everything get taken care of.

We have a great cleaning lady. All the staff are friendly, except for one and she's warming up to me. The quality of care - it's very good. For meals, we are served the heavy meal at lunch and the light meal at dinner. The meals are hit and miss. Rice and potatoes are a staple. As a diabetic, they are not healthy. As far as activities, I'm not interested in much except painting. Value for cost, I'm in a 350 square foot apartment. It's taking all of my check.

We probably recommend Rainbow Health Care to them.

Nursing staff is very nice. Treat her like a person not a patient.

We are satisfied with Rainbow Health Care Community. Friendly. It is closer to our(my husband and my home). The price is reasonable and the staff is willing to help. It is small community and not a lot of traffic.

I toured this facility and it was ok. Our tour guide was nice, but it definitely has the vibe/feel of a nursing home versus Assisted Living. I'd say it was the most bang for the buck considering other facilities in the area.

It's a fairly good value for the dollar. The staff has been very caring, and they really try to help my loved one and make her comfortable. Their activities director is just awesome. There aren't as many activities on the memory care side, but they definitely make an effort. She'll come over and paint their nails. There are singing events and bible studies. She'll take some of the memory care residents over to bingo on the assisted living side, which I really appreciate. She's probably the best activities director I've ever met - they really struck gold with her. One area for improvement is the food. Sometimes it doesn't look very appetizing. I believe they can ask for other things, but I don't know that that's communicated well enough. And some of the staff assist with feeding, but others don't.

We really liked the community and thought the community and staff were nice.

I have been a resident at Sherbrooke Village several times over the past few years. They know me well and treat me like family. I would never go anywhere else for rehab.
