The staff have been very responsive to our needs. I did not rate the activities or can't. I believe to rate I would need to compare facilities. I'm rating on experience, not necessarily on my parents. However, if they are happy I am happy.

I would highly recommend Almond Heights Senior Living. The only thing I would change would be that it would have been nice if they could have offered to help move a few boxes in for us. Also, sometimes it seemed as though the care team wasn't sure what total care included. We paid a lot more for total care. Otherwise, the staff is considerate and patient.

I have lived here for six years and found it to be a very comfortable environment at this stage of my life. The staff is outstanding! They are friendly, hard working and make us each feel that we are important. Their performance during the trying times of Covid was unbelievable. Individual attention is provided in dining, transportation and activities when appropriate. The location of the Creekside provides convenient access to local medical, vision, and dental clinics. There are numerous nearby opportunities for shopping, dining, banking as well as personal grooming. I feel very fortunate to have Creekside as my current home. It’s an excellent fit!

Good food here. You have house keeping that cleans your place weekly and changes your sheets and washes your sheets and towels. The activity program is great! Lots of games, live entertainment, and outings. I’ve made lots of friends here.

It's been awesome and the staff as been wonderful to me. I am proud to call the creekside home! I have some great friends here and am lucky to live in such a great place! I look forward to many more great years of living here!

I have lived here at the Creekside for 2 years. I enjoy my apartment, very spacious, weekly housekeeping is awesome! The activity program is run by 2 great gals, they make life fun for us! The food is great too, so much to choose from!

Staff at the Creekside work as a team. All are friendly and truly care about all the residents and each other. They are available to answer questions and also will find the answer for you if they don't have the answer.

I have been living at my home for 3 years. It has been a comfortable place to be in terms of my apartment and maintenance. Most important for me are the residents living with me. I am a very social person and like to see other happy friendly people and that pretty much is the case here. Do we have some people here that probably should be in another situation? That seems true, but it is normal to happen. It's not an issue. Family will recognize that. We have independent and assisted living that blend pretty well together. Many activities are available to us and outings. If you can't keep busy you're not trying. Staff is great and responsive to one's needs. Come to THE VILLAGE.

Well I love the activities , the pool and the gym and the music every weekend. The food used to be, I have been here 7 years and it used to be perfect. The food is not what it used to be but it’s still good. I still love this place.

Would certainly recommend McDowell Village to friends and family. I have been here a year and a half. I’ve been well recieved by the staff and residents. Even when having my 2 pets I was really glad by the attention my pets got.

....very accommodating to the wishes of the residents. For example they know what kind of dresssing each person likes on their salad. I have had opportunity to fill and care for many flower pots with kudos and help from residents and staff

MuirWoods Memory Care is the most family-oriented, warm, and friendly environment I have had the pleasure of being in contact with. The staff is so nice and always willing to help. They take great care of each resident respective to individual needs, they take the time to get to know each resident and that residents likes and dislikes. It feels like home when you walk into the building, from the warm greetings to the lovely refreshments, and everything in between.

First impression- people are everywhere! Residents, guests and staff are interacting, participating and smiling. My reason for being here- daily security and safety. Lock and leave when I travel. But bonus! Full service if I am unable to leave the campus. Entertainment, food and exercise!

In most cases the staff goes above and beyond in trying to please. Very receptive to suggestions. Everyone cares about everyone. The administration got us through covid without any deaths.

My mother was a resident for nearly two years until she passed under hospice care at the facility. The staff was excellent in caring for my mother. They kept the facility clean and bright for the residents. I highly recommend this facility.

I am grateful for this community! The staff and the residents are so kind. I feel safe, loved and accepted. A true sense of loving community which is what everyone is looking for. The food, the fun and now family is 5 stars.

After 4 years living here, I'm still happy here. The staff is very helpful and best of all they are very cheerful.
