I was very reluctant in looking for a place for my father but after reading the reviews and touring the community with [name removed]. I had one of the best experiences. The staff he introduced me to was pleasant, the community was clean, the residents was well managed and engaged in activity. I will definitely be back in contract.

It worked out great for us. I have enjoyed the staff and got along with them well. They've been very friendly. The director is a very fair, compassionate, and helpful person. Their wellness coordinator was also very helpful, efficient, and good at communication. The place is very clean and service-oriented. The staff seems to be very attentive to the residents. I could not find anything to complain about. My loved one says the food is okay. Some of the staff with digestive issues eat the food every day and say it agrees with them. She couldn't participate in the group activities, so they gave her some little table activities for her to do on her own. The cost was right in range with what I was expecting to pay, and for what they offer to the residents, I felt it was fair.

My father was a resident at Sunabella until his passing. I could.nt have been more happier with the care they provided during his stay. I especially liked how he was always up and dressed instead of laying around in his room. The food was outstanding each and every time I joined him at meal time. I also was very impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of the building. I give a big THUMBS UP

Our family was so apprehensive and uncertain of having my MIL move to Atria Forest Lake. She had been having memory issues for a while, and we knew she needed help with medication and remembering to eat/drink fluids. While it is definitely a transition for her leaving her home to go to assisted living, she talks about all of the fun she's having with their daily activities, and she really enjoys her group of friends she eats meals with in the dining room. She was able to keep her little dog with her, which was a dealbreaker. Their entire staff have just been so attentive and caring since our very first tour/visit. Their activities director comes up with such interesting activities, and she's so great at getting my MIL involved. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Atria Forest Lake. My MIL enjoys the food. We also like that they do their laundry and will clean their rooms/bathrooms/trash regularly. My MIL also loves their outings. Such great peace of mind with her there.

My dad was a resident of Atria Forest Lake and we were thoroughly impressed with the facility itself and with the staff. The staff at Atria were caring and professional and came to feel like family for us. The facility itself was clean and well maintained.

We not unlike most families struggled with the decision to place our Mom into a care facility. The staff was a great help in making the transition as easy as possible and went out of their way to share updates and videos through email. They made me feel confident that my mom was receiving the memory care she needed and best quality of life.

We chose Oaks at Savannah because it was a little more reasonably priced and the people that we dealt with before we moved in were people I thought would be approachable and easy to talk to and it has turned out to be just that. The room sizes here are very good, they are all private. I think they need more staff to cook the meals, the food is just mediocre. Overall I have been very pleased, they are very attentive to my husband and he is always clean when I see him.

We shopped around several different communities in the Lakeland area. Many are similar in their offerings when it comes to price and amenities. The difference in Grace Manor was the people. [name removed], the marketing director, really took the extra time to make us feel at home. [name removed] is such a pleasure to have caring for mom. I spoke highly recommend Grade Manor.

We moved my mother into Ansley Parke at Oakbridge this week. She is safe and receiving the loving care she needs while feeling independent.

The staff is very friendly and nice and they truly love the residents and families. They have activities available for the residents and the food is very good. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

Atria Forest Lake provides excellent care, support and activities for the residents who live there. The staff knows each and every resident and all of their needs. The engage life program provides many opportunities for residents to join groups and meet other residents. This is a wonderful community!

We had seen a few other communities in person, and we were actually not able to see this one in person due to the covid restrictions. However, the staff was very consistent with reaching out to us, checking on how our family is doing during the decision process. They were not pushy and that ultimately made our choice. They offer a lot of great activities and do a good job keeping the residents active and engaged. We definitely think the value for cost is worth it.

We can't say enough about our experience in moving my mother into the Memory Care unit at Atria Forest Lake. From the first visit, we were impressed with the staff's professionalism and compassionate care for residents. They also helped us in making the transition smooth with suggestions for how best to prepare my mother for the move and accommodated deliveries of furniture, etc., for her room. Placing Mom was a tough, heart-wrenching decision but the staff at Atria managed to alleviate our worries and doubts with helpful tips and just being there when we needed help and assurance.

Once my sisters and I had a tour/meeting at The Atria on Forest Drive we knew this would be the place for our mom! The facility and grounds were so appealing, clean and well kept. The staff, care takers and everyone we met were so genuinely nice, friendly and professional. The dining room was open and inviting for a good meal. Mom's apartment (the studio deluxe) fits her and her belongings beautifully and she felt right at home. She continues to enjoy the meals, activities and exercise classes with her new friends. She also just enjoys some of private time in her apartment reading the paper, napping, etc. My sisters and I are so pleased with new stimulation she gets everyday. Her being around people and activities has definitely made a positive effect on her. We (including mom) could not be happier with our decision to make The Atria her new home.

I was moving my husband from another community. The staff made this move very easy for our loved one but also for the rest of the family. Never was a question looked upon as irrelevant. My husband is very happy here as well as I am . He receives great care by everyone.

We chose Quillen Manor because they have a buy in program as far as if her money runs out she can go to medicaid, they accept that which is great. The room sizes at the facility seem to be good. She really enjoys the food that they here. I would recommend to other families.

I can't believe how great an experience this was.

They are wonderful. Our loved one is happy, and they take good care of her. She says she likes the food. They call me and check in with me. I can't say enough good things about them, everybody there. They've followed Covid protocol and have done a really good job keeping everybody safe. I don't think anybody has been sick there. Their cleaning is as good as it gets, and there's no urine smell. They've been great in working with me and our budget, and from what I can tell, they provide stellar care. I was really worried about placing our loved one, that it would be a bad experience and she wouldn't be happy. But that has not been the case at all.
