This community was out dated and not taken care of. It just seemed to be beat down and in good shape. It isn't that old so its just has not been up keep. The tour was very nice just the facility was not.

It's a nice place. They're well organized. They have fast response times. They're very friendly. My loved one has no complaints about the food. They have a private chef and everything. Overall they provide good care.

My mother was placed in memory care a few days ago. During the weeks prior to her placement we had nothing but great communication with all the staff. They are very caring and helpful and nothing but loving to the patients. I know my mother is in good hands.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was great, but it came down to logistics and location and unfortunately this community was just to far away.

Based on my tour, the facility looked great. The brief experience I had with the staff was good. They were polite. Everything was clean. It was just too expensive.

What a great place and awesome employees ! Everyone is so kind and helpful .

The cleanliness of the community and the friendliness of the staff members have been really good, everyone here has been wonderful to me. The activities are still somewhat limited but they do have birthday celebrations, movie nights every night and bingo. The value for cost is very good.

All the staff at Wellington took such good care of my mom. They treated us and her like family. it was well worth the 30 minute drive from Morristown to know that my mom was safe and happy.

Very nice, just was not as memory care orientated as we wanted them to be. The other location was more memory care focused. The tour guide was very helpful.

I cant find anything negative to say about Elmcroft, I'm glad to find a place that my loved one is being well taken care of.

My loved one likes the meals. This was the best thing that I could have ever done for my loved one. I feel like I should have done it a long time ago and I am a lot more comfortable now. They have one set cost and it makes it a lot easier. The other places were nice but this was the best to us. This is a small place and very intimate I know that my loved one is well taken care of.

Our loved one was only there for a few months and during his stay The Retreat did a beautiful job. The staff were very attentive and seemed to really love my husband. My husband kept everyone very entertained with all of his stories. When we got sick they let me come stay with him, they provided me with breakfast, lunch and dinner which was very nice, i really appreciated that. We were so pleased with the care he received. The med tech during the day would call me with any updated during the pandemic, and when the residents had to be locked down I was able to stand outside a window and talk through the screen. I would highly recommend them to others.

Staff is great. The maintenance super is the nicest person on earth and is always friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. All residents were smiling and happy. Dinning room was amazing and an aceptional menu. Many activities.

Moved my mother down here from Michigan. She needed some help, that she wasn’t getting from her old place. Staff is friendly and very helpful, mom really enjoys staying at Atria. She gets her hair and nails done weekly. Food is good too. I made a great choice by picking Atria for my mom!!

I love it here. They provide transportation to my doctor's in Hillsborough County. The menu is coming from corporate is what we have been told. It would be nice to see more control given to the kitchen manager over the menu. The kitchen manager does a great job with making the meals and managing the kitchen.

My mother lived at The Manor for several years. She was very happy there. The manor is a lovely place, so well appointed.

Our family had an in person tour and our tour experience was completely fine. Our loved one just decided to go with another community because of its location, she was more familiar.

It has been just a wonderful experience with Atria Forest Lake. We chose this facility because the staff when I first met them were very nice, it is a clean and small place, and they were able to evaluate mom and let us know the type of care that she would need. She says that they do have a nice variety of food and she likes what they serve, if she does not like it they will make her something else. The value for the money here is great as well. I have nothing but good things to say I would recommend to others who are looking.
