Encore was a true blessing to my father and our family. The admissions team in particular really went above and beyond in helping place our father in a safe and caring environment.

The manager and staff are wonderful. There are many activities that we enjoy.

Even before my tour began, while waiting in the lobby, I was immediately aware of how inviting, relaxing and yet pleasantly lively the atmosphere, the decor, the sounds (music via intercom, people chatting, etc.) and even the smells of lunch were, This feeling followed us on the tour. I am here to find a "retirement home" for my father from out-of-state (6 hours by car) and I need to feel this is right for him - a big responsibility. The reception, the staff, the tour, all facilities, the apartments, even meals and activities - it is right. It will be a perfect safe, lovely, medically accomplished home-away-from home for my beloved father.

Everything is excellent. I have no complaints of any kind. The staff is excellent. The entire facility is extremely clean. The food is above average. A lot of activities are available on all levels. The memory staff is extremely professional and kind,

Encore is undoubtedly a "best choice" for anyone looking for a place to live, to be among friends, to have help with almost anything you need: trash, making the bed, meals - any problem that arises - from fixing the TV to bathing and medicating. AND they are all so friendly - everyone knows your name!

My dad has been to Encore twice in a year. This place is unbelievable. My dad came in not able to have the strength to get out of bed or even walk and when he left 6 weeks later, he was able to walk himself out the front door. The staff is incredibly nice from the therapist, nurses, environmental services, dining services and administration. [Name removed] was the best nurse for my Dad!

The care provided at Harmony Hall is second to none. I'm always warmly welcomed by the staff and residents are active. Everyone genuinely looks happy to be there!
