my mother had mold in her room. the staff refused to properly crush my mother's medicine. She pulled chunks of pill from her mouth. [name removed] said if my mother didn't rake her meds that they would give her an injection. That was untrue. Basic needs were not met so I give the value a 2. I've got a real bad taste in my mouth for this place. Broken promises and careless medicating. I can't recommend a place that cannot be bothered to properly and fully medicate a patient. My mom did not receive proper care until she went into Hospice Home
