They are a very caring and professional group of people. Absolutely would recommend. I feel my mother-in-law is in good hands there.

My Mom is currently living there. They are taking excellent care of my Mom.

Havenwood was great! [name removed] was awesome in explaining everything. Facility was clean and nurses looked like they really cared for the people that lived there. It won’t work for us as they don’t do an elderly waiver until the resident has lived there for 3 years.

When I moved into The Clare, it was for convenience, but it turned out to be much more. Besides a lovely apartment, there are more things to do than I can take advantage of, more conveniences than I have ever had and more new friends than I could have imagined. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The drivers are wonderful helping people getting on and off the bus and van. They also help with all your purchases and/or bags. There is a monthly calendar of all trips. Mondays are usually for a lunch outing, Tuesdays for day outings. Wednesdays and some Thursdays for Walmart, and Fridays outings for grocery stores, lunch, and shopping outings. If you like to play games, there are multiples of games to choose from daily. The are also craft/art classes, exercise classes, and a movie shown in the movie room each day. There is also a salon on site. Maintenance is also very helpful and usually quick. You are given a couple of hours time when you move in to hang pictures, put up tvs, etc. The 9:45 First Baptist Hendersonville church service is streamed on Sundays and at 2:00 [name removed] conducts a Church of Christ service. There is communion and rosary for Catholic on Wednesday. You are given a menu for each week. There are 3 specials daily for lunch and dinner plus a soup and dessert. The left side of the menu contains sandwiches, salads, sides, and other various items that can be ordered instead for any meal. There are storage cages for rent monthly on each floor and a covered garage that rents monthly also.

We are looking at memory care for a 98 year old parent. Our tour was well planned out and [name removed]was very informative. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend taking a tour of Clarendale when memory care or assisted living services are needed.

It's a little on the expensive side, but it's fairly new. I feel that some of these places are a little expensive bc they have a lot of highly paid administrative staff that I'm not sure what they actually do to support the member experience. The food stood out to me, along with the overall dining experience. The amenities are better, but Mom wasn't really using any of them, which made moving to a cheaper place acceptable.

My dad just moved in Danberry 6 weeks ago. We have found the people, facility, and food all to be wonderful! The staff is eager to please and the residents are all friendly and seem to enjoy one another. There are several varied activities for the residents to participate in daily. We are so fortunate that a room became available for our father, and feel fortunate that he is in such a warm, beautiful, and happy environment !

All of the staff working at Clarendale West End are so delightful, kind, friendly, and respectful. They are fun and overall just top notch!

From the minute we walked in Danberry, we had a feeling that this was “the” place for our father. It is a beautiful facility with a country club atmosphere. The sales director and the move in/sales coordinator were both extremely helpful with navigating the whole process. Even months later, they are quick to answer ANY questions we may have - no matter what they pertain to. The staff in the Bistro, the Dining Room, the exercise room, housekeeping and maintenance are all so friendly! They remember names and always greet with a smile. They all go above and beyond to be friendly and help however they can. The menus are really good! There are many choices between the bistro and the dining room and the menus rotate weekly. There are also lots of fun activities offered so that anybody can find something that they are interested in. It has been easy for my father to make friends with the other residents that live at Danberry. He is happy and we are happy that we chose Danberry!

Enjoyed the tour. Noticed there were updates in progress. All areas that I toured were clean and orderly. Residents seemed content. There seemed to be many different ways to stay occupied and social. At this time, this facility is my first choice when I decide to relocate from my home.

Rose Senior living has been amazing for my dad. He has progressed so much since he's gotten there that we moved him from assisted living to Independent living. He's thriving! The care is amazing. We're very happy with our decision to move him there.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food is really great and they offer a nice variety. With it being brand new, it's very clean and well maintained. They offer a nice array of activities. The apartment size is acceptable and offers a decent amount of storage. We also love the secured parking garage and free valet parking.

I appreciated [name removed ]'s help and the information provided. The staff seemed friendly/ helpful. Probably, the most encouraging about the facility was the medical support, which [name removed] told me Southport provided. It seemed more comprehensive than the other facilities, which I toured. Right now, my mom remains in a holding pattern. She has rebounded some in her health, and again feels capable of staying in her home. I will reach out, should this change any time soon. Thank you for your help. It was beneficial for me to see the availability in the area.

The care and staff are very friendly and thoughtful. My mom has made many positive connections. She feels safe and cared for by them and she has a place to go when she needs help.

I have had a very positive initial impression of all aspects of Danbury at Inverness. The beautiful building and landscaping made a great first impression. The warm and welcoming atmosphere the first time I came to tour led me to believe it was a place my mom would enjoy living. My questions were answered clearly, the amenities were many, the residents who spoke to us all stated how my mom would love it there. Fresh paint on the walls and cabinets and new flooring in her apartment is so nice! The move in coordinator has patiently answered all of our questions and made the transition go smoothly. She is very good in her position and clearly cares about the residents. Chef [name removed] and the dining room staff are a definite plus! All of them are so very nice, and the food is delicious. I am looking forward to my mother meeting new friends and taking advantage of all the activities that are offered. I feel confident that she will find Danbury to be a special new home.

Five on all criteria, we have been so incredibly happy. The administrative team has been so incredibly helpful on problem-solving and resources. The facility is beautiful and everyone seems passionate about their jobs. Yes, I would most definitely recommend this community to others. I'm grateful that you all recommended it to us, they had answers to all the problems that we had in our situation. We gave them an impossible situation and they came up with how they could accommodate for the care of our loved one. Thanks for all your help. We appreciated the guidance in a frightening time for our family. [name removed] is doing well and that is largely because of the support we have had.

I recall that the residents were very friendly. The facility was very clean and the food was good. I always recommend to others that they try it for themselves. For me, Windsor was and is a place I could see myself and my husband living in comfortably and enjoying it's lifestyle.

The Delaney has everything that anyone could desire in a independent living facility to assisted living facility. It is only 8 years old, so it's very modern and upscale.

Lovely facility with friendly and very supportive staff. Staff very accommodating and informative . Food is very good with lots of options. Appears to be wide variety of activity which once adjusted Mom will love. We are happy to have Mom with Danberry and closer to family
