My dad is very social and absolutely loved it here. The staff and residents are very friendly, the care is great and there is always something fun going on.

I was looking for a place for my mom & dad. I live outside the area and wanted to make sure I found a place that I could trust while I'm not around and have a family atmosphere to ensure they are taking care of all the time. I toured many facilities and narrowed it down to a few. I choose this place because of the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and caring team. My mom loved it, she felt it was like living in a nice hotel/condo. The only thing I have heard from my parents is the food could have a little more flavor, but they are never leaving hungry. There is a lot of new staff members to support the residence coming onboard, and each day they are getting better. My parents are very happy and I love that they are being taking care of like they are family. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for their love ones to be cared for as family.

My aunt just moved in, and the entire staff has been supportive and communicative through the entire process. We are looking forward to having a positive relationship with this community! Everyone has focused on my aunt and her needs - we do so appreciate the compassion and respect she is shown.

We are so thankful to have such a lovely memory care option in Stillwater for our mother to reside. The facilities are beautiful, and the staff, services, and amenities are top notch! Knowing she is receiving thoughtful love and care on a daily basis bring us great peace.

One of the things I find most comforting and assuring about Legacy Mesa is the stability of the staff. My in-laws have been living at Legacy for about two and half years and there has been very little turnover in staff. This allows the staff and residents to become familiar with each other and to form real bonds and even friendships. My husband and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. The care-givers and med-techs are caring and kind. The administrative staff is very responsive and willing to help when necessary.

I really just want to say Thank you for all that you do to make this place home for so many! Your smiles, hellos, and maybe just asking “how are you today?” Can make a difference. It takes special people to do this important job – from the people at the front desk, to housekeeping, the dining room servers, all healthcare personnel and maintenance! You all make a big difference. We just wanted to let you know as family of two residents that we appreciate what you do! So Merci!

She has taken the time to speak with myself, my husband, my sister and her husband every time we would come to visit and she was there. She is truly 1 of a kind. She jokes around with Dad all the time and keeps him laughing and smiling. Like I said: As this is not everything by far, I wanted to just highlight a couple amazing, over and above, WOW moments she has done for our dad and our whole family. Legacy House is great. Everyone is super warm and welcoming. They made the transition easy for my loved one. They've been on top of every care issue and handled it professionally. She enjoys the activities but tends to forget about them given her memory issues. I would like to see them give that extra little bit of attention to encourage her to participate more.

Legacy House is very clean, and the right place for folks who need assisted living. The staff are very good and very proactive. And they are taking great care of my parents.

Legacy House is a clean, nice, and friendly place. I remember when I'd visit and pass residents in the hallways; they would always speak and say hello, they seemed happy to be there. anytime I called for an issue or just to checkup, their responsiveness was great. I did feel that my loved one was being cared for - and that was a concern of mine because I'm not local to the area, but I'm glad to know that she was taken care of during her stay.

They have honestly done everything in the world to help my loved one. The staff treat her like family, they are awesome. If there is a mess on the floor, it does take awhile to get it cleaned up. You have to get the aides attention to come clean it up. Housekeeping only comes once a week. The meals are good, they need more variety and options to choose from. The staff contact me on text or call regarding any questions or concerns with her care. They have light exercise, movies, entertainment that comes in as well as contests. They provide transportation and take them on bus rides and to stores. They do a lot with them.

it is a great place to live. the employees are great. they all treat you so great. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to live.

I have been here slightly over one month. it has taken this long for me to settle in because I came with more stuff and furniture than needed. as the dust has settled I am slowly but surely integrating into the community and find myself surrounded by friendly, kind, and inclusive people. not only residents, but the administrative staff, maintenance, housekeeping staff, and dining/kitchen employees. they all aim to please.

my home community is very beautiful, clean, wholesome, and fulfilling. we have become one great family. the management, staff, and all residents are all very, very happy. the provided food is top notch, varies and is wonderful. our rooms are clean, neat, and beautiful. there are no negatives amongst residents or staff. we love it here.
