Legacy Retirement Communities

It was a great move. We're happy we did it, for all of the above rating categories. It's a beautiful facility, and they keep it up very nicely. The residents love it. My loved ones have met people who have been there 5 and 7 years, so there are lots of longtime residents. The apartment is perfect and conveniently close to banks and groceries and things. They also go on tours and outings that are great as well.

Living out of state we do not get the chance to visit all that often but when we have the community has been really clean. Since move in our family and loved one has received really great service

We had a great tour experience with Legacy Village of Sugar House. The memory care unit was pretty small and we were looking for a larger facility that way our loved one would have more people to socialize with and more activities going on.

We had a great tour experience with Legacy House South Jordan. The facility is on the smaller side and we were looking for a bigger facility because there would be more people to socialize with and with bigger facilities comes more activities.

Best place ever! No complaints, only praise! Very caring employees, they make you feel like you are leaving your loved one with family!! I highly recommend this facility!

I have lived at Legacy site for just shy of 6 months. Beautiful facility with dynamic staff. People that really care. I have a terrific apartment with a great view of the mountains. Life is good at Legacy.

I am a physical therapist that is contracted by a home health company. I see patients in multiple IL/AL facilities. Legacy Village of Sugar House is far more superior than any other facility in this valley!

After visiting several facilities for our parents, we felt Legacy felt right. You can feel the care and compassion the staff have for the residents. We feel a positive vibe in the way the staff interacts with the residents. The entertainment is also a wonderful asset.

I am a professional musician and I am honored to play for the residents here. They are wonderful and appreciative of the music, and it is a joy to connect with them through the songs. Music can do that instantly, in a way that no other can. The staff and management here are very welcoming and seeing how they treat the residents makes me feel like it is a community that I would, without hesitation, have my mom stay - had she been still with us!

I have lived in Legacy for about six years. My stay here was very good. All situations well taken care if. From housekeeping to medications, to entertainment. Then through the pandemic, especially well taken care of. From meals being delivered to daily and weekly testing. The Legacy staff are to be commended very much so. They are great!!!

I am very well pleased with all the staff. They are very accommodating and helpful. My favorite area is on the 2nd floor looking over the main entrance where I do my puzzles with very little interrupting. Overall I am very pleased living here. I have been here 2 years and 3 months.

My dad is happier than he has been in many years.

Legacy Village of Stillwater is a beautiful facility. [name removed] gave us a fantastic tour and she was just great all around. She still keeps in contact with us to make sure things are going well for my loved one. We had to make a pretty quick decision and just felt like this was not going to be the best fit for our loved one, but it is nothing against the facility. We truly have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff here.

I am a hospice nurse that goes to several senior communities around the Salt Lake Valley. Legacy Village of Sugar House is one of the best, especially in the nursing department. They are very organized and take such excellent care of the patients from the top to the bottom!

Legacy Village is amazing! We love them, and I am always telling others how great they are. They're genuine and sincere. Within two days of being there, everybody knew my name and face as well as my grandmother's. The nurse in memory care actually sent me her cell phone number so we can text back and forth with any questions. They're just family. They're awesome!

Legacy Sugar House is a beautiful community. I've enjoyed visiting and I'm always met with friendly staff.

I was looking for a place for my mom & dad. I live outside the area and wanted to make sure I found a place that I could trust while I'm not around and have a family atmosphere to ensure they are taking care of all the time. I toured many facilities and narrowed it down to a few. I choose this place because of the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and caring team. My mom loved it, she felt it was like living in a nice hotel/condo. The only thing I have heard from my parents is the food could have a little more flavor, but they are never leaving hungry. There is a lot of new staff members to support the residence coming onboard, and each day they are getting better. My parents are very happy and I love that they are being taking care of like they are family. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for their love ones to be cared for as family.
