Legacy Retirement Communities

After visiting several facilities for our parents, we felt Legacy felt right. You can feel the care and compassion the staff have for the residents. We feel a positive vibe in the way the staff interacts with the residents. The entertainment is also a wonderful asset.

I am a professional musician and I am honored to play for the residents here. They are wonderful and appreciative of the music, and it is a joy to connect with them through the songs. Music can do that instantly, in a way that no other can. The staff and management here are very welcoming and seeing how they treat the residents makes me feel like it is a community that I would, without hesitation, have my mom stay - had she been still with us!

I have lived in Legacy for about six years. My stay here was very good. All situations well taken care if. From housekeeping to medications, to entertainment. Then through the pandemic, especially well taken care of. From meals being delivered to daily and weekly testing. The Legacy staff are to be commended very much so. They are great!!!

I am very well pleased with all the staff. They are very accommodating and helpful. My favorite area is on the 2nd floor looking over the main entrance where I do my puzzles with very little interrupting. Overall I am very pleased living here. I have been here 2 years and 3 months.

My dad is happier than he has been in many years.

Legacy Village of Stillwater is a beautiful facility. [name removed] gave us a fantastic tour and she was just great all around. She still keeps in contact with us to make sure things are going well for my loved one. We had to make a pretty quick decision and just felt like this was not going to be the best fit for our loved one, but it is nothing against the facility. We truly have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff here.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Legacy House South Jordan. We liked that they offer both assisted living and memory care. The staff were great with their follow up after the tour and gave us a call to check in. It came down to the location for our family.

I am a hospice nurse that goes to several senior communities around the Salt Lake Valley. Legacy Village of Sugar House is one of the best, especially in the nursing department. They are very organized and take such excellent care of the patients from the top to the bottom!

Legacy Village is amazing! We love them, and I am always telling others how great they are. They're genuine and sincere. Within two days of being there, everybody knew my name and face as well as my grandmother's. The nurse in memory care actually sent me her cell phone number so we can text back and forth with any questions. They're just family. They're awesome!

Legacy Sugar House is a beautiful community. I've enjoyed visiting and I'm always met with friendly staff.

I was looking for a place for my mom & dad. I live outside the area and wanted to make sure I found a place that I could trust while I'm not around and have a family atmosphere to ensure they are taking care of all the time. I toured many facilities and narrowed it down to a few. I choose this place because of the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and caring team. My mom loved it, she felt it was like living in a nice hotel/condo. The only thing I have heard from my parents is the food could have a little more flavor, but they are never leaving hungry. There is a lot of new staff members to support the residence coming onboard, and each day they are getting better. My parents are very happy and I love that they are being taking care of like they are family. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for their love ones to be cared for as family.

My aunt just moved in, and the entire staff has been supportive and communicative through the entire process. We are looking forward to having a positive relationship with this community! Everyone has focused on my aunt and her needs - we do so appreciate the compassion and respect she is shown.

We are so thankful to have such a lovely memory care option in Stillwater for our mother to reside. The facilities are beautiful, and the staff, services, and amenities are top notch! Knowing she is receiving thoughtful love and care on a daily basis bring us great peace.

One of the things I find most comforting and assuring about Legacy Mesa is the stability of the staff. My in-laws have been living at Legacy for about two and half years and there has been very little turnover in staff. This allows the staff and residents to become familiar with each other and to form real bonds and even friendships. My husband and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. The care-givers and med-techs are caring and kind. The administrative staff is very responsive and willing to help when necessary.

I really just want to say Thank you for all that you do to make this place home for so many! Your smiles, hellos, and maybe just asking “how are you today?” Can make a difference. It takes special people to do this important job – from the people at the front desk, to housekeeping, the dining room servers, all healthcare personnel and maintenance! You all make a big difference. We just wanted to let you know as family of two residents that we appreciate what you do! So Merci!

She has taken the time to speak with myself, my husband, my sister and her husband every time we would come to visit and she was there. She is truly 1 of a kind. She jokes around with Dad all the time and keeps him laughing and smiling. Like I said: As this is not everything by far, I wanted to just highlight a couple amazing, over and above, WOW moments she has done for our dad and our whole family. Legacy House is great. Everyone is super warm and welcoming. They made the transition easy for my loved one. They've been on top of every care issue and handled it professionally. She enjoys the activities but tends to forget about them given her memory issues. I would like to see them give that extra little bit of attention to encourage her to participate more.
