It's been good. The staff is nice to me. I've been here since they opened 10 years ago and I love it. I feel safe and comfortable here and I've never even thought about going any where else.

The staff especially the young ones are great! Always so kind! Everyone is always cleaning so its nice for us. I like that we have a choice to participate in activities or not. I like that I don't have to worry about med management, I'm assured that I'll get them timely.

I've had a wonderful experience while living here at LHPL. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The meals are made with love and care and are delicious! And the activities are well planned out, fun, exciting, and joyful. I love living here!

I've lived here a year and eight months. The caregivers are wonderful. The food is yummy! yummy! I love the activities - especially Bible study. If I have a problem, I go to the front desk. They are kind, caring, and loving.

I have lived here since June 2020. The staff has been very kind and caring. There has been some dining staff turnover. The team is trying to learn, and training for them is important and appreciated. Most of team are wonderful.

My mom has lived in several different assisted living places over the years and this is her favorite by far. She loves all the friends she has made both employees and residents. She enjoys all the activities that the staff comes up with. I also love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and take good care of my mom. It is so comforting to know she is safe and well taken care of when we aren't about to do it.

Everyone has been extremely welcoming to me! I'm new to the community. The wait staff could use some additional training, but they are very sweet and willing to help. Very polite. Everyone is very friendly. I love my apartment. The view is incredible.

Overall a positive experience. Staff are friendly and dinner is a 50/50 experience. Some days are better than others. When we push our pendants for help the staff come in a reasonable amount of time.

The staff is great. There is a lot of turnover in the kitchen. However, the rest of the team jumps in to help. Really good people with dining/wait staff through the day. I can't think of any of the wait staff that doesn't try hard. They are wonderful.

I think the staff are very nice and good to me. I will give this an A+. I like that I can go to the salon and get my hair done, bus rides, and the people that take us are nice. I like that my room gets cleaned each week and the privacy of my space.
