It has been wonderful, very nice people from management to custodial staff have been very kind. None of the staff say "no" they always help

This is a great place for anyone looking for a place for their loved one! The team is great! Highly recommend this building to anyone! You definitely owe it to yourself and family to come give this building a look.

The staff especially the young ones are great! Always so kind! Everyone is always cleaning so its nice for us. I like that we have a choice to participate in activities or not. I like that I don't have to worry about med management, I'm assured that I'll get them timely.

I've had a wonderful experience while living here at LHPL. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The meals are made with love and care and are delicious! And the activities are well planned out, fun, exciting, and joyful. I love living here!

The staff is very concious of who they are serving and they are so courteous. There are a lot of fun activities to choose from it is always clean.

I've lived here a year and eight months. The caregivers are wonderful. The food is yummy! yummy! I love the activities - especially Bible study. If I have a problem, I go to the front desk. They are kind, caring, and loving.

I have lived here since June 2020. The staff has been very kind and caring. There has been some dining staff turnover. The team is trying to learn, and training for them is important and appreciated. Most of team are wonderful.

My mom has lived in several different assisted living places over the years and this is her favorite by far. She loves all the friends she has made both employees and residents. She enjoys all the activities that the staff comes up with. I also love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and take good care of my mom. It is so comforting to know she is safe and well taken care of when we aren't about to do it.

If it wasn't for this place we would be in financial trouble. They're awesome! I've referred a friend here too who moved in in September. I can tell you that they're half as expensive as others in the Phoenix area and just as beautiful. And everyone in Phoenix charges up to $700/month to dispense meds, and they do not.

I have been a resident since [date removed] . My apartment I very comfortable and I spend most of my time there, because of hearing and seeing problems. The programs and activities are numerous and well attended. I looked at other places and chose the Legacy Park lane.

Everyone has been extremely welcoming to me! I'm new to the community. The wait staff could use some additional training, but they are very sweet and willing to help. Very polite. Everyone is very friendly. I love my apartment. The view is incredible.

I think it's a fun-tastic place to be. They know me and call me by name. I'm greeted with a smile.

Overall a positive experience. Staff are friendly and dinner is a 50/50 experience. Some days are better than others. When we push our pendants for help the staff come in a reasonable amount of time.

The staff is great. There is a lot of turnover in the kitchen. However, the rest of the team jumps in to help. Really good people with dining/wait staff through the day. I can't think of any of the wait staff that doesn't try hard. They are wonderful.

They are vey attentive, nice, and very caring staff. They could improve on, the communication with the family for activities, and things going on within the community. It would be nice, if we had the capability to pay online.

I think the staff are very nice and good to me. I will give this an A+. I like that I can go to the salon and get my hair done, bus rides, and the people that take us are nice. I like that my room gets cleaned each week and the privacy of my space.

I have been to three previous places and this is by far the place I would recommend. I love it here and everyone of the staff members. Activities are fun and plentiful.

Everyone is helpful. Not just with me, but with everybody. The food is great!

Moving into assisted living was a difficult transition for my loved one. The staff has gone above and beyond in accommodating move-in dates, making sure all details were completed and all of my loved ones needs were met.

This place is a great place for your lived ones to be. The staff is awesome, the food is good and they encourage the residents to excel in their daily lives. They go on outings every week and have things to do daily on weekdays. They encourage other family members to participate in Everthing that they do.
