The staff members are so friendly just from top to bottom - we have never come across someone that is not superior with their friendliness and helpfulness. They are constantly smiling and just saying hello to everyone coming and going. There are more activities at this community then our loved one can keep up with, there will never be a moment where the residents are feeling bored - that is not allowed. They have such a large variety of things to do, nothing is repetitive at all. The food there is phenomenal - every time our loved one goes to eat a meal she says its like going to a super nice restaurant. She is incredible happy there and finally has that sense of independence and freedom. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

This has been the best thing my loved one has done and a great move. The staff are wonderful! The management really cares about the employees and this reflects on how they care for the residents. This is a happy place, friendly, and they have tenured staff which speaks volumes to the families. The staff communication with the family is very good. There are three meals provided a day to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Poker, movies, bingo, happy hour, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in. The community encourages new activities for the residents to participate in as well.

It was great experience. The staff worked very well with me, and they were very patient with my mother. Like a lot of elderly people, she had trouble moving and making the transition. She was very afraid. They treated her with the utmost care and respect through the whole process, which I greatly appreciated, and that is to their credit dealing with a difficult situation so well. She now enjoys Heritage Greens very much. For other families considering a move for their loved one, know that the initial difficulty in the beginning generally levels off. My mother is adjusting quite well, and I appreciate that they assigned people to work with her. They have Legacy there to help evaluate her emotional state. Not only is it physical therapy, but it's also a lot of emotional support. She has responded very well to that, and I believe it has helped her. Overall I give Heritage Greens an A+ and am very pleased with them.

Great floor plans and amenities, but they did not have any vacancies. They would have been a strong contender if they had an available apartment.

My loved one has only been here a short period of time, but they get 5 stars for everything so far. We like it much better than her previous facility. It is smaller. The staff all know my mom by name. They take her to the activities. And they take her to meals and make sure she eats.

My mother lived here for 3 years and it is the most welcoming, clean, great food, unbelievably professional kind staff anywhere. You can feel the wonderful atmosphere the moment you walk in the door, the residents are happy and the staff is too. We cannot say enough about this place and the care my Mom received here, truly the best!

What we really like about The Fountain of Melbourne is just the overall friendliness of the staff and their willingness to always accommodating our loved one and our family. We would highly recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones

This was a great facility but did not meet the needs of my loved one. It was a larger community.

My 84 year old mom is a resident at Park Plaza. This is her second assisted living facility and last. Every family and resident has a "whats important " list. For us what works is the ease and peace of mind. We love all the staff members from the front desk to the people who do her laundry. The care is so that I don't have to worry and able to live my life with confidence0 that mom is getting the care she needs. Food is so important and Chef [name removed] and staff do a great Job. Overall I am completely satisfied with Park Plaza and there dedication to the residents and there families. Thank you.

At the height of the Covid pandemic my husband and I moved into this great Assisted Living facility, although at first I was not too happy about making this move but was pleasantly surprised when we received warm and heartfelt welcomes from the director and staff. Even though we were confined to our room for the remaining duration the staff still did their best to keep our spirits lifted. The Wellness Center visited our door dressed in silly costumes offering afternoon ice cream treats, singers and music were provided in the outdoor area while we watched from our room windows. Slowly my unhappiness with our move faded and gave way to acceptance and happiness. A satisfied Resident

The staff is so friendly as well as the residents. My dad loves the food! It’s obvious the employees are appreciated and respected. In turn they are always so happy and friendly to the residents and guests.

Some of the biggest deciding factors for picking BridgePoint at Los Altos was the location, this is the area our loved one grew up in and is very familiar with, and he has been able to make friends with the people there. Overall the value is good. The only reason the meals and dining gets 4 out of 5 stars is sometimes the meals are served cooler then what they should be - but we have acknowledge it is due to them being understaffed. -

This was a beautiful community it was too far from family.

I was quite happy with the quality care, and the amount of care was great. Finding a place that was able to handle medication, for our loved one was a big deal. Also, there was no negative comments or reviews, about the medication, which is why we picked this place.

My loved one, loves the food, and they have alot of choices. The activities are excellent. They have a walking path. They also, have pottery and art classes, as well as a hair salon. My loved one teaches a woodshop class. The cost is a little higher, but worth it. My loved one is very independent, and the other residents is on my loved ones level.

The dining experience is outstanding and quality service and a friendly atmosphere. As I say to my friends, we have two decisions to make daily. Lunch and dinner. We do not have to shop for the food, we do not have to prepare the food, serve the food, or clean up. What is not great about that? The servers really really make it happen. when they present the food to you from the kitchen, the presentation is outstanding.

Having lived here for a little over two years I am very happy to call La Posada Home. The residents and associates are very friendly. The associates go out of their way to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. The food continues to be excellent, with good variety. The staff are responsive to request made by residents regarding food items.

The food is good. The activities are great. We picked this place, because it is a great location, really nice, and the building was more up-to-date. Overall, it's a winner, and a good place for your loved one.
