My loved one loves the food, and is super happy. Everyone is super helpful, and great. We picked this community, because of A Place for Mom, and the rep was able to recommend this place for my loved one. The room was bigger, the people were friendlier, and the amentites were better. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

It's very clean, and they work hard at keeping it clean. I picked this community, because I thought it was by far superior. They have a beautiful pool, music, exercise classes, hair appoitments, and games. I would recommend to other families.

I toured this community and thought it was really huge and would be easy for my loved one to get lost in, I got a little bit lost. But it was a nice place. The lobby was nice and the dining room was very pleasant. The main common areas smelled good. Just not a good fit for my loved one due to the large size of the facility.

This was a nice community. It was more expensive than we wanted.

I just want to say my mom was happy & loved her friends she made! My mom has passed away [date removed] after I moved her to another place. Big mistake keep your love ones where they are happy & you can call & check on them! I want to think everyone at Heritage Greens for your love you gave my mom & my family!

It does not feel like a retirement home, there are so many wonderful activities, the food is 5 star, and the staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. I think it is overall one of the best places in the area - especially compared to others that I looked at. It fits his needs very well and I would absolutely recommend Crestavilla.

Beyond all my expectation. Staff is friendly, caring and thoughtful. Dining servers go above and beyond serving meals. Helpful to those needing extra help. Without a doubt, cleanliness is the top of the list.

The front staff is awesome, and the med techs and dining room servers are excellent. It is safe and comfortable and I love living here. CARING people!

Beautiful facility with big library room - fireplace in library and dining room. Wonderful caring staff. Interesting residents from many walks of life. Everyone very friendly.

Our family had an in-person tour and we thought overall it was a very nice tour experience for our family.

To sum it up: I've never seen my mom happier. She really enjoys it here. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a good job. Communication with the family is perfect. The staff are all very personable, friendly, and helpful. They have a great variety of activities here. In fact, that's one of the main reasons we chose this facility. Mom really enjoys the knitting club. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I have worked with several folks on staff at Abbotswood, and I have found them to be super friendly and helpful! It's a beautiful community with lovely people. I also enjoy shopping at the farmers market there in the summer. I highly recommend!

The Staff and Value for Cost really stood out to us at this facility. The staff are very caring and empathetic. They are on top of everything. My dad is very happy here! As is our family! I would certainly recommend this facility to others!

Fortunately for my mom, myself and family, Park Plaza provided a wonderful experience for her and us, last five years of life. We started visiting several different options quite awhile ago, but it was on our 3rd visit to PP, she stopped and sat down at a game table on the 2nd floor, pulled out her checkbook and said “THIS is where I’m living. How much?” I gladly agreed as PP was one off-ramp away from our home, allowing me to visit often and bring her home for visits, which was really important the last 6 months of her life. The staff could not have been more helpful, caring and considerate throughout her stay. Through Covid they were simply FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY! I miss my mom tremendously, as well as all of the wonderful staff at Park Plaza!

I have been a resident for almost one year.

I like Bridgepoint. It is older, but I do like it. It's well run, and they're currently redoing it completely. It's going to be very nice when they're finished. For a few years now, I've provided music/entertainment for the residents, and I have a lot of appreciation for the Activities/Wellnes Director. She's easy to work with and does very well at her job.

After significant research by our family, my elderly Aunt choose to live at Park Plaza- Senior Living, Orange, CA about a year ago. She has acclimated well to the facility and has enjoyed living there so much that she has tried to convince her 95-year-old brother (my father) to move in ever since. My Dad is extremely independent and has been reluctant to live anywhere else but his own home, where he has resided for almost 60 years. Fortunately, I have been able to work directly with Park Plaza Sales Director Traci Nagel who is very knowledgeable, and empathetic to our situation. She has provided valuable council regarding my Dad's living situation, which has led to him agreeing to move in to Park Plaza once he recovers from a recent illness. Our family is thankful to Park Plaza for providing a safe and enjoyable community for our loved ones!! Well done!!!
