Bryon Park was a very caring community. They put a lot of effort into making sure that the residents were involved in activities. They were very concerned about socialization for the residents. The food was excellent and they staff made sure that residents were seated with others residents that had interests in common.

We are having a wonderful experience at Valencia Terrace. It's a beautiful place with excellent services. The associates are very professional and hospitable. We feel particularly secure given the prompt and efficient management of the community since the early onset of the Corona Virus. They put several protocols in place for the protection of residents and staff alike. We are very happy with the decision to settle at Valencia Terrace.

We have been very pleased with Crestaville. They have really stepped up during the virus. They are bringing all the meals to residents' rooms. The staff is very kind. The food is good. They have two dining rooms and a bistro which are open during normal circumstances.

I am especially impressed with the range of activities that they offer. The staff here are friendly, helpful, thorough, and detail oriented. They have a library and I am looking forward to volunteering in it. The communication is great and they are always willing to help me with anything I need. The food is excellent. Right now, I enjoy zooming with family and friends. I even zoom with my church choir every week. This place is really outstanding and for all of the reasons that I scored them a five, I would move here again in a heartbeat.

[Names removed] both went out of their way even when they weren't working to take her medications and to follow up with her. Their level of care and true compassion for their work and the residents is very rare and extremely appreciated. $15,000 a month for their highest cost two bedroom apartment with wrap around porch. Two bedroom apartments all have two bathrooms, only one bathroom is necessary for [name removed]. Lunch was excellent. Only half full and seems to be aiming for the luxury resident. Too expensive for [name removed]. Also he wants more residents than the current 80 who are living there.

THIS IS THE ONE. Beautiful and friendly place. Immaculate common areas. Friendly residents wonderful apartments. Dining room and food was great.MOVING IN...

Met with [name removed]. Toured the facility. Loved the small neighborhoods. There are 4 for memory care. Rooms are very spacious. Got a feeling of calmness. [Name removed] meat and staff very friendly. I have selected this place for mom. It will fit my moms needs and way of life.

A wonderful home. Happy place to live. Very clean and food is good. People are very friendly and I feel very welcome to a beautiful paradise.

Vibrant community with large bedroom configurations, nice food quality/options, and many activities

I think this is a wonderful place to live. I have been here over 3 years and encourage all of my friends to consider it. I also talk to them about transportation - activities. There are so many supports to help you make the transition. I am so grateful I made the decision when I did. OH - I led a group at my church for several years. One of the ladies lived here and she invited me and my husband to come here and visit. We did. Didn't make the choice until after he died.

A vibrancy of life upon entering VT, the cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff, the amazing varied and enjoyable activities, the beauty of the casitas and the main building, the comfort of the theater seating, the intensive equipment in the fitness center, etc. make VT the ideal place to enjoy retirement living. Even the food with few exceptions is well prepared and served.

My mother moved in here on [date removed]. She has Parkinsons and needed more help. She feels the staff is very professional, helpful and very cheerful and courteous. Facility and grounds are always immaculate, very well maintained. She cannot offer an opinion on your activities as she is not able to participate. She does love our Beauty Shop. She also enjoys your Sunday brunch and would like it more often. She likes your transportation driver [name removed]. [Name removed] has been very helpful always. [Name removed] was wonderful to work with.

I live at the happiest place on earth - Valencia Terrace! The staff is always helpful. The residents are happy and very friendly. The food is delicious and varied. There are many activities to choose from and the facility is always clean and lovely. Transportation is available for shopping appointments and fun!! I love living at Valencia Terrace!

None of the above. Daughter found it. I saw V.T. previously - couldn't afford it then (when husband was alive). My daughter knew I liked the facility, so it was decided. This was it!

We looked at retirement homes in Orange and San Diego County for several months and there was no comparing to the helpful attitude of the staff at Valencia. The young man helping us put us under no pressure and wanted us to be happy with our decision. Thank you [name removed]!

Everyone is very friendly. Public area always neat and clean. Lots of activities.
