Our mother is at harbourview senior living ALF. The staff members are truly warm and caring. The DON and Charge nurse are very informative and always giving us updates. They treat each resident with love and respect. Each staff member is attentive to our mother needs. After a short time there, they knew her likes and dislikes. We visit often and see that she is clean and well cared for. She always has hair well groomed. They have a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. It always nice to see my mother participating. The facility is very safe and secure. The building is always clean. Her apartment is always neat, clean and laundry done. The staff is always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The nursing and medical staff explained step by step what was needed. They were always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. We highly recommend Harbourview senior living Assisted living for your loved one.

My dad is a resident at Harbourview Assisted Living. Prior to his move in to AL, he was in subacute rehab at Harbourview as well. Admissions was extremely helpful with guiding us step by step during his transition. It is a great feeling to see how far he came along after being in and out of the hospital, thanks to the nursing and rehab team. The staff is extremely attentive to his needs and are always available to discuss our concerns. They care for the residents with grace and compassion.

My mother stayed at Harbour View for a week while we were switching her caregiver at home. While there’s no place like home, my mom and the rest of my family couldn’t have been happier with the care she received during her stay. Everyone was above and beyond caring, even when my mom was being grouchy. Their patience is next level! We felt as though she was in extremely safe hands and would definitely plan another stay if we need it in the future.

When trying to decide a spot for my grandfather to live, we were stuck on options. When Harbour View was suggested, we had a great tour and the staff (including the Director,[name removed]) were nothing but kind and went above and beyond what we needed to help get my grandfather into the situation he needed for success. The fact that the facility is independent living coupled with assisted living and long-term care, we have a lot of options as it relates to his care. We were so satisfied with the services provided in conjunction with what the facility has to offer. A clean room, good care, great food and an atmosphere that allows for my grandfather to have the resources he needs to do well and succeed. He is doing well and is socializing again and getting a space together with friends and allowing himself the ability to do well and thrive. That is all we could ask for. If you need a space for a elder loved one, this is the spot. You won't be disappointed with the care provided.

It was a very difficult decision to take our Mom to a senior living facility, but I am so happy that we brought her to Harbour View Senior Living. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the facility is super clean and well run. Thank you so much!!

I wanted to see for myself if the nice photos online were how Harbour View actually looked, and they were! Everything was so clean and the staff was so friendly as [name removed] toured me. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my many, many questions. 5/5

Everyone was very helpful from our first visit to moving in. All of our questions were responded too quickly thru email or a phone. On our first visit we made an appointment to visit the facility and see the living rooms, dining room and other facilities that were available to use. There are a number of activities available to keep you a little busy. the staff is a big help with just about any question.

I recently had the opportunity to Visit Harbour View while searching for a Suitable place for my mom. Overall, the experience was quite positive. The staff was undoubtedly one of its strongest assets. From the receptionist to the caregivers, everyone is friendly and professional. During my visit I observed staff members engaging with the resident in a compassionate manner which is important to their mental well-being. I would recommend 10 out of 10!!

My father recently moved into the Assisted Living and it has been a breath of fresh air! The admissions director guided us through every step of the way - super responsive and available for my family's questions. The team at Harbour View is empathetic, thoughtful, and kind. In every category I would rate them a 5. The facility is very expensive but they take Medicaid which is a program I'm going to have to start completing paperwork for soon. Very helpful director who provides lots of information. The staff has been wonderful. It's a stressful time and they made the transition easy.

I am over the moon happy being here! It's truly Beachwood's hidden secret. You are Independent enough to be private, yet offered enough activities to make friends and feel like family! I have no complaints only praise!

There does seem to be quite a bit of staff turnover. Other than that, the facility is clean, all of the staff and residents have been kind, it is affordable and it is in a great location! I would definitely recommend The Heritage of Clara Barton to others looking.

I would definitely recommend the facility. My mother loves the place. She was given a red carpet welcome with flowers on the day she moved in. The staff is very friendly. That includes everyone! From the receptionist, housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance. The move in process went very well also. The residents are friendly as well. I can't say anything bad about Wiggins. My brother and I definitely feel like we chose the right place, and I would recommend Wiggins in a heartbeat, It's been 1 month now since my mother moved in and my mother can't say enough praises about Wiggins.

My sister made the decision to move to a Senior Living facility this past year, given changes in her family support situation, and increasing concerns about the aging process. Though she experienced the normal concerns about such an important lifestyle move, she, her family and I have concluded that she was fortunate to have selected HCB. The facilities are more than adequate, but the staff, from the Administrator down have proved to be outstanding. Professional, supportive, friendly and caring all describe the staff. Every resident seems to be recognized by name, and by special needs. The more she gets to know the facility, the better she (and we) like it.

What I like the most about The Heritage of Clara Barton community is I have finally found a place to call home. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

THIS IS TRULY BEACHWOOD'S HIDDEN SECRET!!! However, I am doing EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF TO LET OTHER SENIORS AND WHO HAVE SENIOR RELATIVES ABOUT MY NEW HOME! It is much like a surprise party! Each day is a new SURPRISE FULL OF LOVE, KINDNESS. AND WONDERFUL THINGS YOU WON'T FIND OR RECEIVE AT OTHER FACILITIES!!! Your company truly lives up to it's name!! I would recommend The Heritage of Clara Barton to others looking for independent living. It has been a great place for me to live, although I feel it should've been a bit cheaper, especially if you want to make your own meals for yourself.
