Right when we walked into the All American, we knew this was gong to be the right place. We have recommended this community to other families and will continue to do so. Anytime we have questions or concern there is always someone there to answer, and if not then find someone to give us an answer in a timely manner. They are eating so well over there we wish we could eat there every single day. Also they have an incredible amount of activities it is amazing.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour it was our second choice, but the apartment did not have any pretty views to look at like another facility we had toured. Also the two bedroom apartment, was just two bedrooms and a very small living area, it could feel claustrophobic

This is a beautiful place, our families experience was not as long as we wanted but the staff there were family. The people are very caring, they have wonderful help, and we would highly recommend this community to all other families.

This community is great, the staff members are very friendly and it is in a nice location. Our loved one really enjoyed the meals and dining service and the activities were great. The value for cost is compared to other places in the area.

They have different games and activities for the residents to keep them moving and engaged. I would say to send your loved one here. When the residents come in they take great care of them. They pay attention and they do their best.

Needed a place for mom that would accommodate all of her healthcare needs as well as offer her the freedom to enjoy other people, activities and a special place to live. Her room is set up with her personal belongings and feels as cozy as it did when she had her own home. All of the members of the staff are terrific. She is so happy there and that makes me feel so comfortable that she is in good hands. I am so pleased that I found a perfect place for her to enjoy her life.

The furnishings at All American are very comfy and homey feeling - the place did not feel like a nursing home.

We looked at several local nursing homes for my mom with dimentia and now needing more care than we could provide. After about a month wait, my Mom was now in caring hands of AAAL team. First day was rough leaving, and the AAAL team (including Administrator, Director of Nursing, Care nurse) all helped me, my family and mother to handle the stressful moment. It's been 2 months, and my Mom is very settled, not asking to be taken home (like she did first day). AAAL team shares stories about my "spirited" Mom. We are all very happy with the care and can't imagine her being anywhere else now. I wish I'd done this a little sooner for everyone's benefit. I'd be glad to go there myself as a resident one day. Rooms are decent size, no rooms far from the community center So far, only one drawback - sometimes must wait several minutes at entry door to get in so see Mom, as the Memory area is always locked down (same at all the other Nursing Homes for dimentia residents).

It's perfect for our family member. The admissions person was extremely obliging and helpful. She answered every question and has handled every concern. We've been very happy with her ability to help us considering we live so far away. Our friends who live in the area checked it out for us and said the facilities are delightful and clean.

Overall they have a great, friendly staff. They take really good care of my dad. He is safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend them to others. All these types of places are pretty expensive, but I think they give great care here.

The community was good and had its good and bad points but when I narrowed it down it was just another community that worked out for my loved one better.

My Mom was a resident for almost 10 years. She loved the staff and the socialization,... The staff were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place as a Great Place for Mom. I am a Registered Nurse and I told my family that I would like to go there ,if I can no longer take care for my home and need more services. I give it a 5 star rating. Sincerely, Carol Jaquis.

I toured All American last month and it was so beautiful! I met [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] and they were all amazing. [name removed] took me on a tour and I met some of the residents and additional staff members. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I would feel 100% confident to have a loved one or family member call this place home! 5 stars!

From the moment I stepped into the All American Assisted Living I knew this would be a great place for my mom. The people are so nice and helpful and understanding. I have always lived with the fear of someone hurting my mom as she got older that’s why she was with me for six years. Since my mother had a heart attack and a stroke recently we are now going to have to make a small adjustment to the memory care side of All American Assisted Living. What most attracted my family was how “Family Friendly” the entire staff is. There are so many interactive activities and everyone cares so much about the older generation. My mother has even said thank you to us for choosing “THIS PLACE “ for her!!! We highly recommend All American Assisted Living.

This is the best community around and I would suggest you stop looking. The staff are very friendly, and they are quick to respond to call buttons. They are very attentive to the residents needs as well. My loved one loves the food, and they even have crab cakes available for the residents.

The apartments are a very nice size they have lots of extra storage. The activities are fun and my loved has made a lot of new friends. My loved one is very happy here.

We had a great tour with All American. The facility itself was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We did not choose them because mom did not want a shared suite and that is all that they offered at the time.

So far the Bentley Commons community has been nothing but clean and the staff members are really friendly. Since we are not the ones eating there we do not want to take the meals and dining service, but they do have some activities. Today they are actually taking the residents apple picking, and we do know covid has impacted their ability to do a lot of things but we still wish they could have a few more activities.

The process and people were very helpful. [name removed] was extremely helpful in us making her decision for mom.
