This is a good place, and it is smaller in size. The staff are great. The staff are very supportive of the family's questions or concerns. They try to follow up and rectify the situation for the family. The food is good for the residents, and there is a menu for the residents to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour and it was an excellent tour experience

We are very happy with our experience. They keep the community clean and organized. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating to the residents and family. The location has been a plus for us. The meals are served in the dining room three times a day. I believe they also have a bistro available. They are able to provide medication management, hygiene, dressing and bathing assistance as some of the care types provided.

Right when you walk in from the front desk, to the maintenance crew and all the day to day staff working with the residents everybody is great. The staff members have just been so fantastic. It is a beautiful community that is really well laid out. We are very impressed with how much they are able to accommodated our loved ones needs since at times they can be a little difficult. Our loved one says the meals and dining service is great and so do the other residents. They have great activities, our loved one enjoys when they are able t go out for lunch. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience

Our family had an in person tour and it was a little bit smaller of a community but one thing we loved is we saw residents and staff members everywhere mingling and socializing with one another. It was a top contender but at the time there were no openings.

All American was great with the experience we had with them but unfortunately our situation just did not give us the chance to officially move in. The women in charge [name removed] was so lovely and wonderful to work with, she was very patient with us and really tried to make our situation work. We did like how the posted on the net every single day about different activities and events going on. The residents also get the chance to go out on different outings with the bus service, and they have participate in different wellness exercise classes.

Their marketing person was very friendly and knows everyone who lives there. When we moved my mother in, the handy man hung pictures all over the place for her. He went above and beyond and is such a nice guy. She's having a good time at All American. Everyone is very sweet, and she loves everyone there. The staff I've met have generally all been very nice. They're great with administering her meds and showering. She does a lot of activities and is always busy. They have rosary, arts and crafts, movies, sing-alongs, and lots of different interesting things. The other residents are nice to her, and she enjoys eating meals with them. It's small community, which is great so she can get to know everybody. She was really isolated before, and now she's no longer lonely and is happy there. Sometimes the nurse can't do as much as one would hope if a situation arises - a doctor has to take care of certain things. But overall I think the staff is nice, and I think we made the right decision to send her there. The kitchen staff really listen and accommodate requests - all you have to do is ask. Compared to other places, I think the cost has been good as well. I have nothing negative to say. They've been really helpful when my mother or I have needed anything.

The activities coordinator makes sure to have weekly bingo, and daily crafts. They also have different activities like baking, sewing, embroidering, painting classes and religious services. There is karaoke, different opportunities to go on day trips, and live entertainment. There is something going on daily for the residents. We are not sure about the overall quality of the meals but the food service is great. Based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families..

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the staff were terrific. We loved their nurse she was terrific. She spent a lot of one on one time with our loved one and she did a great first assessment. However it is an older facility and the rooms seemed extremely tight and small and there was no real good outside area, it was just a parking lot.

All American is a warm and welcoming community that is laid out well - very spacious, open and bright. Our loved one says the meals and dining service is great and he is kept really busy with all the activities. They have a bunch of indoor activities like bingo and bowling. They also take the residents out for different outdoor activities. It has been a really good experience so far.

The All American facility is excellent for a person who is in good health, can be involved in activities, and can socialize with the other residents. For my loved one, it was a horrendous experience from the time she got there until the time we had to take her out. Before move-in, they did not tell us about a problem with her living situation. We signed her up for a private apartment, and she ended up in a shared apartment with another lady. She was in that situation for four weeks. That whole time, they told me they were getting her room ready with new carpets and new paint. Five weeks in, I was told her room was ready. The apartment they put her in still had the previous resident's furniture in it. The rugs were filthy dirty. They spent five weeks doing absolutely nothing they said they were doing. Their excuse was they couldn't get the help due to Covid. And all that time, they were charging her for a private apartment when she was sharing with another person. I believe thy did eventually give a credit for that. As far as the care was concerned, it was obvious she didn't belong there. She needed nursing care, and I can't understand why they said she qualified for their community when she needed so much more care. I think they took her solely for the money. They did not handle her incontinence needs, and our family had to take care of it ourselves. What All American told us and what actually happened were two different things. And the actual experience was SO different than the promising tour experience we had.

I toured with All American and the facility is absolutely stunning and brand new. The staff were lovely to interact with and answered all of my questions. It seemed like a great place.

We chose Butler Street Senior Living because they have a partnership with Fox rehabilitation and they are known to be one of the best and have been great. They are on site and so he does not have to leave. I really like the community areas that they have where families can come and get together. They are situated on 12 acres of land and they have a paved walking path so he has plenty of opportunity to get outside. There are many activities provided and he has made some friends here. I would recommend them to others looking.

We chose Bentley Commons at Bedford because the atmosphere was very good. We found newer places that seemed almost too sterile and there was not enough of a community atmosphere. This facility was established and there were more residents so lots of things were going on and there was more interaction. It is a little bit less expensive too which played a part in our decision as well. I would tell others to make sure to take a tour and figure out if it is the right fit for your loved one. We would recommend them.

We love them and they have really great staff here. My Mom is very happy here.

We are so happy with Bentley Commons we feel confident that our loved one is being cared for properly. The staff are so attentive, friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the different levels of activities that are available. The dining hall experience is wonderful, and we just cannot say enough good things about this community. it has been a great experience from beginning to end.

All American Assisted Living has been an amazing experience so far for our loved one. We really like the set up of the dining hall on the assisted living side, it reminds us of a very nice restaurant style and has its own coffee bar.

It's a great place for a person who needs extra nursing care and an alternative to having to go to a nursing home. They have quite of bit of intervention in that area. The staff is friendly and professional. We have had a good experience so far. They have a roommate model. Everyone has a roommate and it helps with the social aspect. Each room has two bedrooms.
