Juniper Communities

The set up of the front desk made it easy to visit when I wanted. Other facilities I visited it was hard to come and go. Poets walk was secure. Room size was a very nice size. Had room for bed, tv dresser and chair with room to move. Light in room was very good also. Bathroom was set up well and large. The little hall in room gave privacy from open door

All of the staff at Juniper Village Paramus were very patient with our elderly father. The location of this facility is also great!

We were looking for an assisted living place that would provide a dignified, homelike environment. Mom has a one bedroom apartment similar but smaller than the place she was moving from. The difference is that there is no kitchen because meals are provided in a very nice dining room with waiter service. The care is almost equivalent to having a private aide in a home setting. They are handling medication correctly and seeing to her particular needs. The staff knows everyone personally and go out of their way to include everyone. They have thoughtfully partnered new residents with seasoned occupants in order to help them adjust. The activities are numerous and nicely coordinated with residents and run the gamut of interests. I am confident that Mom is safe and cared for at Juniper.

We chose Juniper Village because of the room sizes and the flexibility of care. The staff is certainly very friendly and competent.

My Mother in law's stay at Juniper has been awesome. The staff is so friendly the other residents made her feel welcome from day one. Food is over all good (I do not like that you have to have reservations), some people are confused by this. If I didn't do this for her, she could not eat because she can not use the portal due to eye sight problems. Housekeeping is minimal for her because she is in independent living, so she gets it once a month and it has been good. Maintenance answers calls in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Juniper Village at Buck's County for a place that loved ones will feel safe and taken care of.

Overall, I have been very happy with Juniper Village at Williamstown. My Mom's dementia is bad, but she is content and safe and taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Amanda was very accommodating and helpful. She answered all our questions and concerns and made everyone feel very welcome. My mother in law loves the independent living and all the activities. I do wish the meal plans were more affordable for the residents so we wouldn't need to rely on meals on wheels. Overall, we are verypleased with Juniper village.

My mom misses her home, but I think she is well taken care of and I trust them to care for her properly. Based on the experience we have had with Juniper Village we would recommend this community to other families.

Juniper Village of Lebanon is the most social senior living community I've ever seen. Not only do they have their normal resident activities they do all kinds of social and community events to spice up the experience for residents and families. I went to the corn roast, car shows, and the 35th Anniversary Party, and was surprised by how involved and fun it was for the residents and family. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. All the residents seemed very happy to be there.

My mom was previously a resident at Juniper Village at Monroeville. It was a very lovely facility. When I would call, the staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. The Activity director was outstanding, there was always something going on. Mom was always involved with the day's activities. She loved it! Plus they would take residents on lunch outings and she always went with the group. The price did increase, I thought it was high.

The staff at Juniper Village has exceeded my expectations during the process of placing both my parents, one in Assisted Living and my mother in Wellspring Memory Care. Although the process has been difficult and not without stress, the staff here have gone above and beyond not only in making my parents feel welcome, but also in assuaging any fears or concerns I've had. I've been kept up to date on everything, even if only to reach out and let me know everything is going well with my parents. [names removed] have all been extremely helpful and have answered every question I've had, taking care of matters with ease that, if left alone, I'd still be fumbling with. This is definitely the place to go for such an important decision.

So many of staff here have been with the community for many years! The Chef has been there 15 years! You know the food is good if he is still there. The Med Tech has been there 9 years! The care staff, I saw some had been there over 10 years. All in all, friendly, caring and great care.

Five for all categories - Staff are meeting my husband's needs which are many. They are professional and knowledgeable. Hospice staff are attentive to his needs and communicate directly with me regarding any changes in his physical or mental status. Thank you for reaching out out to me.

Professional staff. Very clean and residents are happy. My Mom, and us (her family) was well cared for. Juniper was very straightforward with their pricing - it's month to month, which really worked out for us as my Mom was only there for six months before she passed. When she quickly began to decline (it was sudden, unexpected), the staff helped us navigate appropriate end of life care. I felt every staff member I encountered considered my Mom to be part of their family. To really know Mom, you would realize she could be "difficult" (demanding, hard to please, not always cooperative, a very picky eater) and yet she told me that those staffers were "her friends". That spoke volumes to me. To enter that facility was to feel "home" - NOT nursing home or even assisted living. Hallways weren't "clinical" but like a large house. Patient rooms had decorations on the doors. No smell of harsh cleaning solutions or medical equipment. I honestly hope that I can find a similar facility when I need assisted living - I will go happily!

I would highly recommend Juniper Village at Forest Hills to friends.

Devon has taken good care of my brother. The staff and other residents have been very kind. I would and have recommended Devon to others.

I would say this should be on your shortlist of residences to consider. The care is professional, compassionate, and competitively priced. The staff are excellent. Just wished there were more of them.

My loved one has been here for nearly two years. The moment I moved her in, the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. They just do such an amazing job caring for people with memory care issues. Prior to this move, my phone rang daily from the previous caregivers with scheduling issues, rehab issues, it was stressful and non stop. The only time I receive calls is when it’s something import and I am always met with “It’s not an emergency “, so comforting. Admin is amazing. They walk “with you” through the aging of your loved one, giving guidance with rehab when needed and setting up hospice care when the time comes. The activities are engaging and fun, I would always sit through them with my Mom and join in on the activity. I can’t say enough about the caregivers, they are kind, caring and engaging. I truly believe they love my Mom. I would recommend JV at Aurora to anyone with a loved one needing memory care, I honestly don’t believe there is a better place

My mother is a resident of Washington landing and we couldn’t b happier. In fact from our experience 2 of our friends family have toke their parents to b residents Their staff , health care aides , food service etc are the best. Cannot ask for nothing else. Feel so safe that my mother is getting the best care possible That being said Juniper just toke over as of [date removed] and if all stays the same fine They have already cut down on the food. Always had a set menu plus full breakfast, 2 choices for lunch and two for dinner . Right now only 1 choice So it’s to early to give a review for Juniper We will give them time But we r all hoping that they will not fix something that’s not broken. And keep ALL of the great people activities , staff and FIOD that The LANDING was and as far as we r concern brought us here w/ our precious parents. Thx you
