Juniper Communities

The decision to move to Juniper Village at Preston Hollow has made a remarkable improvement in my sister's life. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. She is very happy and is enjoying herself. I feel comfortable knowing she is with people I trust to watch over her. She is enjoying the food and personal treatment. Her room is kept clean and the staff was very helpful during her move in. Communication with the staff has been very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

We had a very positive experience with the facility. The staff has been very helpful and attentive as we transitioned my mom into her residence. They all know her name and engage with her. Answered many many questions and were transparent with us. There was even a transition of the residence 's head site director that was of zero impact to us from an administrative level. My mom has had no complaints or issues. And I don't feel like the staff is there just for the paycheck. Educated caring people are there because they want to be there.

It has been excellent! Beautiful place, extremely clean, kind and caring staff, lots of activities every day, excellent food with the ability to order off of a menu. We picked this community because of their ratings and reviews from multiple sources.

My mom moved to Juniper Forest Hills just over a year ago. Lots we like about it but the most important thing is that the director stays on top of things, makes changes as needed, and is an effective and responsive communicator. Things run smoothly, with a top notch medical office (I sent a text this morning about restarting eyedrops and had confirmation within the hour) and, more important to my mom, a good variety of activities and lots of special events. She loves the three large windows in her unit. My mom has required extra support this year including hospice and Juniper worked through all of this. I really like that so much is offered on site - hair, nails, podiatry, visiting doctor, pharmacy service, laundry, religious services - limiting the number of trips out of the building. I'm in the building daily and feel that the staff is respectful and tries to do their best meeting the needs of the residents. It is hard work! Juniper was a good decision for us.

overall excellent care. everything that was offered was followed up on in it's entirety. friendly staff, cleanliness, safe enviroment for the residents. daily activities offered to the residents.Prompt responses to any questions. Highly recommened!

[name removed]spent a good amount of time meeting with our family to explain the tiers of support, services offered at Juniper as well as a tour of the building. She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and provided all of the information our family needed in making this important decision for our aging family member. Very impressed by Juniper Village and the kindness of their staff. All the residents looked happy and well cared for.

We are so thankful for the care our mom is receiving at Juniper Village. Their compassion and understanding of the emotional stress a family goes through when transitioning a loved one to a assisted living facility made the process seamless. Our mother is happy, healthy and active at Juniper. Our family has peace of mind knowing her needs are taken care of 24-7. Thank You Juniper Village!!

The staff were very informative never felt pressured. Asked about the care that mom needed. Also asked about her interests. Took us for tour of the facility showed us different options for her care. Absolutely love !! The staff is great the place is very clean. My mom is always being taken care. They have activities to keep them busy.

What our family likes the most about the Juniper Village at Williamstown community is the staff and the way they communicate with us & get my mom to do some activities. She has been there since the beginning of July and I feel she is doing better now,

Our family would give Juniper Village at Paramus community a big 5. My mother and the family love all the day to day activities that are included at the facility. The staff members are outstanding and committed to all of their clients passionately.

i moved to Juniper Village at Forest Hills several years ago because it became increasing difficult for me to live alone due to mobility challenges. The care has been excellent. Management is very focused on residents' care, helping residents to live in comfort and dignity. Management encourages residents to socialize and participate in numerous educational and recreational activities. The building is nestled in the woods with a creek. The building is clean, bright and resident-friendly. Management and staff go to great lengths to address residents' unique needs. I am very glad that I moved here. I found a new home.

The staff at Juniper Village at Bucks County is so caring, warm and friendly. They take such great care of my father-in-law. The move in process was easy and my father-in-law is eating double portions of the food so it must be good! I would recommend Juniper Village at Bucks County to family and friends.

We picked it because it is close to where I live, my mom liked how it is laid out and the general atmosphere . It is a friendly place , the people are well taken care of, and the food is good.

Visiting my uncle, he was at happy hour having a great time. Everyone has been so welcoming he just moved it! It was so fun we loved all the staff and the drinks were strong! He loves it and I’ll sure be visiting again

I was at Juniper today. The residents and staff were so friendly. It was super clean. I really like how every apartment has a patio or balcony. I really felt welcome! Would definitely recommend this place.

Having worked in senior care for over 20+ years, I was very selective in what company I wanted to work for and represent. I am proud to say that I joined the Juniper Communities recently and am very happy with my choice. I am glad they selected me out of the candidate pool. Since day one the vibe in the community is upbeat, the residents get involved and participate in numerous fun activities, the residents are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the food quality is exceptional.

Overall, the best active senior community in Bucks County. I've visited several others and this one has the most for what I could afford. I'd recommend attending an on-site event or even have a meal in the 32 Club.

I toured this community while searching for a loved one. I found the atmosphere to be refreshing and each associate we encountered was friendly. We intend to come back for at least one of the outdoor summer concert series.

This place has such a good feel. I met friends for dinner in the 32 Club at Juniper about month ago and it was delicious. The coffee was good too. Of course no place is perfect but the people who work there are so attentive and genuinely seem to care. It's beautiful when you walk in the building. The outdoor patio area overlooks the creek - it looks like great spot to sit and read a book. The library is very nice and I like that it is managed by people who live there. The updates they have done in the last few years are beautiful and the building is clean. I always look forward to going back.

Juniper Village at Lebanon provides compassionate care for residents, plenty of opportunities for engagement and a verity of delicious meal options. There are always exciting events hosted monthly that are for the residents, their families and folks in the community.
