Only 1 staff member on duty at a time. The facility was built as a home, not suitable as a care facility. Very limited parking. They got dads medications wrong. I would not recommend.

Only one staff person caring for seven residents in various stages of need. They don't seem to be able to handle the work load in a professional manner. Getting them to answer the phone is an exercise in futility. I would look elsewhere.

Most caregivers are responsive and empathetic. PBJ sandwiches 3-4 lunches a week is unacceptable...& spicy, chili type foods don’t set well with the elderly. Even more importantly is that they are a certified memory care home with few skills to justify the title. My loved one has dementia & has declined significantly since living there.
