We chose Isle at Watercrest because of the On-site 24 hour nursing staff, on-site rehab services, full range of independent living all the way to memory care and hospice. The staff have been very accommodating to our needs.

All staff at The Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch were extremely attentive to my loved ones needs. I highly recommend this facility.

I must say that Watercrest is a wonderful place to live. I have not been disappointed in any of the areas you asked about (I put on 5 pounds eating in the dining room). I would give Watercrest an overall 5. Definitely recommend this facility to others looking for independent living.

Residents and Staff are great. There are plenty of games and activities. It feels like your living on a cruise ship that doesn't go anywhere. The food is very good and lots of entertaiment as well as special events and holiday celebrations.

The Isle at Raider Ranch is a great place in all areas. Wish we could get key fobs back. I do understand the importance of tight safety and security.

My mother has some complaints about the food, but I think it's just that food in general doesn't taste as good to her as in her younger days. She says, smaller portions lately, especially the meat? Yes, we would recommend this community to other families!! We love the Isle and visiting there!

Well, if I am willing to place my mother there, that should say everything. The place is incredible. I visited several others and spoke to other staff members and this location had both great staff and a beautiful place. Words can't say enough. The place is amazing, my mom loves it there.

I would have to give them all 5s. The meals might be a 4 just because my mom is pretty particular but she also said from time to time she will rave on a meal. The office staff and receptionist are top notch. The other staff that I have gotten to know are great too. It has been a great fit for my mom. She has thrived in her time there.

Our experience has been good. Sure there has been a few hitches but nothing great. Our manager is fantastic. My main concern is security. Was supposed to repair the front gates. Not done. Heard they were not going to be repaired. Not happy. I think our staff is great. With as many staff and residents as we have there will be conflicts. Very few and staff really try. Some residents just don't like anything and staff really try to be fair. One of the main complaints I hear is regarding dining. Most of the days I like the food wish it would out warmer. However a microwave is in the dining room to heat food

We have enjoyed our stay here and luckily. Don't need care except for PT and OT. The food continues to improve. The food continues to improve! Getting meals on time is another story. They are about to implement a tablet order to kitchen to give us faster service. It is to begin next week, so we're hoping for more speedy Service to the table

I have lived at Watermere for two years. It is an excellent place for seniors who want to live independently without the responsibilities of home ownership. There are many activities including games,, social hours, trips, gym, and swimming activities plus more. I would recommend Wetermreer to anyone for a fun, well managed iidependent living facility.

I loved the welcoming entrance, easy visitor check in. Yes, I would recommend Town Village to other families. My sister decided immediately that it were she wanted to live.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is a beautiful campus, friendly staff and the residents are friendly! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

My mom loves it there - she likes the food - is going on some of the field trips - overall very happy with the facility. Staff is always nice when I'm there. Closets could be a little bigger in the apartments - but the living room and bedroom are good size.

What we like the most about Watermere at Woodland Lakes is the quality of the facility/ relative newness and the independence. For independent living we would recommend this community to other families.

Extremely caring, honest.... it wasn't a job to the staff.... they loved the residents! Lots of activities every day. Bus to take them to Wal-mart twice a week.... grocery store twice a week. Bus driver called each resident by name... bible studies, parties for Holidays... Church twice on Sundays and beautifully decorated. Necklace for all residents so staff knew where they were on the property! They wouldn't let her stay once on Medicaid.....

Watercrest at Katy is an excellent facility! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and pleasant. [name removed] has moved into a skilled nursing facility and won't be returning to Watercrest. I would definitely recommend Watercrest to others looking.

It's a nice place to live.
