I toured this community and it was nice and clean. They had lots of activities. Also had a memory center that would help mom. But unfortunately just to big and I wanted a more one on one environment care for her.

We liked this community for my mom's care. We liked the staff who were always caring. The menu was good and she seems to like the good choices. They were always helpful to her needs.We would recommend this great community for outstanding care for the special care that we needed for my mom.

I have recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going. My husband and I have a perfect apartment that has a balcony that over looks the beautiful courtyard. The staff have all been so wonderful to us and have really helped with the transition into this property. The food is amazing and the desserts are even better. Overall this place has been amazing and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

We love it at The Springs of El Cajon and have always been comfortable here with the friendly people who made us feel so welcome. The food is excellent and the choices of selections are great, especially the desserts. We have been so busy getting settled in that we haven't joined many of the activities, but our observation is that they are interesting and enjoyed by those who do participate. I think we made a good choice in choosing The Springs.

It has been a good move for my mom to the Heartis Clearlake. They did an excellent job of taking care of the residents when they evacuated for the hurricane. They were very organized and we were very satisfied with how they handled the emergency situation. Mom really likes it there. It has a very warm and homey atmosphere. When you walk in it is very inviting with a fireplace in the lobby and cookies and refreshments available during the day. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. They are easily available by phone or email to keep us informed when we are not there. It is in a convenient location for our family members to come and visit often. My sister and I have dined with mom there and if you don't like what is offered there are other choices. My mom really likes the meals that they serve. Everything is under one roof so you can get to the different activities without having to go outside to another building. They have a weekly social hour in the evening she enjoys attending. Her room opens up to a big courtyard where the chef will BBQ for the residents. The staff is good about going to the resident's doors and inviting them to get out and participate in the activities. They have a media room for movies or football games. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Dad is very happy living at this community. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. The staff are friendly and encouraging. They offer daily social activities. I would recommend this community.

This is community is working out well for my mother, and her needs. This is a good, safe facility, and I do feel comfortable with her move here. They have kind, friendly staff, and they have been helpful whenever needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There nice activities available, and nice meals provided. The experience is going well for us with this community.

Visited the residence and found it to be excellent. When comes time to move to independent living I willl move there. Super friendly and undergoing a nice renovation.

This community offers individual apartments that you are able to customize for the resident to make it feel more like home. They have an outdoor courtyard, barbeque, and a fire pit. This community is one floor. Mom likes the food and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community.

Rock Spring is a really nice community. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my dad's care needs. They were always friendly and welcoming and greeted me by my name. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting and smelled clean. My dad really liked the food, and he often wanted more because he's a big guy. They have a lot of activities there for the residents such as Bingo, pool tables, the Wii game. His room was really nice and it was decorated and furnished with his things so it was very homey. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. There are a lot of outdoor areas to get outside and take in the fresh air. The place is fully handicap assessible. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My mom loved living here and she hopes that she will be able to return here but time will tell. It was very shortly after moving here that my mom fell and broke her hip and for now she is in rehab hoping to be able to return back here. She was loving the food it was wonderful we have all eaten here it's amazing. The staff is wonderful so kind and attentive and caring. The house is so clean very well cared for you can tell that take pride in the service they offer.

Parkway Chateau is a beautiful community. With the lush and well-maintained landscaping and the gorgeous hydrangeas and petunias growing everywhere. Benches are placed around the community to sit and enjoy the fresh air. The dining room is very elegant with the beautiful chandeliers. I have my breakfast brought to my room. I haven't found out how to order anything different so I have had scrambled eggs every morning. The food in the dining room is very good. My apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful view from my windows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Parkway Chateau to friends and family.

We like the care from this community. The staff are very helpful and caring I like knowing that she is in a nice atmosphere. The menu is appealing. and she is please with the variety. I know that she is active with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one and the good value for the care that is received.

This is a wonderful community, and my father is doing very well since his move here. I know he is safe, and in good hands. They have an exceptional staff, and they have been very helpful. Hi [Removed] YOU were right 5 star place for my mom. I spoke with my mother and she is mulling over relocating. The price started First at 1975 then when I finished the tour it went to 2400 for the largest studio. I may heard her wrong but before tour it was 2200 for largest studio or small 1 bedroom. My mother is a better person since her move to this community, She is doing very well, and I 'am comfortable with her move to here. This is an amazing community with great people. The community looks beautiful, and she has a lovely apartment. The meals are great, they have a great variety too choose from. The staff have been very accommodating to her, and her needs. She is able to get her physical therapy on site in the community. I have already recommended this community, it is really fabulous community.

The experience for my dad is pretty good and it is a nice community. There is enough activities for one to participate and socialize in. Housekeeping has been providing a good clean. My dad is eating good meals and enjoying it a little too much. The staff are friendly and communicating with me if I need an update. I would recommend the community to family and friends.
