My father and I are very happy with the service at the Terraces of Roseville. The people are always cheerful and the food is great. His care is excellent and he is enjoying his experience. Looking forward ninety-sixth birthday this month.

Beautiful new facility with plenty of activities. The heated pool and full service are gym are great. There is also the movie theater and activities room which includes a bar with big screen TVs to watch sports. Outings are planned each week and transportation provided to local shopping and medical facilities. The restaurant style dining is wonderful with a large menu and standard and different choices eack week. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are fully appointed with ample room.

My husband and I helped my mother in law move to Heartis Villiage in peoria Illinois . We feel like they helped her settle into her place and get acquainted with the other seniors living there. They have lots of activities and adventures for the seniors to go on weekly. There’s happy hour, games and get together’s all the time . My mother in law complained about the food at times and the service was slow in the dining room. She also complained that the nurses checked on her to make sure she was taking her medicine properly . We Reassured her that they were just doing their job to protect her and keep her safe . I think Heartis is a lovely place to live and the people are very kind and caring to all the people living and the facility.

I have been happy with the services that have been provided...They appear to have a well run facility..of course nothing is perfect but any issues have been handled promptly..I would recommend them....

I found [name removed] very warm and wanting me to choose a place where I will be happy. I found the community fresh and lean. She showed me all the community rooms they have available as well as the calendar of events that are available to join if I so choose. I am pleasantly pleased with facility. The residents are warm and welcoming.

What a super nice friendly place. One feels the camaraderie between the staff and the residents. Very clean, fresh, and a happy atmosphere. Hard to guess it is an old residents folks because we all have fun. The food is delicious My Mom has been there since 2006. She loves it. Tonight, Wed 25th, they had a terrific outside Halloween party where all children, relatives, and friends of the residents, staff, and neighborhood were invited. There was a big crowd, fun decorations, even classic cars had their trunk decorated, a haunted house, music & scary sounds, lots of goodies. It was a great great halloween party. kudos to all the staff they worked hard to make it a success. INDEED IT WAS.

I moved in 5 mos ago and it feels like home. 2 things i like the most are: 1- the friendliness of the staff 2- Food is exquisite and lots of choices

I have lived here 3 weeks and I already feel at home. The staff is exceedingly friendly, helpful and compassionate. I especially love the comradery of those of us who live here, as we eat, exercise, play games and chat together. It's a lovely experience.

A beautiful facility, but more importantly, a concerned, caring and attentive staff. My mother was initially very resistant to going into assisted living. After a few days, she realized how lucky and happy she was to be at Heartis. Everyone there, from management, to nurses, to maintenance has worked hard to make her transition as positive as it could be.

This facility has made my mother's transition to Sr. Living flawless. The facility itself is breathtakingly gorgeous. All the amenities you would desire! The staff is so attentive, each and everyone of them, from the front office, front desk, chef/wait staff to the ladies that come to clean. As long as they continue to build on the foundation that they've already built, it will be one of the "top notch" facilities in the country.

All of my concerns for a level of living a quality life for my 85 year old father has been exceeded by the independent living community offered at Heartis Fayetteville! My dad is good! He is embracing the next level of life. Thank you!

I highly Recommend this facility. The staff are friendly, the food is fantastic. They even have a movie theater. My favorite part is the soft serve ice cream machine in the bistro. Thank you for such a great experience.

Excellent facility, reasonably priced, easy access/location. Facility and Staff were knowledgeable and residents seemed well cared for.

My Dad has been at this community since it opened. He started out in the Independent Side and then transferred to Assisted Living. It was such an easy transition and he has loved it since the minute he moved in. He loves the food experience, and has never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Everyone really cares for each resident and it is like a family. My dad was so shy and reclusive and I NEVER thought he would be social again or do activities but THE PALMS proved me wrong. He engages and has really become a new man and I could not be happier. Don't think twice about moving a loved one in, it will be the best decision you ever make!

Lovely community. The staff take great care to explain everything. My daughter and I were invited to lunch - it was delicious. Thank you for taking time to work with us and make us feel at home. Great family feel.

We love the way Hearts views it’s residents! They focus on what residents CAN do not what they CAN’T do. My mom is not very social and is not a talker. When we met with [name removed] for our tour, she got my mom talking up a storm and peeked her interest in some of the activities offered at this community. We went home, filled out all the necessary paperwork and drove right back to turn it in and put down a deposit to commit to moving in! I’m so excited about this new chapter in my mom’s life. I predict she’s going to be much more active than she has been in a long time and will be very happy in her new apartment!
