Many important things are touted on the website that don't happen once you sign up. Owner is non responsive to calls or texts. There was NO active care management, active basic or customized care plans, no follow up with issues or active coordination with any other health care providers. Little to no training of caregivers for help with activities of daily living, medication assistance, or medical conditions like dementia or a severe disability, etc. Website says, "We deeply understand your concern for safety and security." Not sure how that can happen when there is no active involvement from management and no coordination of the caregivers duties and changing needs of the client for consistency of care. The caregivers were left to figure out their own systems for care delivery and communication which, depending on the caregiver on duty, left it fractionated and at times severely lacking. I would never recommend this company to anyone. 1 star only for some of the caregivers

Horrible experience. Inconsistent caregivers, the billing was incorrect more times than correct. The billing department was rude. We didn’t get the quality of Caregiving for which we were paying. Save your money and go with a different provider.

I was very impressed initially with this company. Their services seemed to exceed expectations. That said, I unexpectedly lost my job before services began. I had to cancel and was still charged an early termination fee. I would have thought they would have been more understanding under the circumstances.
