[Removed] have been great from the viewing of the building, to the signing of the contract right to the move in. They all have gone above and beyond to help our family during this process.

Amazing people to work with, the facility is beautiful. The dining room is great, the food is great and such a nice place to visit loved ones.

The staff was so helpful; it made the transition more easy.

Absolutely awesome facility!

Everything is working pretty good with my mother's move to this community. She is doing well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. All is well so far, this is a good safe community for my mother.

By far my favorite place. The price is reasonable compared to other places. The rooms are beautiful. Everyone seems very happy there.

Very impressed with what is offered. [Removed] did a fantastic job of showing us around and answered all of our questions. Very nice.

My parents have not yet moved into this community due to we are getting it ready by place a lot of their personal things in first. We knew when we toured this community that the staff was outstanding. The community is just what we were wanting for them to move into. The food menu is outstanding. They have a calendar with a lot of reactivities of great things for them to do. We are happy with the value and know that we will recommend other families to see a great place for a loved one to get great care. It has a great home feeling in every way.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The community very clean and she is doing good. They have offered her activities and she is trying to participate with the other residents. This is a great location. We highly recommend the community for other families.

The staff are highly excellent and take an interest in everyone. They have been calling my dad by his name from the start. The food is excellent and dad eats a lot. They offer a variety of activities and dad has been participating in them. One of the deciding factors for us to choose this community was that it is very clean. They have flexibility in care verses independence. I would recommend this community.

We were desperate to find a Retirement home for my mother. Having never dealt with this before, we were lost. Senior Advisor was wonderful and Linda [Removed] was a God send with helping us research and locate a place within mom's price range, close to us and with a nice clean location. Edgewood Downs is great, wonderful staff, good food and clean. Thanks for the assistance!

Great building with very friendly staff and great value!

I like that the community thinks about the needs and socialization of the community. The staff are always encouraging the residents to join in activities in outings. I like that they have a formal family dinner. They are all seated at the dinging table to be served a 4 to 5 course meals. He enjoys the meals and the activities. In fulfillment of playing their games they win coins to use in the community store. It has the extra items to use for themselves without going to the store.

this is a nice place for both my parents. The staff is nice and were wonderful with the new adjustment from them moving in. There are a lot of changes. They are not haveing management available 24/7, This has been a big change in the community. This is an impact for everyone. We knew that this was going to happen when we moved into the community. The are working on improving the meals with a new chef. The community is clean. There are not staff members at night. They do offer an emergency way to reach out to 911. The residents are having to adjust to this. The staff is great and the manager goes out of his way. I would highly recommend this to all families for great care and value.

We are happy with the care from the staff at this community. The staff is caring and very attentive to my mother's needs. She is pleased with the variety of meals that are offered to here. We do like the activities. I am happy knowing that she is close to home and that we got a great value for the care that she is receiving.

I was living in this community. The staff was nice and caring. I was not there long. The dining area was not what I was looking for. The meals were not what I was expecting. The community was clean. I was not here long, but I would suggest that other families tour this community to see if it is what they are looking for when it comes to care and value.

Simi Hills is a lovely facility. The staff has been friendly and responsive. My mom is very happy there.

They put fourth the effort to assist you in the move for your love ones.

Really loved this facility. [Removed] and her husband are friendly, kind and accommodating. I will go back w/ my parents when the weather is nicer and they feel ok to come to Calgary.

We absolutely fell in love with this place. The community is newer and very nice. The people are fantastic and they are very nice and accommodating. The only reason why mom did not pick here is because she really wanted a full kitchen.
