I have been very pleased and satisfied with the overall care my loved one has been receiving at this community. Everybody always seems to have a smile on there face and seems to be enjoying there time whether they are a staff member or a resident. Overall I have no complaints and I am satisfied with this facility.

The community is very nice. A clean community The staff is very nice and offer great care. Excellent activities are offered. The food is wonderful in everyway. This community comes highly recommended for other families wanting outstanding care.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful

My loved one has had no problem with the meals, they have been great. The staff are very attentive to my wife and are always willing to help me run any errands for items she may needs. They are always picking up her room and making sure it stays nice and tidy for her.

I am very much happy with the community I chose for my mom. I couldn't have asked for better staff to help. As for the meals, I have not heard a complaint yet and people speak good things of the food here. I also believe they are keeping my mom's room clean, she has not complained to me.

My grandma needed a place where people were friendly, but she could still get the care she needed. Golden Oaks is an independent living facility where she can get everything she needs. The caregivers are onsite 24/7 to be there for her, and we can pay for her level of care as she needs it. She has been there 3 weeks and has already made friends and has a routine. Everyone is so wonderful there, and the residents are very welcoming. We are very happy we chose Golden Oaks!

My aunt moved to Victoria Park from Edmonton in July. The staff and management were very helpful in making sure we had what she needed in place. While there she was able to get the care she needed on a daily basis. She chose not to go down to the dining room for meals because her health was declining, so her meals were delivered. Her suite is bright and spacious, and everything she needs is available. It is a great facility and we are thankful that they had an opening for our aunt.

The amenities this community offers are great. They have so many activities available for the residents to enjoy. Unfortunately, the activities that were offered were not the correct ones for my mother. The meals they provided were delicious and nutritious. I liked the direct attention the staff would provide for the care needs of my loved one. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This is an excellent home. WE had a free lunch and the food and staff are great.

I toured this facility with my cousin. My cousin liked Briarcrest Estates and has signed an agreement. She is currently living there. The fee was less other facilities she had toured. She has only been there a month, but so far is very happy.

We were thoroughly impressed with the welcoming staff, warm environment and overall visit at Orchid Terrace and would highly recommend it for active seniors.

The community is very nice and clean. The staff is caring, but need to make sure that meals are at regular times for her. The activities are offered to help her participate with others. I would recommend this community for family who want good care for the value.

We loved this community.Danny was so helpful and friendly and so was every other staff member we met. The home is beautiful with many amenities. Residents seemed happy and well cared for. Danny knew every person that we met by name. Food looks fabulous and the chef is very enthusiastic. Residents have input into what is served. Unfortunetly there is a waiting list for what we would like for mom and we are not sure we can afford a one bedroom. We were definitely impressed with the welcoming atmosphere.

My dad is no longer living at this community and did not stay long. Life made some changes and made it uncomfortable and hard for my dad to stay. The staff did they best they could to make him feel comfortable. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

This community is wonderful and my mother is in the best care. The staff is excellent in making sure all of her needs are taken care of. The food is outstanding in everyway. They offer her activities to help her stay active. The community is very clean. I highly recommend this for excellent care for a great price and for everything that they offer for loved ones.

This place is a definite possibility.

The atmosphere and care is going very well for my brother. This community has no problems staying clean, the staff do a good job. My brother likes his meals and it seems to be healthy because he has lost a few pounds to be healthier. Since it has been fine so far, I would absolutely recommend this community to family or friends.

They have great activities at The Springs. Mom has a 1 bedroom with a walk in closet and a closet in the bedroom. It has a kitchen with a breakfast nook. This community was less expensive than other communities we looked at. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. The food is good and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community. The offer various activities such as bingo, bridge, WII bowling and outings.
