I would recommend Greenfield because they take excellent care of my loved one. they have an excellent staff, good food, and plenty of activities.

My mother has thrived since moving in. She has made friends and is enjoying the activities.

It's been a positive experience to date. It was an easy transition. Everybody was very helpful, and they go over and above. They have exceeded my expectations. My loved one seems to enjoy the food, and there are plenty of activities. His is a smaller apartment (although they have a selection of different sizes to choose from), but it's the perfect size for him. I like that they have continuing levels of care, so if something were to happen to him later on, we won't be scrambling to find a place for him. That gives me peace of mind.

This is a very friendly place. It is a community, and easy to make friends there. It is in an older building, and not fancy. This isn't upscale at all. They have some activities for the residents and are trying to get them back up after COVID. Northglenn Heights is good at protecting the residents with their COVID protocols.

Everybody was very friendly to our loved one and family, they did take really good care of him and the community was kept really clean. Anytime any issue or a concern came up they called us right away which is something we really appreciated.

Caring staff, I loved the dining room. Very specious. Beautiful out door. Nice activity calendar and everyone was so welcoming. We love Greenfield. They provided fresh cookies after my visit. Such a nice gesture.

The community is so clean we are very pleased with that, as well as the helpfulness of the staff members. Even though it is an older community the cleanliness of just exceptional. When it comes to the meals our loved ones do say they are pretty repetitive and get boring, so it would be nice for them to offer up more varieties.

Our loved one was only there for a week and a half, and during that time the staff members were very attentive and always kept us informed. H was able to bond with a Spanish nurse and he loved that he was able to speak with her in the same language. His roommate was wonderful, and the other patients seem to be very interactive with each other. He was on hospice care during his stay so he was not able to participate in the activities, but the food was very good especially on ice cream day.

I am very pleased with the exemplary service and care my mother receives at this Greenfield location. Not only are the staff very pleasant and friendly, but the new renovations and decor are beautiful and well fitting. My mother has found her new home and I cannot be more grateful for all of the love and kindness she receives as a resident of Greenfield Senior Living of Spotsylvania. Keep up the great work !

I was pleased with the care of my loved one when she was there. The nurses were responsive. My loved one fell twice in the community, and they were quick to take her to the hospital. They kept the family updated with any changes throughout my loved one's care. The community was very nice and friendly.

During COVID this community has done an excellent job, the staff is wonderful i would give them 10 stars our of 5 if i could. They are reasonably priced, but they are putting in a new memory care unit which caused them to have a big hike in the price. The care services are wonderful they have a new family medical group, and the PT group is great as well. This community provides everything you need from home health to medical devices like walkers if needed. They will fix anything in the bedrooms if needed, they really care about the residents. Our loved one participates in bingo. This community is kept very clean, it has a homey feeling to it. The food is absolutely excellent, they have three chefs who are amazing.

They treated my father with the utmost respect. They also treated me with a lot of respect as well. I would highly, highly recommend Greenfield Of Williamsburg to those looking for senior living options for their loved one. They catered to the people and individual residents and everything was excellent.

They are very personable. The staff is good. They give you individual care. The food is adequate. The room sizes are good and the layout is good. The outdoor space is good. They have a shuttle to take the residents shopping. My brother plays the piano for the other residents.

This facility was warm and welcoming. We had a very nice chat with [name removed], she took a lot of time with us. We met staff and residents. We are hoping to proceed with admission in the next few weeks.

I was offered ice water and a warm smile. The director was very nice and knowledgeable about her building and answered all my questions. Nursing staff seem very nice and inventive. Everyone seemed very happy, residents and staff. I chose this community above all others around because the homelike feel and trust I have in them to take care of my mom is there. I did not feel this way with the other communities around. Great job Mountain View.

This is the most beautiful community in all of Mendocino County and the only Assisted Living around. All the management team take so much time to ensure all the staff are trained and residents are taken care of. The food if fabulous. The weight training class is amazing and all the great new activities and events. The activities director does so much to make it special for all the residents. The Executive Director is the best I have seen ever at this community and I have lived here along time. The nursing department does all they can to make sure residents are always happy and well taken care of. I am very pleased with all that has been changed in the last couple of years and am proud to live here.

I am very pleased with the care given to. my Mom here at Mountain View. i cannot pick a single department as all caregivers, medical team, dietary team, and executive directors go above and beyond to serve Mom as well as comforting our family. Thank you Mountain View

Mountain View Assisted Living is a wonderful faciltity. The staff are very helpful and always friendly. The facility is clean and always smells good. It feels like home when you walk in. And this is what family members like to see because their loved ones live here. I think they offer absolutely 5 star food. I have eaten here on occasion and enjoyed the food very much. You can see that the chef takes pride in his recipes and provides a large variety of wonderful dishes for all. It is like restaurant food, which I feel is a plus. the atmosphere when arriving here is very pleasant. I love that when you walk in, the environment is clean and smells good. They have beautiful landscapes and let residence hang bird feeders outside their windows, which is lovely. They try to have events for the residence and family for many holidays, which make it fun for all. The staff really go out of their way to make these holiday events a lot of fun for all. Teas and parties....they are all fun! They offer a wide variety of activities for the residence to participate in. I especially am happy that they offer bible study. My mom loves to go to that. Arts and crafts, t.v. watching in a group setting, exercise class, etc. is wonderful. I would recommend Mountain View Assisted Living to anyone looking for a wonderful new home for a loved one, or for themselves. Thank you.
