The laundry room needs attention. The staff changes often. The food is not edible, my loved one has to buy her own groceries. I rated Value for Cost lower due to the food/buying her own groceries issue. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What we really like about this community is that my mom has found a place that she enjoys living at, being around people her age and keep busy with fun activities. We would also recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Everything was great at Liberty !

I have been living in the Garnet for more that 5 years now. Where do I start? When I became ill and first came here, I came with such a rare and deadly disease that no one else really wanted me. [name removed] not only accepted me, she learned about my illness. The Med staff and caregivers all learned about a disease I have that they will likely never see again. Their knowledge has saved my life. [name removed], and the rest of the staff can tell before I know I am going to crash.? Who does that? My life is now calm, happy, and safe. My apt is cleaned, to a shine, with kindness. I am treated with compassion and love. In all these years, I have been treated like family. It is a happy place to live. NO ONE is neglected or ignored. Hanging our with the other residents I hear no complaints... This is the best and only place to live and grow older with peace, calm and love. I am honored and Blessed to be part of the Garnet family.

They have done a wonderful job taking care of my loved one and I really appreciate it. The food is great. We picked this community because, I was looking for another place because of the poor care at the previous place, they had a special price match, and they were willing to work with us and help us. I really like what I saw, during the tour. I would recommend to other families.

They have been great. They have a great activities director. We would recommend them to family and friends.

I love the atmosphere of the community. The Care Managers are great towards the residents. They build relationships with them and take great care of them. They have plenty of fun activities throughout each day that the residents really enjoy. Management is super helpful for any questions and cater to the needs of family members and residents. They hold high standards of quality, which I always appreciate. The food there is also absolutely amazing, I wish I could dine there everyday! Definitely a great place to have your loved one stay. Hands down would recommend.

Amazing food and amazing staff definitely the best senior living place around VA. Wonderful treatment of the residents and genuine care. I’ve been to a couple different senior living locations and there food doesn’t touch greenfield!

We chose Liberty Residence because they had availability and we liked the room size, the services that are offered, and the price was the biggest deciding factor. The apartment sizes compared to others I have seen are pretty nice. He got a smaller one but there were some very large and spacious ones that you could easily fit 2 people in. The residents seem to be happy. When we went to tour we were able to talk with them and everyone was really friendly. We would recommend this facility to others looking.

I do have concerns as the staff has completely turned over 3 times since last October. But I know that is an issue across the industry. So when that happens, I worry about care dropping. The staff now is very good and [name removed] seems to be a good manager and receptive to any concerns.

After my grandpa had a really bad fall and broke his leg last year we knew it was time that he be placed somewhere where he could receive the care he needed. I chose Greenfield and I am so happy we did! My grandpa has been at Greenfield for almost a year now and he absolutely loves it there. He gets round the clock care and help with his needs and the staff treats him so well! Everyone there is so sweet and compassionate! They do so many great engaging activities every day and go above and beyond to care for the residents. I couldn't be happier to write this review and I highly recommend Greenfield. The facility is nice and the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are always kept clean. There is a nice big accessible shower in every room as well. 10 stars and I'm so glad I chose Greenfield for my Grandpa!

I am a volunteer & love helping out with activities. The staff & residents are so nice. In fact, others who visit different facilities feel the same way. They much prefer Greenfield.

From the moment we had the tour and spoke with the lady who gave us that tour we knew this was the place for our loved one. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and she was one of the main reason we picked Lake Wylie. Our loved one is not able to participate in the activities, but the staff will go out of their way to speak with our loved one and get to know her and they really treat her like family. They are the best example of telling us what they are going to do and following through with their promises. It is a step above any other community our loved one has been at and we would recommend them to other families

This has been an enjoyable experience. The community has a nice atmosphere with residents socializing with each other. I feel comfortable when I visit my loved one in the community. The staff communication with family is pretty good. They could improve the follow up response to our questions or concerns.

They've done great for my mom. She's extremely happy with the service and amenities. It's always very clean. She says the food is good. Her apartment is very nice and everything that she needs.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience. The residents seemed very happy and you can tell the staff were very engaged with them. The staff were very friendly and nice to us but the community itself was just to far away.

We had an outstanding experience with Greenfield Senior Living. The staff and the care they provided my loved one in their final days was amazing! The staff were great to work with if I had questions or concerns about my loved one. They worked well with hospice.

Honestly, this is the best move we made for my Mom. Once she transitioned, she has gotten involved in their activities. She eats better, she socializes with other residents. The activities offer a prize called liberty bucks to purchase things for their apartments. The residents are between 60-90 years old. They do housekeeping once a week. They offer transportation to doctor appointments on a certain day of the week as well as shopping trips on another day.

I would recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have a number of activities like devotions, work outs, singing and more for the residents to do to stay busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and that is the reason for many of my high ratings.
