Overall it has been a pretty good experience. My loved one is still settling in, still. I'm relieved that my loved one is in a place that can care for them. It is nice knowing that my loved one is here. The staff have been really good to work with, and they have been able to answer my questions.

It's a wonderful place. The food is excellent. It seems like all we do is eat. The food is so good. They have good activities. I don't the timing of some of the activities, like exercising after meals.

Nice community, another community was a better fit.

This community was just not homey, and did not give that warm feeling that we were looking for for our loved one. The tour people were very accommodating on the tour the community just did not fit our needs.

Comfortable environment and exceptionable personal attention to detail under professional, experimented administrators.

Been a resident some four years. Most needs are in maintenance, housekeeping, meals, transportation, plus receptional and office help when needed. To date I require help from CNA's for laundry and bedding changes. Also assisted in individual needs when necessary. Activity Director prints out a Monthly Activity Calendar plus has many other required duties. Come in, take a tour, ask questions on your particular needs or requirements.

I would rate Evergreen a 4 simply because nobody is perfect all the time. I enjoy participating in activities, going on lunch outings, and making new friends. The food is good and we have many choices. The staff is very kind and go above and beyond expectations. I wouldn't change anything and I highly recommend Evergreen.

The food is good and the staff is wonderful. Overall I enjoy my experience here at Evergreen. My only suggestion would be a more diverse group of entertainment.

Evergreen place is affordable and comfortable. There are numerous activities to choose from. The staff goes above and beyond our day to day needs. Everyone here knows every one and can help with what ever is needed. Managers are very good at giving personalized service. Big enough to have everything you need, but small enough to be personal.

They feel like they belong here! They enjoy all themselves that Evergreen has to offer. They always pay attention to the activity calendar and love the events.

I've lived here 35 years! My favorite part is the activities. I enjoy the painting class so much! I also love my apartment and the location!

I've lived here almost 6 years! Of course every place has issues, but there are many staff here that help you with any problems you have! I enjoy our church services especially! I haven't missed one yet. Our maintenance director is the best, too!

I enjoy all the different activities Evergreen offers! The people here are so friendly and I LOVE that it is pet friendly!

My grandpa has lived at the Villa for several years. Now that it is under new management, the atmosphere is always very positive. The common area was clean and well decorated and there are often residents gathers and chatting at tables. My grandpa's room is clean, and he's well taken care of by the staff. The food is okay, and they try to accommodate individual pretentious. Of the 4 assisted living facilities I've seen, this is hands down the best.

I enjoy the variety of social outings and activities. Throughout the month. The staff is very timely & respectful. The food is wonderful.

Two locations- visited both. One is smaller and recently remodeled and very nice and quiet. The other is a little older but scheduled for remodel this year and was larger and more people interacting. Both good places.
