Earlier this year I had to make the difficult decision to move my 94-year-old aunt out of her home because her dementia had progressed to the point that she was unable to care for herself or live there safely. As I explored the options available for her, I was so pleased to discover that Monroe, Wisconsin has a memory care facility. My aunt's transition to Azura was seamless. All of the caregivers I have met are kind and patient. Residents' days are filled with activities that are interesting and stimulating. The sagely app allows me to see the daily schedules and follow my aunt's activities. My aunt is thriving at Azura, and she is able to live her life with dignity.

My husband has been a resident of AZURA in Sheboygan,WI for approximately two months. In that time I see so much improvement in his mobility and his social interaction with the residents and the caregivers. He seems to have a lot less anxiety and feelings of sadness. I feel that he is adjusting to his new home appropriately. Knowing that he is safe and comfortable with his surroundings gives me a feeling of comfort and eases my mind that I have made the right decision to move him into AzurA of Sheboygan.

Great place, pricey but worth it, and caring and kind staff. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking! This place is the best of the best!

The staff at Azura Memory Care of Wausau are all friendly, helpful and patient with the residents. They have a great activity program and schedule to keep the residents engaged and they also do field trips with the residents. We just enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch at the facility and it was delicious. The food is awesome, they really try to make it feel like a home. I'm out of town, but any of my emails or phone calls are replied to almost immediately and if not within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Azura Memory Care of Wausau to others.

I am really happy with the great care my dad is getting at Azura. Grateful for the staff who are loving and kind and know him well. He always looks clean and shaved with his hair combed. I am proud to say my dad is at this facility. I have a good track record of communication with the staff and director. So important!

All of the staff at Azura Stoughton was so caring, kind, and loving to my husband. As he approached the end of his life, they were working to keep him comfortable while being so kind to me and his family. I can't say enough good things about this incredible staff.

If there is any need, Azura staff volunteers to take care of it. Even going so far as to add exterior lighting when I requested it. Staff is like family and they are a beautiful caring, friendly and amazing group.

We have had an excellent experience with all the caregivers, the food, the cleanliness. They have made it easy for us to visit and not feel so uncomfortable.

The help is very kind and very helpful to all that loves there. It's very clean and most of all the help is so thoughtful.

I am so pleased we chose Azura for mom. She is well cared for and I know she is safe. When she was at home, it was a constant worry about her safety and if she was eating.

My loved one is currently a resident at Gurnee Place Memory Care and everything about his experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. We are very happy with everything. I would recommend Gurnee Place Memory Care to others.

Azura is a small building at the end of a dead-end street. It is quiet and quaint. The home is small and very much feels like home when you walk into the place. We chose this place to have our mom go to based on the fact that it was small and had such a feel of love from the staff and the manager. The manager is so knowledgeable about Dementia and what it takes to care for the people living there with this terrible thing called Dementia. Every time we come to visit, she comes out to greet us and visits with the residents and other family members. The manager and her staff are so caring, and it is very clear that our loved one is indeed loved there. Couldn't ask for a better place for our mom.

First of all, Assisted Living are going to be expensive. It's what you get for the money that's important. What sold us was the family atmosphere. The care givers are kind and considerate. They could use a couple more employees but that's typical, there is a shortage in the medical field.

Very clean, all staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The front office staff bent over backwards to help us at a very difficult time for our family. Seriously great staff.

I truly believe in comparison to other places they earn 5s. The staff there work really hard.

I was able to meet with the employees at their construction trailer since the community was still under construction. They were very friendly and very helpful. [name removed] the sales person was able to really paint me a good picture of what this community will look like when it opens. It is going to be beautiful! I cannot wait for my mom to move in. She is going to love it too!

We had some issues getting the room initially promised due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff overall are kind, good hearted, helpful. The community is friendly. Parents aren't thrilled with the institutional food which is all inclusive. Administratively, communication could be better and more timely.
