Age Well Center for Life Enrichment was a good experience. Mom has fallen several times though and she cant make it at this facility. It is more independent. It is no fault of theirs but they just do not check on her enough. We had been looking for a facility for years. The visit went well but it was just not a good fit for her.

She likes it there. Things seem to be going well. I don't have any complaints about food or activities or anything so far. I do spot checks and try to come at different times, everything always seems as it should be. They talk to me they are very pleasant. My wife says they are always nice to her. So far I am pleased with them.

When you step into Age Well, you can immediately find a welcoming, warmth and inviting atmosphere with programs and services designed to engage and enlighten all residents. You can hear the residents call it “Home”. Their services and programs have been carefully developed to promote well-being and a sense of purpose. They offer the most up-to-date programming and care options, ensuring residents can always access the services they need and want. I have the privilege of knowing the exceptional management team of Lori, Cathy, Chris, Kayla and Carrie and the care and services that they provide. This wonderful Team focuses on its residents, their needs, passions and their purpose of life. With the love and passion that this team puts forth, you really do become “Family”. Age Well puts passion into everything they do! They offer an amazing array of services and social activities that make it easy to maintain friendships, make new ones, pursue lifelong interests and retain ties to the community. Amedisys Home Health has been coming into the Age Well community to provide their residents Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Skilled Nursing and Behavioral Health so that they can remain in their home at Age Well and continue their active lifestyle. We understand the importance of delivering high quality services to the residents. The Age Well Team follows our therapist recommendations to provide great continuity of care!

Well run establishment. Everyone is very friendly. Thus far we are very pleased with everyone and everything. Would recommend to others.

Everything seems to be good, It's been a little bit of an adjustment. She seems to like it, as much as she can. They have been very accommodating. She has some dietary needs that they have been good about accommodating. They take good care of her medical needs as well. It's clean, and we haven't had any concerns over activities, or being bored.

My Mom is a resident there and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she receives. It's a hard decision to place a loved one in memory care. However, the caring staff here make all the difference in the world. The daily activities are really great and they bring in live music regularly, which my Mom loves. I highly recommend Country Manor.

From what we have seen so far, the place and workers (especially Marcia) are great.

I am very happy with it. It's kept very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are very attentive, and take very good care of the residents. They have plenty of activities, and the food is good. I couldn't recommend it more highly. It was the best place I saw when I was looking around.

We are so glad that we chose Sylvan Crossings for my husbands brother. Sylvan Crossings offered a warm welcoming feeling with their friendly, caring staff and clean, safe secure environment. We visited almost daily and David was always dressed, clean and anxiously awaiting his next yummy meal. He was encouraged to participate in social activities and enjoyed the activities in the main living area. I feel Sylvan Crossings exceeds all expectation due to the exceptional dedicated director and her capable caring staff. Lots of smiles and hugs when needed made sylvan Crossings feel like home.

It is hard to explain what Emeritus has done for my Dad. He's been there only a few months and he is better than he was over a year ago. It's truly amazing. He's happy, hungry, participates in activities and more. I'm really happy for my Dad knowing that he is getting superior care. Emeritus should be a guideline for all other memory care facilities. The best ever. 5 stars is not enough, at least 10 stars.

My mother-in-law needed a respite placement following surgery. Not many places offer respite care. We were able to tour the facility and enroll "G" at EFR. The building was well kept and the staff friendly. They took very good care of "G", attending to all her needs. Meals were home-made and portions generous.

My sweetheart was there for about thriteen days. She didn't like it, but she had alzheimer's so she didn't really know what was happening. They took good care of her there. Hospice came in too and they were great. It's a great place; very clean, very nice people, very professional.

We were in a bind and had to choose a community right away and out of the communities that we talked to Emeritus just seemed to actually care about our mothers needs. The other communities seemed like it was all business and really felt kind of rushed. Emeritus had immediate availability and the staff seemed to know what was going on.

The staff shows a genuine interest in the residents and really makes it a more friend type feeling rather then a hospital feeling. The staff is really friendly and talks to the residents and really makes them feel comfortable. The third floor has longer windows and really provides the best views of the area. The inside of the rooms are really nice and comfortable. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to anyone.

I toured 3 separate occasions and found this facility exemplary,in services,employees,and patients(of character)throughout.I am sorry my mother is in need of more care than Fox River could offer.

Nice place and staff was great!

It's a pretty good place. Ifel like, we got our moneys worth. My loved one is in the memory care unit, and they went from six to ten residents, which is still a pretty small group. They do a pretty good job, for what they have to deal with, especially since it's dementia patients. I am very impressed at how they do their job. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

I would say to take a look and consider this community. We have had a great experience with our loved one. We are still transitioning and things happen here and there but we understand them being a bigger company and short staffed. Sometimes they can lag on communication but other than this things are great. The staff are excellent very friendly, compassionate and caring.
