I would say that it is a quiet rural area where most people know each other & are always ready to lend a hand. We picked this community because it's the area my mom has lived in for over 30 years, her church & most of her good friends live there. The staff are very caring & easy to work with.

The ladies at the Care Center are very kind and great workers. My sister has been very happy at the wonderful place. Thank you all for helping.

Azura is a great, safe, peaceful atmosphere. They try to keep life normal as much as possible. It is very east to visit & fit in. The atmosphere is very pleasing & warm.

A wonderful facility w/ even more wonderful staff! They truly care about their residents & take such great care of them. It's always a pleasure to be there! :)

Our father passed away surrounded by family and caregivers that care so much. It was the caregivers and Director that make it bearable. The wrapped my father in their arms and cried with me. I always knew I had made the right choice in picking Azura and that day was only more clear that I did. They have also become my family. I still visit and bring them cookies.

The staff here is amazing and treat the residents with respect & care! Of course wish my loved one wouldn't have to be here, but it is a great place!

People are great workers.

Our mom is resident at the Sheboygan Azura. We are continually impressed with the care she receives and the compassion of the staff. Their job isn't an easy one at times but they handle all situations well. We really appreciate all they do to provide her with quality care and a safe place to love.

The staff are incredible at this facility. They support dementia patients day in and day out with patience and kindness. The facility itself is also excellent. There are a small number of rooms (some with private bathrooms) and large clean areas for meals and activities. The staff works hard to keep all areas clean and they even decorate for holidays to make it feel like home. I highly recommend this facility.

Azura is a wonderful place for my family member. Very clean, staff is friendly. Considerate of visitors and most important, the care, kindness, and empathy towards the residents is outstanding.

My main concern is my husband's sense of comfort and secure feeling. The other day he was out with me for the afternoon. We returned to home, he gave attendant who opened the door a big hug - confirmed this is the right place for him.

The employees treat my mom with respect, interact with her. They make sure that she has clean clothes to wear. They always greet me when I visit her.

My loved one has been a resident of Azura for a year. I am very happy with the care and support the staff provide the residents. They provide numerous activities to keep them engage in their community. My family and I feel welcomed when we visit and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

My mom has been at Azura for 4 years now. When it was time to find a place for dad to live, we knew right away that we wanted him to come to Azura as well. I could not recommend a better place. I have peace of mind knowing they are being well cared for.

Mom has been part of the Azura - Monroe community for two years. While her disease continues to progress, I am comforted in knowing she isn't spending her days alone, but instead in the company of other residents and the staff at this care community. They 'know' Mom. When she's anxious, expresses confusion, or is worried, they comfort and reassure her. And when they see changes in her behavior or that she's not feeling well, they assess and take steps forward to best ensure her comfort and well-being, all while keeping me up-to-date. They care about each resident - I see this each time I visit Mom, and I visit regularly.
