First of all, Assisted Living are going to be expensive. It's what you get for the money that's important. What sold us was the family atmosphere. The care givers are kind and considerate. They could use a couple more employees but that's typical, there is a shortage in the medical field.

I truly believe in comparison to other places they earn 5s. The staff there work really hard.

I was able to meet with the employees at their construction trailer since the community was still under construction. They were very friendly and very helpful. [name removed] the sales person was able to really paint me a good picture of what this community will look like when it opens. It is going to be beautiful! I cannot wait for my mom to move in. She is going to love it too!

We had some issues getting the room initially promised due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff overall are kind, good hearted, helpful. The community is friendly. Parents aren't thrilled with the institutional food which is all inclusive. Administratively, communication could be better and more timely.

Any Community can label themselves Memory Care but Azura of Stoughton takes into account each individual and creates a care plan to skillfully manage the family member's needs.

I've been impressed by Stoney River. We picked this community, because it was bright and open. The patients are kept active. I have recommmended them to others.

Sylvan staff has adapted to my husband's changing needs and are very helpful and friendly. They communicate with me regularly if changes occur and we work together to come up with solutions to help my husband get used to his new home. Like many senior care living facilities, they have a high turnover of staff which I feel is unavoidable in our current political and economic environment. My husband was simply not safe living at home and I feel he is in a safe and caring place at Sylvan Crossings.

Oconomowoc is a great community and the staff at Azura-Oconomowoc are very helpful, supportive, kind and easy to get to know. It would have been nice to have another TV available that played the Hallmark channel. It cost more to have a tv in your room but so many enjoy that channel.

My loved one is a resident at Kruse Village and everything has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are great. My mind is at ease. I would recommend this facility to others.

We choose Harmony Place due to the very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Due to our experience here so far, we would definitely recommend this facility to other families who are looking.

We chose Azura Memory Care of Monroe over other facilities we looked into because of the kind staff. They were very helpful in finding a way to get him in here quickly. The food is also very good! Overall Azura is a very nice place that I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for memory care for their loved ones.

I've had several relatives and a couple of close friends stay at Sylvan Crossings over the last 25 years, most recently my Mom. Sylvan took great care of all of them. The staff were very caring people, the food was good, and they offered lots of activities.

I spoke with his best friend and my POA backup as he goes there twice a week. We collectively agree all 7 categories get 5 stars. We have been in and out of 3 places in 6 months and these folks have been best suited to deal with my uncle and his memory challenges and make him "mostly" comfortable. Plus the staff are always responsive to calls and emails. His room size here that he got is pretty small, but I am unsure of the other rooms in the facility.

The staff show a genuine concern for their residents. They serve with a smile and do their jobs well. I'm very appreciative of A Place for Mom for connecting my family with Dimensions Living Appleton. It has been a great fit for my Mom. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

All questions answered right away. Our only request was done immediately. They are great with dad. Checking on him, when not feeling well, almost of staff came up to see him. Small enough place to know his likes for food, even making a special meal for him. Administrator is very friendly. Helps out. We were at a different place, twice the size. Not real happy their. Very happy here. Dad is 101 years old.

I thought that was a great facility. It was well presented and looked to be well run. The only reason we chose another was the driving distance for my siblings who live in Illinois , some west of Chicago.

I have a loved one in the Azura Beloit location. Everytime I go there, my loved one along with all of the other clients are always clean and happy. It never looks dirty. The manager [name removed] is fabulous. She is always taking time to visit with me and I always see her visiting with the other clients and families as well. I could not have chosen a better place for my loved one. This is the best of the best! Hands down.....

The staffs compassion towards their residents is what really sticks out the most about this facility. All of the rooms here are private rooms. I would absolutely recommend Azura Memory Care of Stoughton to others.

I toured this community and liked it. I was impressed with the tour and my tour guide, but they never returned my call after my tour.
