Staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. All staff knew my mom's name and would greet her by name in the hallway, at meals, activities. Lots of different activities throughout the week. My mom enjoyed the manicures, ice cream, different exercise groups and the music events. They also have a hair salon. Mom could get her hair washed and styled $[removed] then if she wanted a hair cut $[removed] very reasonable prices!! The wait staff in the dining room are also very personable. My mom liked 50/50 combo with cranberry and OJ. The meals are brought to each resident at their table with friends. Our mom lived in a 1 bedroom. Mom was on the assisted side; they cleaned her room 1 x per week, do her laundry, 3 meals a day, and a snack cart comes around to each resident's room 7pm. Many times there is music playing throughout the facility which is nice too. Outside seating/tables if you want a little sunshine. Facility also plans shopping and dining trips for adventures outside the facility. Dimensions also has on site physical therapy, palliative care, and hospice. Love the facility and the staff!!! Also they support the families of the resident too. Families can join in with their family member in any activities, including meals. Dimensions Living is a multifaceted living community for seniors. Dimensions has individualized on-site healthcare support teams (Nursing staff, support staff, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, palliative care, Hospice, independent living, assisted living and Memory care) that provide caring support and guidance for each community member and their families.

This is the ultimate memory care assisted living facility that feels like you’ve walked into someone’s home. It is a good safe environment for her. The older staff enjoy working there so much that they have brought their children on board. My mom has a favorite. My picky eater mom has gained weight during her time there and enjoys having home-cooked food versus her former Meals on Wheels diet.. I get communication if there are any bumps or scrapes or falls. They push her to do things on her own which I appreciate because she is still capable of doing many things on her own for now. Of course, it would be nice to have more staff but this isn’t a one on one care facility and I feel it’s adequately staffed. We are very happy.

The apartment is large. Three very good meals a day. Staff is kind and personable. Very well run.

I cannot say enough good things about Kruse Village. Every aspect of it is wonderful and they helped make the transition a positive experience. Both staff and residents have gone out of their way to make my mother-in-law feel welcome. We feel very blessed to have found Kruse Village. I highly recommend it if someone is looking for a friendly, small town atmosphere that feels like home!

We visited 4 assisted living communities. All of them were very nice. The biggest difference we observed in the 4 communities was the happiness of the individuals living at Morning Star Village. There were more smiles and “hellos” and asking us whether we had someone moving in - it was so friendly and welcoming. Dad has now moved in and can’t stop talking about how quickly the staff started calling him by his first name. He is also participating in the social activities. Our visits since his move have reaffirmed the positive environment that we felt that first day. It has definitely been a great fit.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We dealt mainly with [name removed], in the beginning, who has been available for us anytime for conversations with my dad when he was first in respite care at Morning Star, then moved to his own apartment. The facility is very clean and modern, with one and 2 bedroom apartments that are available. My dad is in a one bedroom apartment and is very comfortable there. Apartments have a small refrigerator and microwave and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink with a large vanity/countertop. It is perfect for one person.

Each visit that we make to see my mother in law she says how happy she is at Stony River and how kind the staff are. She says the food is good with a standing menu and special for every meal. There are plenty of activities to choose from including nightly movies in the movie theater. Without the help from a place for Mom we never would have found Stony River, so Thank You so much for your assistance as well.

There is an excellent nursing staff available 24 hours. Lots of daily activities for the residents. My husband is very happy there in his 1 bedroom apartment.

it is pricey but maybe that's why they are able to do an excellent job. Facility is very well cared for and staff are very easy to talk to and responsive to requests/suggestions.

Corporate management raised pricing on me months after everything was locked in, signed and sealed because they made a mistake which I didn’t feel I should have to pay for but I was put in a difficult position with the no option scenario. This had nothing to do with staff and only corporate off site management that wouldn’t even discuss with me originally and passed the buck to staff management which I thought was not fair to them and for sure not to me. New ownership now, this was the old [community removed] ownership. Great staff, caring and very good. A lot of volunteers that have lost family or spouses there and now just come to help out. Very helpful people.

Our experience with Morningstar was positive, the staff was very friendly and were eager to help my mother-in-law with anything she needed. Our regret was that we couldn't convince her to move there earlier so she could have become part of the community.

We have been here for 5 months and are very pleased with Dimensions Living. Atmosphere is friendly and the staff are very helpful. It's a great place to live and enjoy all the activities and new friends.

It looks like your walking into a hotel, but feels like your coming home. It's well-lit and clean, making it very inviting. They always have music playing, snacks, and drinks available. Very resident led from decorations, plants, and menu items. The staff try their best to cater to resident's wishes. This makes it feel so different from any other assisted living I have been in

What a well cared for community! You can tell how much the staff care from the atmosphere, decor, smell, and smiles. Definitely best decision to have a loved one here! Every time I come no matter what time of day I am always met with a friendly face and any help I need

Staff (both admin. & others) are helpful & cheerful. Having a memory care wing in house was a big plus as my mother's memories deteriorated with age (had she not died last year) taking the toll of caring for her off of my father for the 1st time in over 60 years. My father loves playing cards of which they have many card clubs as well as they got him into doing "bowling" on the Wi where he used to be a great bowler.

What they could improve on would be to have more activities. What I liked most were some of the caregivers. They weren't all 10's, b UT many of them were 9-9.5. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

1) we have been there just a yr and I feel the staff are very attentive and listens to our concerns of our loved ones 2) the facility is always clean and never has any bad smells. 3) very friendly staff 4) again the staff has been great to work with! 5) [name removed]has been great to work with as well 6) I have never eaten there but my mother dislikes the food. I am going to have to eat there one day 7) I think the activities are appropriate for the needs of the residents and always a nice variety of activities. 8) it's expensive no doubt.
