It looks like your walking into a hotel, but feels like your coming home. It's well-lit and clean, making it very inviting. They always have music playing, snacks, and drinks available. Very resident led from decorations, plants, and menu items. The staff try their best to cater to resident's wishes. This makes it feel so different from any other assisted living I have been in

What a well cared for community! You can tell how much the staff care from the atmosphere, decor, smell, and smiles. Definitely best decision to have a loved one here! Every time I come no matter what time of day I am always met with a friendly face and any help I need

I have found at Kettlestone enjoyable. The staff here are very friendly and very knowledgeable and that does not even begin to describe them. The same things can be said of the administration. The good food here is excellent with two chefs cooking. I can honestly say that I have not a meal that I did not enjoy. There are many activities offered here. From shopping outings to movies to games to Friday afternoon Happy Hour.

Staff (both admin. & others) are helpful & cheerful. Having a memory care wing in house was a big plus as my mother's memories deteriorated with age (had she not died last year) taking the toll of caring for her off of my father for the 1st time in over 60 years. My father loves playing cards of which they have many card clubs as well as they got him into doing "bowling" on the Wi where he used to be a great bowler.

What they could improve on would be to have more activities. What I liked most were some of the caregivers. They weren't all 10's, b UT many of them were 9-9.5. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I am a staff member with Dimensions Living Green Bay. I have worked her for almost 8 years. I love working here. It gives me a sense of being in a family. Everyone is kind and helpful. We care about our residents, and I love taking the time to get to know them so that I can make their adjustment to a senior living facility easier. We always have an activity or a gathering of residents for chit chats around the building. The residents are proud to be here and love getting to meet the new residents.

Staff is very friendly and respectful, and makes an effort to know the residents. The facility is just over a year old and is well-maintained.

Staff and fellow residents were very welcoming. The room was very spacious as well. There were plenty of activities available to take part in. The activity director was outstanding and we could tell he really enjoyed working with the residents. Dad really enjoyed the food but did complain he didn’t get enough. He had a very good appetite.

From our very first meeting with Edencrest it was clear that this was going to be his family. They were a tremendous help in the transition from the hospital to Edencrest. There is not enough we can say about the professionalism of the entire staff. They are all extremely friendly and caring. Lots of activities if you choose to participate. I would not want him anywhere else.

My mom and I got excellent care during her stay and especially while she was passing away. The staff were compassionate and attentive. The building is beautiful and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dimensions for anyone looking for assistance.

We felt that Prairie View sincerely cared for our brother and his health. They respected him and took care of him. We feel that staff were always attentive, courteous and sincere! We feel we got the best care possible.

The facility is very clean and the activities are good! They have had a lot of staffing issues at the facility, not having staff to clean my grandmas room, not having staff at one point to even cook and the administrator had to go cook for awhile in the kitchen alone for the residents. There is disorganization and recent change over in director so things are starting to look up. The main issue is the staffing. The staff they have are very nice, but the lack there of make it hard to get cares or cleaning of the room done and my grandma pays a lot of money to be there.

What we like the most about Azura Memory Care is the intimacy and professionalism of the staff. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families
