When my brother and I entered the residence, we were welcomed and immediately given a chance to ask questions and a folder of helpful documents. As we toured, I was pleased at the activities that were happening and how happy and involved the residents appeared. One of the things I liked about the layout of the facility was that it had many options for places to gather with family or others or even just to find a nice nook for some alone time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it looks like a great place to live!

My tour of Mira at Maumelle was very nice. They was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions. As we toured each section, I notice she spoke to each resident by there name. We even stopped and visited with one lady. All the rooms were clean and well decorated. Sheri explained the different levels of care that they offer as well as the services. I was impressed with the details for the care offered. I am just starting to look for a place to stay, which includes the location of each place, to make it easy to visit and be near family.

Staff members were great - very helpful and supportive. Food Service staff so nice. Knew parents by name and what they wanted to drink before they even sat down for a meal. Housekeeping and support staff were very good. The only reason why my parents left the facility was because of the cold weather in that part of the country. The food was delicious. I ate there several times myself.

Mira is a wonderful place with an upscale vibe for your loved ones. Very clean, lots of group activities, and amenities. Cost reflects this but may be worth it for your loved ones that still have plenty of life to live but need a little extra help.

We had such a wonderful experience with Lino Lakes Assisted Living The staff were very wonderful at explaining the whole process on how they were going to attend to my sister [name removed] needs. Unfortunately she only was at this facility for 10 days before she passed. We had a great experience and I would definitely use them again in the future.

My mom has gone a number of times for respite care. It has worked out very well. The staff is good and the facility is very nice. They do try to keep the residents busy. My mom always says the food is very good.

Staff is great for the most part. Activities are targeted to older patients. Food - I cooked 98% of our meals. Most meals were similar to school like meals in with a lot of pork. Never had any fresh veggies for the omelets. Dining - the dining environment was pleasant but definitely leaned toward the long time residents. Apartment overall - roomy and well setup for us but could easily support up to 4 individuals.

Staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. All staff knew my mom's name and would greet her by name in the hallway, at meals, activities. Lots of different activities throughout the week. My mom enjoyed the manicures, ice cream, different exercise groups and the music events. They also have a hair salon. Mom could get her hair washed and styled $[removed] then if she wanted a hair cut $[removed] very reasonable prices!! The wait staff in the dining room are also very personable. My mom liked 50/50 combo with cranberry and OJ. The meals are brought to each resident at their table with friends. Our mom lived in a 1 bedroom. Mom was on the assisted side; they cleaned her room 1 x per week, do her laundry, 3 meals a day, and a snack cart comes around to each resident's room 7pm. Many times there is music playing throughout the facility which is nice too. Outside seating/tables if you want a little sunshine. Facility also plans shopping and dining trips for adventures outside the facility. Dimensions also has on site physical therapy, palliative care, and hospice. Love the facility and the staff!!! Also they support the families of the resident too. Families can join in with their family member in any activities, including meals. Dimensions Living is a multifaceted living community for seniors. Dimensions has individualized on-site healthcare support teams (Nursing staff, support staff, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, palliative care, Hospice, independent living, assisted living and Memory care) that provide caring support and guidance for each community member and their families.

My cat and I are very happy at Dimensions Living Appleton.

This is the ultimate memory care assisted living facility that feels like you’ve walked into someone’s home. It is a good safe environment for her. The older staff enjoy working there so much that they have brought their children on board. My mom has a favorite. My picky eater mom has gained weight during her time there and enjoys having home-cooked food versus her former Meals on Wheels diet.. I get communication if there are any bumps or scrapes or falls. They push her to do things on her own which I appreciate because she is still capable of doing many things on her own for now. Of course, it would be nice to have more staff but this isn’t a one on one care facility and I feel it’s adequately staffed. We are very happy.

There were just a couple small things that didn't go exactly perfectly (logistics wise and nobody's fault) but nothing concerning. My mom had nothing but good things to say about the staff and about the meals. She also had nice things to say about the gentleman who would get her to her appointments in the van. The experience was a positive one.

The apartment is large. Three very good meals a day. Staff is kind and personable. Very well run.

I cannot say enough good things about Kruse Village. Every aspect of it is wonderful and they helped make the transition a positive experience. Both staff and residents have gone out of their way to make my mother-in-law feel welcome. We feel very blessed to have found Kruse Village. I highly recommend it if someone is looking for a friendly, small town atmosphere that feels like home!

The staff was very kind, and caring. The nursing staff was exceptional! The food was good and everybody did a tremendous job making Mom feel welcome

The staff in the memory care unit was wonderful! I would highly recommend!!

Each visit that we make to see my mother in law she says how happy she is at Stony River and how kind the staff are. She says the food is good with a standing menu and special for every meal. There are plenty of activities to choose from including nightly movies in the movie theater. Without the help from a place for Mom we never would have found Stony River, so Thank You so much for your assistance as well.

it is pricey but maybe that's why they are able to do an excellent job. Facility is very well cared for and staff are very easy to talk to and responsive to requests/suggestions.

Corporate management raised pricing on me months after everything was locked in, signed and sealed because they made a mistake which I didn’t feel I should have to pay for but I was put in a difficult position with the no option scenario. This had nothing to do with staff and only corporate off site management that wouldn’t even discuss with me originally and passed the buck to staff management which I thought was not fair to them and for sure not to me. New ownership now, this was the old [community removed] ownership. Great staff, caring and very good. A lot of volunteers that have lost family or spouses there and now just come to help out. Very helpful people.

We have been here for 5 months and are very pleased with Dimensions Living. Atmosphere is friendly and the staff are very helpful. It's a great place to live and enjoy all the activities and new friends.
