I would recommend this community. The quality of care my loved one is receiving excellent The staff make it super easy to check in on my loved one.

When it comes to the care services at this community we have absolutely no complaints. The room our loved one has is perfect for them.

We chose Edencrest because they allowed my dad to have his 3 cats. The room sizes here are really good, they are very spacious. The community is really supportive, if I have any problems I can call the director and reach out to him or I can call any nurses and ask questions, they are very responsive. I would recommend the community.

Gurnee Place has a wonderful atmosphere!1 Every one here is kind and caring. I would recommend this community for anyone looking for their precious loved one a place to call home. This is a very well kept community, it is clean, beautify decorated, and inviting as soon as you walk in the door. I know my loved one is going to be well cared for here.

I do think Edencrest is a nice facility. It is clean and pretty and new from the little bit I have been to see. I visit my mom once a week so I do interact with the staff members, they are always polite and helpful. From what my mom has said, they have been doing quite a bit of activities that she enjoys. Overall, I have not been able to spend much time in here but I would recommend. My mom seems happy here.

It is a nice place from what I have seen from the outside. I've been able to have virtual visits with my loved one. The staff have been wonderful.

We chose Country Manor Memory Care because I wanted a place that focused just on memory care and it was smaller so one on one care was better. Also, the environment of the facility was very pleasant. When you walk in it is very homey and comfortable. There is color, they have gardens out the window. The room sizes here were good for her needs. I live out of state and anything that happened they always communicated with me and I really appreciated that. I would recommend this facility.

The Kruse Village community was perfect, we have absolutely no complaints to say about them. They were really good with the COVID numbers, and they took really good care of our loved one while she was there.

We are so thankful to have found this Azura home. In earlier, healthy days, Mom stressed if she had to have help, she wanted to live in a nice place. So our initial search took us to large, new, spread out care centers. Looking back, we know they would not have met mom's needs as Azura did. It is a nice place, comfortable living area, cozy, no heat electric fireplace, large windows to let in lots of sun. Bedrooms are small and no private bath but isn't that true at home? We appreciate that mom spent her days, not in her room, but in the living area of her home with staff and other residents around her. As her condition deteriorated, we were so thankful she was always close by, to monitor her safety and prevent falls. Mom entered Azura in late [date removed], so we were only able to be with her for two and a half months. In that time we found the staff to be hardworking, pleasant, and kind in several instances we observed.

You can trust your loved ones into their care. I feel they went above and beyond in providing care for my loved one. The room size was fine for my mother, but they do offer different sizes. I would recommend this facility to others.

We had my Mother at another assisted living complex and it was horrible. The facility was brand new and state of the art, but the staff had no experience and the turnover was constant. We went about interviewing over 11 other facilities and knew what questions to ask. Arborview was hand down the winner. [name removed] has been there for years and had all the perfect answers....this comforted me. They have a great staff with a great track record of employment and the Head Nurse [name removed] was amazing! My mother was a mess with her medications and her mental well being when Arborview accepted her. [name removed] immediately took the wheel and my mother was reborn. The meals are great, and the facility is beautiful inside. The staff is spectacular! This facility is everything assisted living should be, I cannot say enough about this place. [name removed] is a caretaker that relentlessly spent time with my mother until her last moments. What an exemplary place! What a perfect experience.

What stuck out to us about Edencrest at Siena Hills was the friendliness of the staff that visited with us and their interaction with my mom and dad to make sure everything was to their liking when they moved in. Their memory unit is great, they made accommodations so that my parents could stay together. After a while, we moved them into a bigger room and they loved it. I just think the staff goes above and beyond for their residents. The food here is tremendous as well. All around they do an excellent job.

My mom has lived there for almost 3 years and they have always done a good job. They know how to keep her happy in the doctor is really good. I know we made the right choice with Azura.

They were great with my mother. She became a part of their family. It was easy living from my visit because I knew she was in the best hand. The staff made me feel part of the family as well. They are great people for doing what they are doing.

My wife just moved in and it has been hard but everyone has been so helpful. She smiles now and she hasn't done that in a long time.

My mom is very happy every time I talk to her. The team is helpful and they know my mom so well. Doctor from the VAA is a good doctor to work with, OMNI it's okay too. I can see my mom is in really good hands at Azura.

My brother was a difficult admission but Azura never gave up. The amazing work and when he risked being moved, Azura fought to keep him where he fell at home. He now has special bond with some of the staff and looks happy when I see him.

We chose Azura Memory Care because it was recommended to us, the availability, and word of mouth it was a great place. The room sizes for what my mom needs are just fine, they have all of the necessities. The best part about the community so far is the staff members, they are very personable and caring. They treat their residents just like their own family members. I would highly recommend.

Communicate well. Keeps me informed what is going on with my loved one. Sticks to guidelines mandated by state.
