This was a gorgeous community, just too expensive for us.

We chose Stoney River because we liked that the memory care unit was not super large, there is a nice amount of people but not too overwhelming. We also liked how it was designed when we went in there and decorated. Every resident we came across during our tour the move in coordinator knew which showed they are invested in their residents. It seems like all the staff really care about the people there. They do polish my moms nails for her and shes loves that. I would recommend them to others looking.

The location is good. The staff is helpful to the residents and family. The food looks and smells good.

We have not been there for the meals ourselves but from looking off the menu they look appetizing. Our loved one does not always participate in the activities but what she does, she really enjoys. We like the size of the community, with it being smaller we feel our loved one can get around easily. We would recommend this community to other family and friends.

Top choice at this point, just not sure we can make it work financially. Good location, very nice facility, friendly staff.

Poor exchange of communications at first. Better as we went along. We were in a situation where we had to make a decision quickly. Either things were not explained clearly to me, or I misunderstood. But I believe misinformation came from the sales presentation. But I think everything improved as time went on. One particular person from the administrative staff has been available and able to make things happen for me, which I greatly appreciate. The direct service staff, the people who actually care for my loved one hands-on, have been on the phone continuously with me. I like the fact that it's a small ratio of staff to residents. I also like that the administration has allowed it to be a family environment. For example, one of the caregivers was allowed to bring her dog when she came to work. And that dog was fantastic with all the residents - well-behaved, well-trained. You didn't have to worry about that dog. But for those residents at that age, trapped in the building due to Covid, that dog was a welcome addition. The staff there was very personable. They made sure that every member was accommodated. If their favorite was root beer, they always made sure root beer was there. Just those little things that went above and beyond what you usually see at an assisted living.

The staff is very friendly and nice and they do a good job taking care of our loved one. The food is good and my loved one has gained weight since being here. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

The executive staff all introduced themselves. [name removed] was particularly good at giving me an extensive tour and spending a lot time to answer all my questions. The facility common areas, dining, crafts areas were all great. The apartments had nice large bathrooms.

I thought the virtual tour was great. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. It was clean. I just liked everything.

The opening here just feel in my lap. They were great through the whole process. The staff is pleasant and cooperative. They handle my dad's meds well, and handle all aspects of his care well. He likes to play pool here and hasn't lost a game yet. They have an exercise center they go to as a group, and they watch movies and things like that. I haven't seen an activities calendar so far. I think it's a good value here.

It is a good place to be for your loved ones. The way the community is set up is good. The rooms are roomy, the staff is nice, and it is clean. The food was good. If they would have had additional meal choices for the residents it would have been better.

It is a small close network. My loved one loves it, and feels they are at home. The communication with the staff is amazing. It is personalized, and call you on everything about your loved one. The community was strict with their rules during the pandemic. You now have to show your vaccine card and can't come in for 10 days afterwards, and you must set an appointment to see your loved. The community only had a low percentage cases of COVID the entire time of the pandemic.

Really liked this place. they are the only place we visited that are only for dementia residents. I loved the overall amount of activities to engage the residents. It was very impressive.

We have peace of mind knowing that our parents are in a safe, kind environment at Azura Memory Care of Beloit and I would recommend them to others families that are looking. .

The community is easily accessible. Communication between the staff and our family is very good. They keep us well informed and up to date. The community is very neat and clean. I would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend this community, it was a good choice for my loved one. The people really care for the residents that live here. The communication was good with the staff and families. I don't think I would change anything about the community.

All in all, we've been really happy with them. We were very stressed about finding care for our loved one, and they really eased our minds. The transition was difficult for everyone, and they've made the process easier. They've really worked with our loved one who has been declining rapidly to feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Azura to other friends and family.

The community is safe and secure and has a patio for the to spend time outdoors. The community keeps us well informed and has good communication. They sometimes aren't able to answer the phone but are quick to return calls. I would recommend this community to others

My loved one seemed to enjoy the community. You can't see your loved one without a negative test. The community was very nice I would recommend this community to others

We have not been able to see the inside of the community, but we have seen our loved one and she is always clean. It is pretty expensive but our loved one is very happy and we would recommend it to others.
