This is a brand new community and I must say that I am very impressed with it. The staff are awesome and very helpful. The community is clean of course. I love the way that the staff is caring for my parents and the way that they treat my parents. The food is good and we like the overall feel of the community.

I would highly recommend this community. The staff is nice and caring and attentive. The community is very clean. My parents are offered really good meals to enjoy. They are now getting started in getting involved with the activities. We would recommend other families to this community for the care and the value that is received.

My sister and her husband are doing very well here at this community. They really love it here, and my sister is improving very well. She has gained some weight, the meals are very good. They are meeting new people, it has really been a lovely experience. I'am very satisfied with their move to this community, and I would recommend it.

They really helped us with a very difficult set up, coming from out of country. They really went over and above, if we have any concerns they are right there with us, keeping us in the loop. They are very communicative. We don't have any complaints, he isn't thrilled with the food but that's just his opinion, we haven't tried it. They have lots of activities, and they are pretty varied for all different interests, and abilities. They really have a ton of stuff to choose from and do.

My father in law is doing very well here at this community. He is happy here, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. Everyone has been very welcoming to him since his move. The residents are great. The staff is very wonderful, they are very encouraging. Also they are very proactive, and they helped him adjust to the community, which was very nice. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. Every time I visit the community is spotless, and everything looks great. It has been a very positive experience. This is a community I would highly recommend.

This is very nice community, and we are looking forward to our move here. They have a lovely staff at this community. When you first walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff member. Everyone have been very helpful, and kind. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. It is a pleasant community, and I would recommend it.

When we first walked into Sedgwick Plaza we were greeted with a smile and the place looked great. When taking a tour we passed several residents and every single one appeared to love it there. There are different size rooms to choose from and all are a good size. We were invited to lunch and sampled the food from the menu. They have some great food. Overall we thought that Sedgwick Plaza was excellent, and as a bonus it is several hundred dollars less then all the other places we toured.

Although we only had a short time, our entire experience with Camellia was outstanding. Carla was professional, caring, and helpful on the inbound process. Brian in facilities help us out with a speedbump at move in. All the memory care staff were flexible and tried many things making mom welcome and in adjusting to significant change. Doctor Cantrell worked well with us. And Perry was responsive and timely in working the accounts. The facility, staff, and events are top notch. Food is great. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the love and support. Bless you.

I did quite a bit of research before we selected Brookdale Peoria and we couldn't be happier with our selection. We feel very comfortable that our Dad is very good hands. I have enjoyed meeting all the staff. They appear to be nice people and knowledgeable regarding their duties. You need to paint the front entrance though.

I have been here one month and am very well pleased. Everything is as presented by Marketing. "Southern Hospitality" shows in everything and everyone. Just the place I was looking for. I lived in Birmingham 18 years ago and am so glad to be "back home".

This was not our ideal community based on their price and location. When I spoke with them over the phone I got the information I needed and more. They directed me to useful resources and informed me about the benefits. They were friendly the whole time and even followed up with me to see if I made a choice.

This place is beautiful. It feels like you arr living in a country club type setting. They offer a gym for the residents. They have beautiful grounds to walk around in. The lady that helped us was very nice. It was just way to expensive.

My parents are doing fine in the community. The staff are so wonderful and the my mom loves the food they make. She also loves to participate in the activities during the day, my step-dad likes to stay in his room. I like the way the staff take care of them individually and they pay attention to them and keep me updated and posted about their condition.

Everything is going pretty well for my father with his move to this community. I do have to have a talk with the staff, because he recently had a bad fall, and I wanna make sure they are able to provide the level of care he needs. They have always been honest about everything, which I really like. The staff is very helpful and kind. Overall it is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

My mother needed to get into an assisted living situation in an emergency situation. Brookfield Peoria helped to get her a room in respite, and were wonderful about accommodating our needs. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful, and very friendly to use for the residents. A very good value as well, compared to other parts of the country.

My mom did fine when she was here for respite. She enjoyed eating filet mignon and other good meals they made. It was clean from what I saw and the staff were all very good. They have activities available but my mom was not shown where and how to participate. All was fine but the city environment was too much for my mom.

This community is so gorgeous and when I get old enough and need somewhere to go I want to go here. The staff is nice and helpful and the community is clean. I got to see the residents interacting with the staff. I just did not go to this community because they did not offer assisted living it is only independent living and dad needs more.

The employees, from the Director down to the housekeeping staff, are superb at their jobs, friendliness and helpfulness. They make Brookdale Lake Shore Drive a very special place.

It has been a great experience for us here at this community. My sister is safe and in good place, and I'am very pleased with her move here. She is doing great, they are taking good care of her and her needs. They have an excellent staff, they have been great to work with. There are plenty of activities offered for the residents. I've tired some of the meals, and the food is good. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.
